Recently had my car here and the process start to finish was a premium experience. I’m also very particular with my car and these folks exceeded my expectations.

Very poor customer service! I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. A few months back I went to them for the full car inspection, they told me that my car needed front brake pads changed and I agreed. The manager/ owner there told me that it will make some noise over the next couple days which should go away eventually. I was like okay np but even after 6 months the noise was there and it kept getting worse! I went back to them… and explained the situation. This time they said it was my rear brake pads which is making noise. I was like okay and then I went to other mechanics and they all told me different from what Ip auto services said. It was actually the front brake pads which was not working (I thought they said when you change it is good for 50k) and I don’t drive that much. I was so disappointed at them for lying to their customer and also breaking their trust. Oh! They also lost my hubcap while they were doing the inspection.which is great: (

I was really impressed with the customer service I received, you can tell they care about every client and is definitely family run. Will be bringing any auto-repair needs back to them in the future.

I was referred by my uncle to IP Auto Services, I took my car today and was amazed by their services. Mr. Saleem and his team are very honest, knowledgeable and respectful. I had an oil change and my car is running great afterthat. Mr Saleem also gave me an honest opinion about changing my fender. They diagnose the problem first, suggests and would do the repairs in best price. I would highly highly recommend to get things done here.

Rolled in with a punctured tire. The owner was extremely kind and patched it up for free. It was a temporary patch job because the puncture was pretty bad. He offered to order and replace the tires within 24 hrs. I was so grateful. Best service, kind people, very trustworthy and efficient. 100% would recommend.

They kept us waiting for a month and then said they don't have any painter for the next 10 days and we could go see someone else.

Got my clutch and timing belt done for less than half of what every other shop I called wanted, and they did a great job on it at that.

They respect your time, they know what your car needs and give you genuine advice. I came from different province, I was being made fool in most of the places.

Here they dont judge you, whether you from their community or not, but they simply do their business. The front desk lady is highly responsive and respectful.

I would say if you being mis used in other garage or auto parts store, and you feel that they are trying to get more money out of your pocket, please do visit IP. You will see the real Canadian Ethics and Professionalism.

They are definitely cost economical and give you proper advise, additionally they support you promptly with their service.

Poor craftsmanship car was not fully fixed had to spend money out of my pocket for repairs caused by the accident because I did not want them to handle the work on the vehicle anymore. Will not come back here or recommend this shop to anyone in my network.

Worst customer service. Scam artists buys and sells rebuilt vehicles on the side where the integrity of the vehicle is questioned again do not recommend

I have been going here for about 15 years, and there is a reason why I keep coming back because ip auto is very honest and that is hard to come by these days, they don’t lie or make false claims like other shady mechanics and tell you straight up what the issue at hand is and take care of it on request, they take great pride in there level of excellent service.especially Salim the most honest, respectful and polite owner you will ever meet. When it's the matter of honesty IP auto is the place where you go. Been there so many times never got cheated. They never charged you any unnecessary work.

This is a family business with the most nice people you will meet period. There work is so good and they can get any services you need done.

Especially hyper cars, euros and super cars
But do all. These cars take a bit longer but that’s to be expected.
I bought a car there I got tint, a stereo installed and my services on my Mercedes a and b and brakes. They even sell cars fir good deals. Check it out you will be in good hands.

Really busy and don’t know how to coordinate their repair timings. Ended up waiting over two hours for an oil change and side view mirror change. If they had told me it would take over two hours, I would have organized a ride.

Dishonest experience, work was done incorrectly on my vehicle. Went in for a simple oil change. When they did the oil change they didn't install the drain bolt correctly causing oil to leak all over. When vehicle was returned to the shop to have the work corrected I was given a dishonest reason for the leak. Was told the filter was incorrectly installed. Lying about why the work want done incorrectly only made them look worse. $120 for just an oil change was also a rip off. I can go to Mobil1 and have a full synthetic change for $100 plus a vehicle inspection. Won't be returning.

The people at this garage are friendly, honest, Well priced and knowledgeable in what they do. I had my Porsche 911T serviced at this shop. Unlike most mechanics out there, when they spotted a CV boot leak, they noted it is probably still in warranty and I should bring it in to the Dealership. Now that's honesty!

Very decent collision shop if you own a luxury car. ]They won't let you go until they get the job done. Very responsive and clean job. The collision center has a team of painters that use the newest machines and use only the highest quality paint for your car. The process can take up to 8 weeks depending on the damages that happened to your car. They also have a full service mechanic department and offer you rental cars as well. This place is the first place I would recommend to anyone who got into a car accident with minimal or huge damages.

Helpful, professional, and competent staff. The reception/admin staff were very friendly and provided great customer service. The repairs to my front and rear bumper look perfect. I took my 2012 BMW X5 in for repair after a fender bender where other driver was at fault. They handled every aspect of my rental car needs, including calling the rental shop to pick me up, requesting an extension for rental car and when all was done, I just left the rental with IP Auto and they returned it for me. They were open on Saturday for convenient pickup and my car was beautifully detailed inside and out, and they gave me a shiny new BMW emblem for the hood. Highly recommend this shop.

Incredible service! WARNING!
I was driving my car just next day after inspection from IP AUTO then I heard big noise and start shaky" I was scared. I pulled over then drove to first available garage shop close is possible.then mechanic showed and told me.the wheel from driver's side /me as a driver/was UNDEFINED! I could kill myself or somebody else!
Is UNREAL! I should go to TV News and tell and show them the story!
Those people/the guy/call them self INSPECTORS?
They actually have a BC/Canada Tickets? Hmmmm? SCARY!
