I had the signature massage by a gentleman named Geo over the winter break. It was the best massage I have ever had. He was professional and made me feel comfortable. He constantly made sure that his pressure was adequate. It was firm but it did not hurt. He worked out some knots in my back that other RMT's could not get rid of. Overall, I was very satisfied and relaxed. I will be back to visit him. Thanks Geo:)

Had a prenatal massage here with Niki. The atmosphere and experience was very relaxing and worth it!

HUGE facility with a bit of a maze-like layout. Customer service and added things like the robes, tea and lounge were nice. My massage unfortunately was a little pricey for a service that didn't do much in terms of relieve tension, in fact it moreso spread the tension around. My bad for not booking an RMT though. Overall a nice spa but I don't think I'll be in any rush to come back.

While the spa was lovely and my aesthetician, Jas, was kind, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of pedicure I received. The very next day, with normal walking, the gel polish completely chipped off of my big toe and the pedicure was ruined for my vacation; for a $150 pedicure, I expected a far better result and product. I tried contacting the manager through their online portal a week and a half ago in hopes that they would make this right and haven’t received any reply. I’ve had other treatments from Spa Utopia Langley in the past and have come to expect higher quality and service, especially for the price; this experience was very disappointing and leaves me looking elsewhere for my next treatments.

This location is not worth visiting. My first time and also last time. Staff is not friendly or welcoming. The North Van location is 100 times better!

Came in today for a relaxing massage. Came out feeling great! However there are some updates that need to happen. The shower head needs to be replaced, it sprays water all over the place and the new body wash and shampoo isn't the greatest.

Last minute haircut with Diana was fantastic. She is friendly and easy to talk to. She cut my hair exactly how I requested and did an amazing job. Thank you Diana!

So worth the royal treatment. Will be there earlier next time, now I know what to expect with finding parking and where.:)

The Luxury Facial was excellent. Very relaxing and the products were lovely. Also included a scalp massage, and a hand and arm massage. Such a treat. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The whole team is wonderful. The ambiance is Greek-themed and relaxing with lots of eucalyptus. I love their specialty tea. Mmm!

Got an RMT massage from Yolanda. She is really good and knowledgeable about injuries and pain. She worked around mine. The place itself is so nice and calm. There is a lounge area too relax and get some nibbles and refreshing drinks or hot beverages. There’s a stream room as well. This location and spa is really good. Totally recommend.

This place and the tools are dirty! Avoid any nail services at Spa Utopia Langley! I 100% got toenail fungus from this place. I go for a pedicure about 1 or 2 times a year (Spa Utopia North Van) and I went in May to the Langley location right before I had a baby. It was definitely from Spa Utopia because no one in my family has it and I didn't go to any other spa or pool. I left a message for the spa manager to advise her of the infection and she didn't respond. I will not go back to spa utopia Langley ever. I thought with the price of everything, it would be sanitized amd clean but thay is not the case! Update* I have been using a perscription on it for 8 months now and it's still there. I have to spend 1000$ to get it lasered to see if that works. This place is absolutely responsible for the infection regardless of their denial of it.

Celiacs beware. Spa Utopia promises that a 15 minute consultation will be done before the "silk peel" facial, but it did not happen. A hand written form had been completed by me, but the technician did not look at it until part way through the procedure. As a result, I absorbed some Gluten and had the worst reaction to gluten that I've ever had for the next 24 hours. [it was not much fun] I wish that Spa Utopia would educate their technicians re: the need for a consultation especially for those with Celiac disease.

In all fairness, a person from Spa Utopia did telephone me and apologized for the incident.therefore the 2 star rating.

I have been to my fair share of Spa's all over the world and THIS Spa Utopia is by far the best, when it comes to employees loving there work, true Spa felling.

Please treat yourself here. It's a little pricey, sure. However the amenities, and the staff really make up for it. I recommend Stacey as a wonderful manicurist.

Wonderful experience on every occasion. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Such a calm environment and best way to relax. Have had massages with RMT's Kailee and Allan, both are fantastic and highly skilled! Cannot recommend this place enough!

I prefer the Langley location, because parking is free and a breeze. Staff are great and direct billing is an option

I had the BEST massage I have ever had.ever with a new massage therapist named Patricia. I have been going for massages for years and have yet to find one that I have walked away feeling so relaxed and had made me actually feel better until now. Her techniques fixed my neck and shoulders and I’m not uncomfortable anymore. I will 100% be going back more often and see her only. Best massage ever!

Love this place! Never had an issue! Not like this new place I tried in chilliwack called European day spa cancelled short notice 3 times! Once not even calling to inform me of my cancelled appt. An appt I booked work off for! Anyway, never seemed to have an issue here, even during Covid! And I will returning. Worth the drive to be able to count on the appointment and be treated with respect

I had such an amazing experience here today! Front staff is super kind and told me everything I need to know! My RMT today was Patricia and it was her first day as a licensee! She was the most wonderful woman ever and really taught me about muscles and how heat helps and all that jazz. Highly recommend! PS you get wine too!

I had a great experience today with James. He was careful of sore spots, often asked how the pressure was, and was very helpful in giving tips for further healing. 100% would book with him again in the future! Also the steam room and lounge were very comfortable.

Had a wonderful experience today with my mom, the luxury pedicures were exactly that- luxurious!
The ambiance is relaxing and welcoming, staff are warm & friendly and the special touches of coffees, teas and even a glass of wine with our treatments put the experience over the top!

My hair was cut by Nasrin and she was divine. I showed her a couple of pictures of a completely new hair style to me and she adapted it to my hair and face shape perfectly. I also felt absolutely reborn as she gave me and healthy beautiful cut… it was much needed! I can air dry my hair and it waves perfectly, and when styled I feel beautiful. Nasrin was so kind and friendly. I will definitely go back to her next time. Thank you beautiful Nasrin!

Such a great experience! I am newly diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and they ensured I was matched with a RMT that was informed on my syndrome and knew how to handle it. I really like that they put effort into my care, definitely recommend!

Fantastic Massage! I loved every moment of the treatment, along with soothing music and my masseuse’s expert touch gave me a much-needed break from all that’s going on. Safety and cleaning protocols were well though-out and executed and made me feel safe and relaxed.

Krysta at this location is the best! She was friendly, attentive, polite and super professional. 5 star customer service across the board. Very clean establishment also. You will not be disappointed in any way.

I went in a few weeks ago to use a gift card for a luxury facial I had recieved from Christmas. Patti was extremely nice and helped make me comfortable as it was my first time at a spa. There was a slight problem with my gift card but the staff was very helpful and got it fixed straight away. Would highly recommend!

Tranquil and very holistic. Accessible amenities, i love to use steam bath before massage and spend minutes in a lounge area with tea and finger foods. Relaxing massage definitely with RMT and friendly staff.

Spa Utopia Health & Health Center is very clean, uplifting and calming. I got a deal of 60 mins Swedish and deep tissue massage combined with 60 mins facial. The massage was on point, and the facial was very relaxing and soothing. My skin felt so much smoother after the oat and honey mask.

The safest and most gorgeous atmosphere. Had the most incredible massage ever. During covid, this is a beautiful way to self-care

The masseuse or massage therapists are very professional and know what they are doing. You just need to let them know how you like the pressure to be.
My 60 min was what I needed to work on my tight neck/shoulder kinks - they did such a fantastic job. I fell asleep. The high ceilings and the set up of the massage rooms pretty awesome! I will be back more often. I highly recommend; looking for a new spot? Where the therapists are good at what they are doing, just come here.

Spa Utopia Health & Health Center was well cleaned. It was clean; the bathrooms were very friendly with the hand towels and sanitary products provided. I loved the hot tea and fruit served at the end of the massage. Deep tissue is the way to go if you need something extra! Thanks a lot.

The massage was primarily fantastic, but the service price is excellent, and the greeters were spectacular and very pleasant.

I spent the weekend in BC, and this place called me in from the street. Such a warm cosy, peaceful vibe. The girls at the front were so sweet I scheduled an appt for the next morning. I was looking forward to my massage. Anyway, my Massage was AMAZING, and I enjoyed the snack they brought out afterwards.

I love this place! It’s so tranquil, and they offer great massages. I’ve had the hot stone, four-handed and deep tissue. They’re all fantastic, but the hot stone is my favourite. I am looking forward to my next visit!

I had a 90-minute massage, which was phenomenal. It was comfortable, relaxing and everything I wanted. I thought it would be weird that they would use gloves, but they were such good quality, and they were so talented I couldn’t tell the difference. They are open - go!

It's expensive but it's worth it, best spa I've ever been to. The service is great and the massage therapists are very good at what they do. Atmosphere is very relaxing it's the perfect place to go unwind.

Felt very safe with their cleaning protocols in place. Their steam rooms are open again and cleaned using an amazing sanitation system after every use!

Wonderful first experience. I booked a Full Body Swedish massage for my mother and I and both massage therapists were extremely friendly and welcoming, and were great at their jobs. We could hear them washing their hands throughout the service, which is important during these uncertain times. I unfortunately have forgotten their names but I hope you can find them through the reservation under my name for 2: 00 PM on Sunday, March 15th and pass our compliments to them.

I am not going to say anything longer but just to shorten this out, the woman named Brittany, I guess? She was very rude. I did not wanted to point out the person, but I have never been treated like this in any other place and not even me, I wouldn’t want any others to be treated like how I was treated there. I had very bad experience about her attitude.

I was visiting from out of town and was able to get a massage with Laurel and when I arrived the front desk were able to sneak me in for a haircut with Carmen. Both ladies were amazing. I even asked Carmen to finish my cut earlier than the time allotted (which is an annoying request I know, sorry Carmen), and she was able to do so with plenty of time to spare. The facility hasn't changed in the decade that I have been a patron, but it is still so peaceful, spacious and clean. The representative that mans the facility is also awesome and deserves a pat on the back. And lastly, the rooibos tea is always my favorite. Thank you Laurel, Pamela and Carmen.

Bad experience. I went to Langley location for my hair color and was disappointed. Please do not go there as I was totally disappointed.

I have Harrington rods in my spine due to scoliosis. I suffer from a great amount of back pain. For years I was resistant to treatment as I feared people touching my back. This changed when I found Pamela RMT at Spa Utopia Langley. She is so good at what she does not only is she a skilled RMT but she is a beautiful person, making me feel safe in her hands. This past February I had another major surgery I had a right neck dissection and bone transplant using my right scapula. I just saw Pamela For the first time since this surgery a few weeks ago, again she knew exactly how to treat me. I have 100% trust in her. I have had other massages but she is the best! Bonus you can use the eucalyptus steam room and lounge before and after your treatment.

Went here for a pedicure about a month or so ago and I definitely won’t be going back for a few of reasons. Went in for my pedicure and as the girl was scrubbing my feet she some how cut me in the worst possible spot right where my big toe begins. It was a medium sized cut but a bit long so it was pretty painful and started bleeding. I went there the day before I was about to leave for a vacation so as soon as I got cut I was worried about infection in pools or walking around bare feet. The girl put some stuff on it to help with the bleeding and all I got was a sorry I don’t know how that happened. So my whole relaxing experience is already gone now because my foot is stinging the whole time. I choose a white gel polish and I guess the way they apply here is in very thin coats so it lasts longer but basically it turned out to be super streaky and not the perfect paper white look I usually get at other salons so that was a disappointment, all that for a pedi that doesn’t even look great. In the end I left limping home trying not to step on that toe and go to pay and even after my cut I end up paying FULL PRICE. I had a gift card which was why I didn’t wanna bring it up then there because it was technically free for me anyway but for customer service reasons that’s something that should have been adjusted by them without a customer having to say something about it after a situation like that. I paid and still tipped as well but was definitely not satisfied with the service even more while I was on vacation and had to wear ugly bandaids on a very visible part of my toe with heels which made it even more uncomfortable. I won’t lie all the employees were very kind and nice but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for the price and the service.

I used to come for RMT massage almost weekly for years. Unfortunately, they raised their price so much that I can't go anymore. I loved it there!

Reception is very friendly. This place is immaculately clean. I am a RMT who has worked in some high end spas as well.so I'm pretty picky. I chose to go to Spa Utopia after a really bad car accident last week and just wanted to feel extra pampered. My RMT Matt was AMAZING. He is very professional, communicates clearly and has fantastic hands on skills. The eucalyptus steam room after the massage is to die for. I left feeling like a brand new woman I can't wait to go back next month.
