I have been going to the wild Orange spa for many years and have just recently switched over to the European Day Spa. I love the staff and the services are very high quality!

Been going for many years, and it's always a great experience. Very clean and professional! Heather is the best!

I visited the spa and had the firm pressure 75 minute massage with Alana. The atmosphere there is relaxing and inviting. The front desk staff are extremely polite and helpful. The facility is very clean and well decorated.

The massage was incredible and I am definitely going to return again soon. Alana gave an amazing massage with lots of firm pressure (and she's incredible at adjusting the pressure if needed). Shes also really Mindful of sore areas and attentive to your specific needs.

Absolute 10/10 service.

I walked in and felt the world get left outside their doors. Their staff were peaceful and genuine. Their location (Abbotsford) was impeccable. I had the Luxurious Pedicure. Amazing.

I really like this place. I’ve had three pedicures here with three different estheticians. All three did a wonderful job in fixing up my feet.

I’ve also had my first professional massage here and that was as fantastic as it was overdue for me!

Every year for our anniversary my husband and I get couples massages. Unfortunately, life happens, and the Chilliwack location had to cancel on us last minute. We understand. We were in a bit of a crunch as we were from out of town and didn't have lots of options at that point. Thankfully, the Abbotsford location not only came through for us, but Jerold and his entire staff went out of their way to make the experience wonderful for us. They really helped make our day special. I highly recommend! Thank you so much!

My Mom and I came in for two spa gel manicures this weekend for a celebratory girls day. We were extremely dissatisfied with our time and services received. It took a full hour to take my previous gel polish off with a regular nail file. In the middle of the service, the woman servicing my Mom whispered something was wrong with the nail curing lights. My Mom’s nails were sticky and tacky like glue after the top coat went on. After all, my nails were the same after top coat. My gel literally melted off when she went to rub lotion on my hands. Gel polish got on my clothing. After 2 hours we spent in the salon, Mom walked out with horrible, tacky gel nails (eventually we went home and removed them. They rubbed off with a paper towel) and I walked out with no gel, and overly sanded down nails that were very rough from the nail file.

The counter employee still charged us $80 and we tipped $20. We were so disappointed with the services we received, being charged and for our time.

We have tried to call the salon for additional customer service and have received no response.

I came here for a relaxing massage, booked in for firm pressure.

The practitioner was sneezing and coughing through massage and sniffling.
It was hard to relax and at one point during the face up part of the massage, she sneezed and I felt the droplets fall on my face.
She informed me she’s sick with sick kids at home.
Through the massage she was often disconnecting or moving to one hand light pressure.
I let the receptionist know and all that came from it was “ thanks for your feedback “

Me and my hubby have been going to Maria to have our hair (and for him his beard) cut for awhile now and she is absolutely fabulous?

I went in for a haircut and I've been left devastated. I have had short hair in the past and I'm not against trying new things. But, I brought in a photo with the expectation that I would receive at least slightly similar. Instead I received an all over shave with a stark line and hair that left me my husbands twin. I had hoped I was being anxious for no reason but after coming home, taking photos, and comparing it to what I asked for I was brought to tears. It is not even close. The stylist was so kind and she must make many people happy with their hair, she made me happy the first time, but what I asked for and what I received are so vastly different and it will take months to recover from this. Im just lucky it’s toque season. Because Ive been left with nothing to work with and ptsd over clippers.

Rav is the best! I only go to her, she makes me feel so comfortable and she’s so kind and she makes me feel like I can be open with her. Definitely go to her you won’t be disappointed!

Went in to get shellac, started peeling off within a week.paid $69, excluding tax. Super expensive and not worth it at all. Won't be going back.

BEYOND MY HIGHEST EXPECTATIONS! Really recommend Silvia. She will give you a head massage that will make you drool and forget where you are! I purchased the 75 minute DT massage because I have aching shoulder blades and just when I thought it was over, she massages your hands and feet like an angel! Highly recommended

I had my first experience at the European Day Spa with Ashley yesterday and she was absolutely amazing! She was super welcoming and made sure I was comfortable all throughout my treatment. We did a facial for acne and I left literally glowing and insanely relaxed - she gave me the best facial massage of my life, even did the neck and chest too. My skin has really been struggling since getting an IUD and this might've been my saving grace, my skin feels 1000 times better already. Can't wait to go see her again!

Reception is fantastic she is very warm and inviting also very easy to talk with. The lady who did my pedicure took her time and was very relaxing! Great place to go and unwind and relax Wich I really needed!

My fiance and I got a couple's massage here. It was both of our first time ever getting a massage!
He got a deep tissue and I had a prenatal massage. The atmosphere was relaxing however at times we could here the other staff outside of our room being fairly loud.
He found that he felt calm and relaxed afterwards. We both wish there had been more pressure but all around were happy with the massages we received. The person that did mine did a great job working with me as I was unable to lie on my stomach due to being 38 weeks pregnant.

Overall we would recommend going here for a relaxing experience

Booked a couples massage for our Anniversary. Great massage, excellent service. The only thing I would preferred would have been to change into a robe first, maybe enjoy a steam or sauna. Not sure if this Spa is setup for this. We went straight into the room and laid down for the massage. Other Spas I've been to, you can enjoy your time in a lounge before your treatment. This one didn't have that.

My husband and I went in for a couples massage. The therapist were amazing, the spa is beautiful however while we were getting our massages done we could here the staff talking and laughing which took away from the whole relaxing spa experience.

I took my mom here with me to get facials for her birthday, and Ashley and Jas took amazing care of us! We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, and will definitely be returning to see these two wonderful ladies again!

Booked a couples spa package (deep tissue massage and European facial) here because they were conveniently open on Sunday but was unfortunately very disappointed with the experience.

At first glance, the spa had a very relaxing environment; however, the massage fell very short of a deep tissue massage - the pressure was that of a light classic massage. We were disappointed since it costs more than the regular massage and I even called ahead of time to ensure it would in fact be a deep tissue massage. We also found our massage did not last the hour it was booked, the girls left the room early to prepare our facials, which ended up being 20 minutes.

The girls doing our facials were very friendly; however, their skills were that of a novice. I had let them know when we arrived that my skin was quite sensitive but the girl doing my facial was very aggressive with the towel to wipe off my facial. Sadly, my skin is worse off after that facial.

Overall, very disappointed with the experience especially after paying so much for a couples spa package. I won’t be returning in the future.

Hi have been in a car accident my lower back did not get better from anywhere I tryed everything but when I came and tryed there massage for 75 min whant 4 times now I have no back pain and I can do stuff with my kids thanks

They took excellent care of my fiancee & made last minute adjustments to accommodate her only speaking Spanish

A friend referred me to your spa when I asked if she knew of a good place to take my mom for her birthday. I was excited to treat her to a manicure - we booked the European manicure. The customer service was good with friendly front end staff and the technicians made good conversation. The spa was also nicely decorated and clean. Where I was disappointed was that the service listed online, and the service that I paid full price for, said that it included both herbal hand soak and moisturizer and arm massage - both of which I did not receive. Also, I had been gardening the day before and had some dirt left under my nails and your technician didn't take the time to clean them off. The polish job was average as well. I wanted to say something but felt awkward and because of this experience I won't likely return or recommend your business.

This my go to place for spa services. Ask for Heather, she is so professional and very talented! Worth every penny

I just had a spa service at the Abbotsford location. This was the most horrific experience I’ve ever had with a spa. I’ve been visiting this Spa for years at both locations. I typically go weekly. Since January I have noticed that services and cleanliness has gone down drastically. Cleanliness, unsanitary service rooms (Hair & fingernails on the floor) steam room shower used towels, chipped glass wear and rude inexperienced staff and management. As well as the pricing has changed drastically, They have been working on “pricing” for months and don’t have a clue in the slightest what they are offering or pricing nor even how to provide a service now. I had purchased a spa and simply inquired on the structure and expectations of the spa regarding services and costs. The pricing changed for me multiple times on multiple services. As this was so frustrating I decided I would rather just have her membership refunded and pay per session. We were told “no refunds”. Decided to talk to the owner Jerry. He was the most arrogant person I’ve ever met. He was trying to be intimidating and aggressive. He was insulting addressing my girlfriend as my “mom” at one point. He wouldn’t let us speak and wouldn’t listen. Raised his hand aggressively to stop us and consistently raised his voice to over talk us. Couldn’t refund on his debit machine, So he gave cash and told us to find another spa to visit going forward. This is there level of value of a paying customer and how they will treat you. As in him saying “we are no longer welcome here “ I’m BEYOND angry. During this time of COVID when it’s a risk to even go out to these type of places. I drive from Langley to Abbotsford only to be INSULTED and DISRESPECTED by a man who is the owner and manager of European day spa who clearly has issues (a racist chauvinist!) Worst experience ever! He is the owner of both locations. DO NOT SUPPORT this unsanitary unprofessional business!

The other day I received a one hour reflexology massage with Kanwal Khosa and it was amazing. She massaged the feet and lower legs and pushed accurately on all the pressure points. My feet felt weightless after this. Thank you for the professional service.

I was a religious customer at the spa pure and loved it until they switched over to European day spa. I had a gift card that the European spa said they would honour previously to going into my massage then after the service, demanded I paid a difference because the value of service was more. Not before but after my service and after I was told it would be honoured. After paying an extra 90 dollars including tip, I left discouraged so I called the owner. I explained the situation and how I felt and he made it very clear I was inconveniencing him and had no care about my frustration. After hearing how he was speaking and the lack of interest in how I’m feeling due to his business I decided to let the money go and never return. I am more then happy to bring my services for myself family and friends else where. Extremely disappointed with this business and how they treat their loyal customers but I will go where I’m appreciated.

I have neen to a few places in Abby for Relaxation massage. This place is great the girls are all very professional and are really good at their job. I always feel amazing when i leave here.

Amazing spa and totally relaxing in every way. Last week my husband and I decided to treat ourselves to the couples massage and pedi's. The staff were excellent, they made us feel SO welcomed and at home. The staff were very cautious in using proper PPE's and the cleanliness and hygiene/sanitation protocols in place made us feel extremely reassured that our experience would be professional and safe during these covid times. Our masseuse were able to find our aches & pains and melt them away. If you are looking for a bit of pampering during these stressful times but also want to make sure it is safe.this is your place.
We will definately be back!

The facilities are clean and relaxing. The steamrooms are free to use when available. Great choice of massages that are priced fairly.

This place is amazing! The massages are so relaxing and very well priced. I love the calming decore and atmosphere. Will continue to come here and highly recommend it!
