My glasses needed a little bit of fixing. The amiable lady at the reception Ms Jodie was prompt in helping me out and I had the glasses fixed within no time. She cleaned my glasses and gave it to me with a smile. On top of it she didn't take any money either. Amazing experience. Highly recommended.
