Very good sales people! They listen to what you want and show you what you ask to see. Not pushy at all, but do offer opinions to consider. I hope I end up buying from them!

Purchased our unit in the spring. They bragged up their customer service and praised about how we are all family blah blah blah. The girl in the service dept is rude, doesn’t help, and they have no intention of being there when we need them most. They just want the sale. Not only am I disappointed that I didn’t get the unit fully that I had my heart set on due to misadvertising, but they also weren’t there when I needed them and were quick to brush me off. Seriously so disappointed that I purchased through them. I should have kept shopping: (my unit is currently sitting at another dealer waiting for warranty work no thanks to STRV.

Oh and I would also like to add, I paid a lot for extended warranty as well and they can’t be bothered! Please do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. Really do your research! I thought I had, but apparently not well enough!

I've been dealing with them for 6 years now and they have always treated me well. I will probably be in the market for a new RV next spring and there is no question where I'll go.

Talked me into buying a very expensive extended warranty for my new unit (several thousand dollars). Said they had a mobile repair business that would honor the warranty if anything went wrong. They had no intention of honoring this. They wouldn't even return phone calls. We would call and leave messages over and over and they wouldn't even respond. This is something that happened over several years. Ended up having to pay out of pocket to repair many urgent items. This business is not what they pretend to be and I wouldn't recommend in the LEAST. Total scam artists with that warranty and Len who sold it should be ashamed. They knew all along it was a scam and they had no intention of honoring it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Worst experience and poor excuse for a trailer repair facility. 7 months and not a darn thing done to fix our trailer but a dab of silicone. Week after week, month after month, chasing the STRV rep; and leaving message after message or email after email - only to have more excuses when she did returned a call or email (few times over 7 months). Always an excuse about being busy, being on vacation or having their supplier here or there not get back to her for parts or decals In the end, the straw broke and we got fed up for good. This, after the summer season now gone and they said they did not have the ability to get what they needed - something they could have had the courtesy of telling us from the first weeks on. If I could review them lower i would. I picked up our beloved trailer today (to take to another reputable repair facility) and sadly our trailer was never even touched, it was returned back to us caked with dust/dirt and obviously baked in the sun on some forgotten lot off-site. Sad as hell. The other repair facility btw
assures us that the parts needed are available and our trailer can be fixed within weeks. Don’t go to South Thompson RV, it is not a place to take your trailer for repair

Great service and prices! They fixed me up twice, once last minute when I had an emergency. They got me out camping right in time! Appreciate the great service

Special thanks to the help we received to assistance we had with repairs to our trailer fridge on July 21/23.
Work was dropped in the shop and time was made to come to the parking lot to help us out with their expertise.

2022 Winnebago Minnie 28RKS. Every single water connection leaked. Stranded in Kamloops with flood & they sent out mobile mechanic who replaced poly pipe with pex pipe & brass fittings & problem solved. Just one of the 56 deficiencies since we bought a year ago. Never buy a Winnebago.
South Thompson went out of their way to help us. Service with a smile and competent techs. Highly recommend.

Popped in for measurements to order an awning replacement thru icbc and showed em our power step which was detaching from the under carriage of our motor coach for an estimate to fix it.they ascertained the awning quickly and had our power step fixed in minutes at no charge. By sheer happen stance we spotted a newly arrived Class A diesel coach and ended up trading our Class A gas coach in.working with Len the GM from start to financing, to delivery and meeting our expectations was outstanding! Everyone we dealt with in the service dept *shout out to Jason & Gord* for handling our numerous phone calls and they're GREAT customer service was beyond awesome, simply great folks go see them for your next RV

I have bought two Travel trailers from South Thompson (My Mistake) and both times when there was a problem, that is not a quick fix solution, they abandon me. Despite saying "Oh no worries we are in this with you" this was said to me many times by the manager. Both times I ended up dealing directly with the manufacturer myself. YOU! Are at your Own RISK! Bad experience, should have been a fun time.

Can’t say enough positive things about STM & RV.
Had some issues on a used trailer purchased this spring.
Even though we left the province, Len and his team worked with a local RV repair shop here to replace an expensive piece at their expense.
