I am super happy with the results. Dr. Williams and her team are amazing, always give the best services, they are professional and also very patient to me every time. They makes me love to smile now. Front desk ladies are very nice too.

Their office is always clean and tidy. Great experience for me, I will definitely recommend my friends. Thank you all staffs!

This is true third time I've edited this review. SSS is great. They have taken care of my husband and me impeccably. Even if you don't see the orthodontists who's name is on the door. Everyone else is very capable and you feel comfortable that they know what they are doing. Take great care of you. I think it's time to bring back the tooth brushing before appointments tho now.

Dr. Williams and her staff are absolutely MARVELOUS! Dr. Williams is an amazing orthodontist who helped our son (and his parents) through a journey which started with excellent orthodontic treatment. When our son then needed jaw surgery due to genetic influences, she referred us to Dr. Kang in Langley, another amazing specialist. Dr. Williams has supported our family through a challenging process and we are so very appreciative!

Absolutely Awesome! Dr Lesley Williams and her staff are the BEST! They have the skill, up to date practices and knowledge to make your teeth look the best they can! Better than you even hoped for! The truly wonderful thing though, is how much they care about their patients and their families. I am so grateful to South Surrey Smiles and I highly recommend them! Thank you all so much. My family has been going to South Surrey Smiles for years and their quality of work has gone down drastically. I have one more child in treatment and I wish I had went somewhere else once I started to notice their constant changes.

You see new faces every time you walk into the door and their all new clinicians don’t have good beside manners.

One clinician made my son cry after his appointment because she scolded him for not brushing his teeth beforehand when we came rushing straight from school and their brushing station is still closed. There is also one blonde clinician who according to my son is heavy handed and made his lips crack from over stretching and yanking.

Out dated website and hours that their phone number written is incorrect.

To top it off, they have become so money hungry that they are charging customers $100 if you’re 5 minutes late and that appointment will be rescheduled. They should pay us customers if they make us wait 5 minutes or longer pass the scheduled appointment.

They already charge more compared to other places and you think you’re paying for their work and service? Nope.

When Dr. Williams would come in to check on my son and his treatment, she would peak over and say everything looks good when she didn’t put gloves on and do a proper examination.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! South Surrey Smiles is not the office that it used to be.

Its been a great experience, Dr Williams is absolutely the best and that is so assuring. Your kids is getting the most advanced treatment. The administration is also great with planning appointments follow ups…. Very smooth and effortless experience. Highly recommend.

This was an excellent experience. We came and called in, we were told we would be messaged and we were not even 5 minutes later. When we came in they toke our temperature and gave us hand sanitizer. We went to our room and got started right away. My daughter and I were in and out in less the half an hour. This experience was excellent.

Staff is always very friendly, it’s a nice environment to be in, and I’m super happy with the work that has been done! It’s a big weight lifted off of my shoulders.

I love it here. The ladies at the front desk are always so sweet and ask me how I’m doing. They’re very quick to sort out any difficulties you have with getting your dental coverage to go through. It’s super modern and Dr Velonas is so awesome. He’s very gentle and wants to make sure that you’re experience there is a good one. Would defs recommend.

My son was new to wearing his INVISALIGN aligners but he had concerns adjusting to the changes. The staff was quick and willing to answer any of my questions about his treatment the following week while I was undergoing my own check up. They DO take the time for their clients, they are friendly. I work a high stress job and when I walk into South Surrey Smiles I feel like I’m in a happier place.:)

Dr. Lesley Williams and the South Surrey Smiles team have been the most loyal supports of the Better Outcomes 2 team. They have been instrumental in supporting oral cancer research in British Columbia.

My daughters just got their braces removed last week and we’re so happy with the results. Dr. Williams and her team always bring the best services to the patients. The girls at front desk are amazing too. Their office is always clean and tidy.
We got 3-D prints of their teeth before and after the correction. It clearly shows the wonderful achievements. Great experience for both me and my kids. Thanks SSS staffs!

Went to south surrey smiles only to get quoted for the price of a down payment for a home. Ridiculious prices for service that is beyond rushed. I had my daughters phase 1 done here and the work is terrible. She still has so much to be done and i know phase 1 minimizes phase 2 but im still told my daughter will need it for 3 years for phase 2 and had phase 1 for 2 years already? And her teeth are not that bad. Already had my second opinion and my daughters braces go on tomorrow. Highly recommend finding another orthodontist and getting a second opinion. Staff in the back are very rude and pushy.

The place is very fancy, and they truly care for their patients. Once you get in you can sign in and see the room that you need to go to. They offer drinks and snacks, and have an iPad at each room. The orthodontists are of course certified and do really well with their work. I just got braces today, and my mouth is sore, but I know I'm going to be getting the best results with South Surrey Smiles.

Everytime you come in you will see a different doctor working they have 5, even if you request the one you want it is never that way. Doctors only spend 1 minute with you before running off to another person. They will draw you in with a fancy office then forget who you are after that. I do NOT recommend this office. Get a second opinion, be happy and save money.

I don't regret going to the orthodontist to make sure that I wouldn't of gotten teeth that didn't work correctly. Although I would like to point out that the facility is more based on appearance than actual equipment. They did do a good job making their products appear as beginner friendly and welcoming to newcomers and kids, definitely a benefit. It's location wasn't the easiest to come by without any sort of guarantee. Decent facility, medcore staff.

What is more denigrating than having to pay and not getting what your money is worth.

Dr. Williams (and the whole team at South Surrey Smiles) is excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, with "comfort items" provided to patients and families free of charge. Everyone is knowledgeable and kind. They also offer a fun rewards program with periodic incentives like event tickets or gaming systems. My son wasn't excited about getting braces but I feel he's in excellent hands at South Surrey Smiles and I would recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontic care.

South Surrey Smiles, great place for orthodontics. The doctor team is great, they are super patient and great with the kids. The front desk reception the girls are super nice. The orthodontic office is very modern and nice. They have a movie room for the kids. I am happy with the service and that my dentist had referred us to South Surrey Smiles.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They were right there as we walked in to assist us in signing in for our appointment to ensure we were directed to the right place, being our second visit. This orthodontist is geared towards the rich in south surrey/ whiterock. They have many free days and promotions and charge rediculious prices for braces. Your child will never see the same technician and rarely will see the same doctor. They are all in it for the money and did not seem to care about my Son’s needs. Braces case off and while his teeth are straight his smile looks worse then before and his bite is completely off. The only reason they have such high reviews is because they bribe patients to give them good reviews for rewards points.

I have been a patient of dr williams for more than 14years.having seen her practice grow and change locations all the while keeping her standards of care to the highest level! Any visit to her office is always made very comfortable and easy! I had misplaced a retainer and after not being in the office for many years i made a visit and asked about having a new set made.i was greeted as always with a smile and welcome back.being made feel that my treatment had just ended! I was taken care of quickly and very professionally.now not a week later i have a new set of retainers and a renewed appreciation as to how a successful business is run! Thank you to all your great at what you do and a wonderdul business to have in our community! !
