Avoid this if you can. Be careful of doing business here. We rented this space in May and gave a credit card at the time of booking. I even checked with the front desk before leaving if we needed to pay and they said everything was settled. Then 6 weeks later received a collection notice from a debt agency that we owed them money, but no communication from the company itself in between that there was an amount owing in there system. If that was the case that’s fine but absolutely shocking level of Professionalism from this company.

Update: in response to the below response from the owner. I don’t think a blanket attempt to defer responsibility is really acceptable.

The two stars are for the great staff who are actually on site and the gorgeous space with lovely amenities. I was a member here for over 3 years, before and during covid. We started as part-time drop in and used the common areas and meeting rooms multiple days a week for that time. For 2021, we had our own small full-time office. The physical space itself is quite nice however the way they do everything else is exceedingly frustrating. There were contract, invoicing and billing issues the whole 3 years and the people who are actually working there, while friendly and helpful, are unable to solve them because they are somehow separate from the corporate system. The customer service from the corporate office is TERRIBLE. They won't solve anything by phone or email. You can't solve anything by paying in-person while you are there and the credit card in your online file also won't work to pay for meeting rooms. After 3 years, when I received notice that my rent would be increasing by 40% for the following year, I cancelled three months in advance. All of my billing information was in their portal and I applied for deposit refund at time of cancellation Oct 2021. I actually received my deposit back this week Sept 2022. This is after multiple emails back and forth with the corporate office over the past year to provide the banking information multiple times. The latest email notified me in July 2022 that the deposit would go in within 5-7 business days. It took a full two months before the payment was actually received. And this is 11 months after I originally applied for the deposit refund. Overall the space is nice but it is not worth the ridiculous hassles with billing and administration. I do not recommend this space to other business owners.

I dropped in to ask about the different pricing and membership and I received great customer service. The two ladies on the counter were nice, polite, and gave great information. Respectful attitude.

Also, I received a follow-up call the day after for more information.

Staff at Spaces are helpful and extremely accomodating. Very happy with service they provide to me as well as my clients. Highly recommend.

Over all I am very happy with spaces and their staff. Most of the time things are without issue, but on the occasion I have grievances with the heating system in our office, the staff has always been quick to help me in a courteous and professional manner. The center is kept clean and it has always felt like a welcoming environment.

Beautiful Modern Space that provides flexibility for clients! Was easy enough to sign up for an account and book Meeting Rooms when needed! Very friendly and warm environment.

I would recommend Spaces! The staff are friendly, the offices and common space are clean, and there is always someone available to help.

This is by far the most UNPRODUCTIVE work environment I've ever heard of! Seriously, RUN AWAY!

Most days you will not find many members here at all. (red flag?)

Even with not many people, they are LOUD! The staff don't do a thing to help either. Some lady laughs at a glass shattering level, non-stop, like this is her own home. Some other guy stands in the middle of the work space and talks loudly on the phone the whole time. And several other examples.

How can anyone concentrate at all here? !

Come on people. Have some respect for others. This is a SHARED "work" office. Not your frat house or personal home.

Have a two year office lease with pricing in writing, and they increased the monthly rent after one year and then terminated my lease for a bigger client renting multiple offices, and refused to refund the two month damage deposit.

Where do I even being, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

I was sold on a beautiful picture of this 24/7 access office. Within my first week I was locked out of my office where my work laptop and other items were inaccessible for 5 hours. They have no after hours or on call employees, so keep your fingers crossed that the front desk staff will answer their calls on weekends of evenings if you need assistance because they are your only hope.

It took a MONTH for me to speak to someone who could potentially give me a refund, but instead I was told that because I had mail arrive the day after my locked out incident that shows Spaces holding up their end of the contact. Instead I was directed to message the help desk which could only direct me on how to terminate my contract, not talk about the problem and a potential refund.

Super unprofessional when it comes to a problem like the one I had, no sympathy.

I have been charged $900 for 1 week of usage because I can't trust that I wont be locked out again. EYEROLL

Safe yourself the trouble and go rent a space somewhere else because you will be disappointed.

This is by far the most HEARTLESS, money-grabbing business I've ever dealt with. You should be ashamed at how your billing & admin department handles your customers. Absolutely terrifying.

Update: As requested, I did email you at customer service and no response. In the meantime you've demanded $700 (for some reason) and locked me into another 1 year / ~$2200 for a service I never want to use again. Classy.

Update #2: Get this: they finally emailed me just to tell me that they can't terminate my "agreement" early. This is the very 2nd year agreement they FORCED me into now. Wow. Highly unethical and deceitful.

Covid superspreader space.

Inspired office space with incredibly poor Covid protocols.

While the glass offices, white walls, and big windows are nice. The cramped hallways, unmasked staff and guests, lack of sanitization, and wandering homeless feels like a bygone area, leaving me to feel uncomfortable entering the space on most days. Risky place for staff.

This who place is about big space and style over substance. There's coffee IF you drink coffee. Otherwise, nothing. Not even a microwave.

The whole organization seems very pretentious. Do they care if they get new members or keep their existing ones? They are sure not doing anything to keep us loyal to them.

Dustin the manager is great but billing and admin is a nightmare. They bill ed me 6 weeks in advance for 10 days of co-working, and then sent me emails telling me I was in arrears and they were sending me to collections. The people in the actual office can't help and you have to coordinate with REGUS head office call centre and they don't care at all. I've used the space 5 times and I've paid over $300 which is a total rip off. I called customer service and they can't/won't do anything to help. The space is nice enough and I would have stayed if they didn't make it so painful. They added to my workload and stress, which was the opposite of what I was trying to achieve. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

I love this brand new space. I decided to sign up for 5 office days a month. This is a great way to start building my cliental in Victoria.
