Sparkle City Carwash

Don’t use this car wash. I was parked right in the Center, and the wash arm came in way to close and scratch the entire side of my vehicle.

Total rip off for the car vacuum. 5.00 for 3 token. I got 6 min
I called the company and left my name and phone number
Nobody had the respect to return call.

Please avoid this carwash. I spent $14 on the one of the most expensive washes (range is $10 to $16) and the car was still dirty afterward-bird poop hadn't come off, dead bugs still present, and a muddy residue left all over the car.

Then, to top it off, I did two quick vacuums outside of my mats and interior. Each is vacuum is only two minutes long, but costs FOUR dollars per use. Didn't find that out until I looked at my credit card statement the next day.

What a rip-off.

Absolute worst carwash! Most expensive and the worst! 16 $. Go to call them immediately afterwards and you guessed it the PHONE # is not in service. Wow
DONT WAIST YOUR $ and time! Tried to upload pictures and it wouldn’t load. Classic!

I had no problems here. Got a great car wash for a great price. Going again soon, as I drive a white car

Just like all other people have reviewed.this is by far the worst touchless car wash I have experienced.

Tried to go through the car wash today. I paid using debit and followed all the instructions. The display said car wash was in use but there were no other cars around. I waited and waited. I checked my bank and $12.00 was debited from my account. I will never go there again. I will contact them regarding a rebate.

Paid for my wash then the car in front of me did not get the signal to leave so stayed through my wash.no way to resolve issues with this place.good thing i used visa.will contact them.

Paid $10 for my car wash at the Parksville sparkle city and it didn’t even work, and there’s no one there to talk to you their phone number doesn’t work what a bunch of bull! No attendant, phone number is disconnected, no email, they took my money and there is absolutely no way to get a hold of anybody! I WANT MY MONEY BACK DONT GO HERE

They just re-opened the car wash with a new system in place. I went through the car wash today and my car is sparkling clean! I recommend anyone to use this car wash now that they installed the new system. Same great price with a better wash:)

I have used this car wash plenty of times. I have nothing but great things to say. I drive about 35 minutes to get to this wash. The attendant is amazing. He always asks first if he can help by cleaning wheels etc before I drive into the wash bay. The under carriage is very important to have washed with the brine the roads are sprayed with. I say to the few people that dont appreciate it.good luck at the other washes, or have fun on your hands and knees trying to spray all the parts underneath in
the inclement weather in your driveway!

I brought my wife's car here because she's tired of the worker here pestering her endlessly, this guy has boundary issues. He seems to be under the impression that "No thanks, I can handle washing my car by myself" means "Please hang around and ask my another half dozen times and instruct me on how to use a credit card unprompted (? !). He probably means well but dude, learn what no thanks means. I don't know how I could have been any more clear with him.

Brushing the heck out of my car defeats the purpose of a touchless, automated car wash.

Dont know why this place isnt torn down and turned into a dog park as it would serve the public better then taking our money for a sub par car wash and vacuums that literally don’t suck.

No water in buckets for pre wash, called number posted and explained the situation, Owner was rude and hung up on me. No other customers waiting, went to Shell station where there was a line up to use the wash. Now I know why. Avoid here, use Shell station across the street.

Touchless carwash, NOT! You still need to wash it down and there brushes are filthy, old and scratch immediately. So its a crock of #%€<

If I could give this car wash a zero I would. Spent $15 for top level wash and car came out filthy. Went home and washed the car myself. Do not go to this car wash.

I paid $13.00 and the car was not washed at all! It left streaks, water spots, wax spots, dust on the hood and a dirty windshield. The only part that came clean were the tires which we washed prior to entering the car wash. Do not waste your money!

Very good place to get your car wash, and the Gentleman who helps you out is first class service.

This car wash is a complete joke.you would be better off driving your car in the rain.it would be cleaner.don't use this car wash.ever

No staff present to address concerns, no legible phone number to call, nobody answered when I called number posted online, no answering service. Worst drive thru car wash I've been to, car just looks like a wet and crappier version of what I arrived with. Fail.

Just paid for a "Deluxe Wash". Brought the car honme and now I have to wash it by hand. Car is a bit cleaner, however it is still dirty. The wash just washed off the dust sitting on the car, but that's about it. If you like wasting $12, take it here, otherwise wash it at home. Also does not provide a receipt, and this was my company car so now I don't have a receipt for my taxes. Great, thanks Sparkless City!
