This is such an elegant, relaxing experience from the steam rooms to the lounge to the luxury beds in the beautiful rooms. If you want to feel decadent, this is the experience you should go for! And they have RMTs so you get part of the $ reimbursed!

My friend and I had the most amazing experience today. Mel D is one of the most amazing Masseus. I’m very picky and have had many massages. I found an amazing masseuse about 7 years ago and see him at least once a month and didn’t think I would consider anyone else but Mel D would be the other masseuse I would love to go see. Following the disappointing experience at Spa Utopia in North Vancouver, the spa manager, Diane Yarnold was in touch with me to explain some of the changes as well as offered me another body scrub with another spa specialist which I plan to hopefully enjoy on my birthday. This prompt response to correct the dissatisfaction has made be feel like a valued patron of the spa and I appreciate it very much. I have gone to the spa since it's inception and would recommend it.

Vibes here have gone downhill the past few years. They no longer serve you wine after your massage and fees have gone up substantially. People working there seem to hate their jobs (Kelly especially).

The spa in question provided a subpar experience, as the reviewer's appointments were both cancelled due to the supposed sickness of the RMT. This lack of back-up staff and poor management is unacceptable and suggests a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. The fact that two therapists were allegedly sick at the same time further adds to the reviewer's doubts about the spa's professionalism. Overall, this spa should improve its management and staffing to better meet the needs of its customers!

My daughter and I booked 50 massages.
We were in the waiting area at 0950. Shortly after 10 we were taken to our room, we then had to get set up etc so by the time we had our massages we only got 40min of hands on, not 50min as booked. This was disappointing as other places I go for massage, I get the full advertised time. This is not the first time this has happened to me at Spa Utopia.

Always have a great experience here! From massages, to body wraps, to most recently, a manicure. The staff are awesome and very accommodating, the view from the lounge is gorgeous, and I always leave feeling refreshed afterwards.

Ananya Perry was an excellent masseuse whose skills are superb! I told her my problems with my right upper back and shoulder and she immediately hit all the right spots, with the right amount of intensity and deep pressure that I needed. She is highly skilled and a rare gem (finding a good skilled masseuse is truly a rarity!) and I am very thankful to have had her working on me today. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a masseuse to relieve deep pain, who understands fascia and getting deep beyond the superficial layers.

Unfortunately not the same as they used to be. Prices gone up and attention to detail have gone down, As well as quality of service.

Excellent massage by J. F at North Vancouvers best spa location. Staff were a delightful and polite at check in and helpful at time of paying. Been many times and will return again.

Just away from them. They do no know how to run the business. Such a poor management. They do not have enough staff and just play victim to justify their shortage of staff. They push us to go to pan pacific and made it sounds like it is an offer. Offer we did not ask for. We had to pay $20 for a parking. Pass the bridge. Find a baby sitter for my sis’s kid just because of their shortage of staff. And in a sneaky way without communicating with us they had push all our other sessions to pan pacific. Did not give us a call to not have to give parking credit.
So shame. Since august that was our first session, we had discussion every time before our sessions.
So waste of money and poor management on both locations how could not handle their own internal issue.
My last call Brenda mentioned either I can go to Pan Pacific or not and we are not responsible for you losing your insurance.
Don’t waster of your time, money and your mental sanity to deal with them.
This Star is only for the management. If I could give zero I would have given.
I am glad though that both of our massage therapist were good.

The service was awesome. The only thing I’m not satisfied with is that I’ve paid for an hour of facial however I’ve received 45 mins and I paid for a 15 minute of nothing

Always such a great experience at Spa Utopia! This was probably one of my best experiences. I had a massage with RMT Catherine. She was amazing, and moved her hands with such a flow that it was relaxing from beginning to end.

Nice and clean facility, friendly staff, great service provided by RMT.
Prices have gone up by 15% since the pandemic started (March 2020), so 50 min. Utopia Classic Swedish massage will cost you $175 CDN (was $150). Reduced amenities, snacks and drinks (tea, juices, etc.) are no longer available unless you ask.
Not sure Spa Utopia has the competitive advantage given that their service is more expensive with less amenities/benefits vs.other massage places.

My husband kindly booked a spa day for me quite some time ago and we received a call today to confirm tomorrow's appointment and to be advised the price has gone up $50, it seems an unethical business practice to bait and switch the price after the booking has been made so while I haven't had the service yet there is already a dark cloud over the appt.
Updated to reflect the amazing service recovery by Spa Utopia - they confirmed they would honor the booked price and I have had the most blissfully spa day!
The massage, facial and mani pedi were all perfect and the staff was loosely, I will definitely be back!

Great masseuses and very professional and relaxing environment. Make sure to buy Costco gift cards before attending.

I saw Matt for a haircut here, partly to fix what a stylist at another salon had done. Matt was super friendly and down to earth, the haircut was great, and he even phoned the next day to make sure I was satisfied. I’ll definitely continue going.

Wonderful experience today at Spa Utopia North Vancouver. The location is easy to find with plenty of free parking. The front desk staff were helpful and welcoming. I had a 60 minute custom facial with Nikoo who was friendly, professional and made some great recommendations for my at home skin care regimen. My skin looked INCREDIBLE afterwards and felt really soft. I only wish I knew I could have booked time in the steam room before my facial - I didn't arrive ahead of time and it didn't make sense to do it afterwards. Something to remember for my next visit I guess.

Lovely spa and great massage from their RMT team. Nice lounge area to relax in after your treatment with tea and fruit.

I've been coming here for massages regularly for over a year now. I always get a fulfilled massage. They continually took away my pain, healed my body, and restored my spirit. Not bad!

Went here for a massage and also reflexology. It was great! She did an awesome job and used strong pressure where needed. Many other spas that I've gone to has been disappointing when they don't use much pressure at all. It was a very nice surprise that my relaxing massage ended up being therapeutic also which I so very much needed. Beautiful ambience. Ladies there were lovely and friendly. Highly recommend!

Called and was able to get in for a last min appointment for brows, wax & tint and a gel pedicure before closing yesterday.

Was a great experience happy with the way it turned out and was very relaxing, definitely will be booking there again in the future.

Great service! Mani Pedi was very fast, I was in and out in 1 hour. A quick massage for hands and feet as well, more than I have had at other spas for their price. They did a really nice job on my toes and fingers. Will definitely come back!

Had a great pedicure this afternoon. I walked in and luckily they were able to take me however I think you typically need an appointment. Over all really great experience and great price, if I could be picky about one thing it would be that they need a little better ventilation. The smell of polish was a bit strong.

Remarkable customer service and overall fabulous experience. The masseuses are wonderful, and I hope they have compensated accordingly. I came for a pre-bridal shower relaxation. I had a facial, and my mom had a foot massage.

The best deep tissue massages I've ever had. Therapist came highly recommended from a very good massage therapist friend of mine who is on maternity right now.

She knows exactly where to go, to work out all my tensions. Her pressure was just perfect and it didn't hurt at all. Felt so much lighter especially around my shoulders and neck areas after my appt. I'll be back regularly

Wow! Unbelievable. This place understands the human body and pressure points. And there is nothing better than someone that listens to what you came in for and works on it. I'll be coming back. Also, it is impeccable. But on an actual note, I get massages all the time, and this was full massages. Highly recommend.

I'm not a regular receiver of manicures but my manicure today has changed me! The spa is lovely and clean and the therapists are efficient, kind and they do beautiful work.

Enjoyed an exceptionally relaxing mani-pedi yesterday for my birthday. They were fabulous - just the right level if chit chat and relaxation. Definitely going back to try out there 2 hour signature facial. Sounds simply amazing!

Stunning spa, fantastic staff. I spent 5 hours getting treatments (which was longer than it sound have-Bonus:) I felt like I had soaked into the bed when I was finished. The best spa experience I have ever had! I felt completely pampered. I don't understand how anyone could say anything bad about this place it was amazing!

Absolutely loved my massage, the masseuse was amazing and she knew how to do the right amount of pressure. She was quiet but not soft which I like more pressure so I was good with that. Couple cons it's not a full room (they are working with the space they have) so there's not a lot of room to take things off and put them down on a chair or a basket. The room is just behind a sliding door which means it's not soundproof when people come in you can hear it.

Beautiful office - the staff was very friendly and explained everything to me. They got me set up with a rewards program as well. I will be back for sure!

Had the best massage here anyways the masseuse made me doze off a few times. It's a cute little store a place but has a romantic feel to it. I would definitely go back and maybe next time for a facial as well.

Seriously love this place. The entire staff is amazing and make you feel right at home. I was nervous about getting laser hair removal for the first time but they were great. And it's super-fast!

What a wonderful massage place! I've been here about 5 times now, and each time was a wonderful, relaxing, feel-good experience that left me feeling recharged. I came here to help relieve the chronic tension knots in my upper back, and I found out that apparently my entire body was kind of tense lol. Every point my masseuse touched hurt in a really good way. I do not know how she is able to gather so much strength being such a little person!

Spa Utopia teams are amazing! Was seen very quickly and felt welcomed and listened to. Very friendly front desk staff as well. Definitely coming back!

This place is a real gem. We had a couple’s sauna, followed by a 90 minute float. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the facilities are clean and very well put together and the experience was totally relaxing and restorative. Also, the lounge is a lovely bonus. Highly recommend.

My friends and I were in North Vancouver for a friend's wedding and we went to Spa Utopia to get IV fluids with vitamins the morning after the wedding in order to keep the weekend going for a day! We are so grateful for all the staff at Spa Utopia and thankful for the treatment we got- it was truly a game changer and saved us! Thank you to the team for accommodating our group!

I got a facial from Cecilia and she was the most amazing esthetician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She communicated about my every need and gave me the most beautiful facial that was perfect for me.and my skin was GLOWING by the end of it She was so kind and gentle which made me feel very comfortable. If you go to spa utopia at the north vancouver or pan pacific location I highly recommend seeing her. She is the holy grail of estheticians!

I booked a massage appointment with a specific rmt weeks in advance. I show up to my appointment, get changed and wait for my rmt, when he called my name I realize they booked me with the wrong person. I didn't want to pay $134 to see someone new when I specifically booked with someone else. I got changed and left and was annoyed since I had waited for this appointment. I get a call in the evening from them, I thought it would have been an apology for their mix up, instead she said I left without paying! Excuse me!? No I left because I didn't receive the service I requested. I am appalled that there was such a lack of communication between the rmt and the receptionist. I never received one apology for the mix up and instead they accused me of leaving without paying! I would not recommend spa utopia to anyone they are clearly unorganized and unappreciative of their guests.

My favourite place to enjoy an afternoon. I’ve been to Spa Utopia with almost everyone that I care for. We book the treatments mostly as a family. The massage at this Spa is wonderful with the most exquisite ambiance and delicious snacks and beverages. From the moment we enter the spa I feel relaxed and joyful. M

The spa is very warm and welcoming. Clean and relaxing vibes from the music to the views of the water. Had a fantastic massage with Martin. The complimentary tea and nuts were a nice touch too.
