Aug 2, noon, Abby. Younger guy in white truck repeatedly not stopping at stop sign. We don't need outsiders in the farmland not following the law. Several people have died here because of aholes like your employee.

Everytime I am stuck needing some oddball plumbing fittings southern irrigation is the only place in Chilliwack that has what I need. To top it off everyone is always efficient and more than happy to help. What a great place to shop!

Wow! Talk about great staff in making sure I bought the correct product. Very efficient with super friendly customer service! But a special call out to their CHEF "Collin". Never in my life was I served a sample of the most delicious Cous-Cous with Shrimp seasoned in a delicious sauce, while my product was being processed at the sales counter! Your Chef is a Keeper. You ROCK! Thanks for the fast friendly service!

We recently purchased a 3/4 inch system. Alexandra Forcier in sales was one of the most helpful people I have worked with, she was very patient with us ensuring not only the correct sizing of pipe but also taking into account variables I had not considered and providing suggestions on install. Everything was prepared for us the day we turned up. I strongly recommend prospective customers deal with Alexandra she is a stellar example of customer service

I had an issue with a large pump after a full year's use but with sub-par performance, Southern Irrigation stepped up and we arrived at a very fair settlement.

Huge shout out to Hannah!

She spent over an hour with us getting bits and pieces put together for our fire suppression system. She was so patient and knowledgeable and was able to get EVERY component right. We brought our system back to our property and everything worked perfectly. I shouldn't be surprised with how good she was.

Came in with a broken locking mechanism on my 2" red lay flat hose. They fixed it for 7 bucks in 10 minutes.

Staff always friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Always a positive experience working with them, and they always have what I need.

I almost never write a review. We conduct business in a decent, honest, and respectful manner, and expect our service and product providers to do the same. And most generally all do, and that is the norm in our community and beyond, and we appreciate it. But occasionally there is something exceptional that deserves a comment.
Several months ago we contacted Southern Irrigation regarding the unacceptable characteristics of our well water in the Greendale area of Chilliwack. We know that poor well water is common amongst our neighbors. At Southern Irrigation we dealt with Jarin van den Bosch who analyzed our well water test results and designed a multiple filter system intended to give us the results we were seeking. He explained the nature and processes of each filter, outlined the maintenance procedures of each, and quoted us what we considered to be a VERY fair cost to provide product and install.
Once all the products had been received Jarin arranged for their installation team to schedule a date for installation. On the designated day the extremely knowledgeable and efficient installers arrived and neatly placed and affixed the multiple filter system. We were pleased.
Jarin, however, was not. The subsequent water quality test revealed some element levels he deemed unacceptable. He consulted with filter manufacture experts and determined that an additional inline filter was required, and for which we offered to pay. He said that "getting it right" was their responsibility and that there would be no additional cost to us. The additional filter has been installed, the water has been retested, and ALL IS GOOD.
We appreciate the fair price and quality of service at Southern Irrigation. In particular, we value greatly the courteous and attentive manner in which Jarin van den Bosch helped us get clean, clear, and safe water in Greendale.

Wow I got to say they take customer satisfaction seriously here! I went in not exactly knowing what I wanted but left with solutions and fixes! When I went in and talked to a lad named Chris inside I was met with a enthusiastic response and it genuinely seemed like he wanted to solve my problem, we got to the bottom rather quick and I left satisfied.
