I got horrible quality manicure.
The lady (Tina) poked me with scissors really painfully.
Then she didn’t clean under my nails. When I asked her politely to do it a little bit more, she did it for 3 seconds, nothing changed.
So I did it myself at home - see on the picture. Makes me think that she just didn’t want to do it.
Also, the skin around the cuticle began to peel off next day. Now it looks worse than before visiting the salon.

Always a great place to get one’s nails done. Definitely a quality manicure. Love the pedicures as well. Lots of staff and no waiting.

Always busy which is a good sign. The girls do a great job on both nails and feet. Dont forget your flip flops - as the ones they give you fall apart as soon as you try to walk in them.

My friend gave me gift cert to this place so I have it to my daughter who to her nails done. The lady was gentle and kind to my daughter. Big selection of colours. The atmosphere was relaxing. My daughter was thrilled: D

I really like this place, good work, fair prices.the only thing which I don’t like is when you have an appointment and they still let you wait for 30 minutes.

I’ve been here several times and it’s been great efficient, clean, and friendly. They use new file, foot scrub, and toe separators every time. But my last visit when I had my shellac done was quite painful and aggressive.this was two days ago and my nails still hurt. I had regular shellac with an “oval shape” which the manicurist suggested. She first cut the shape with nail trimmers and then refined the shape with cuticle cutters. She cut the sides SO DEEP I still have blood spots of where they stabbed the sides. I was actually pulling my hand away and saying ow a few times and she kept going and didn’t say anything. My nails look decent and she painted them well but I'm scared they will have ingrown on the side now because she literally cut them down to the flesh. I’m scared to go back here now.

I love seeing Hannah every month. She’s talented, sensitive and kind. Also she’ll help me make decisions when I’m to indecisive! Lol

Always a great experience at Sparkle nails. I get acrylic extensions and they last a full three weeks. The nail technicians are always very welcoming, friendly and can almost always accommodate last minute appointments.

Terrible shape, lumpy, uneven, had to get them redone 3days later due to uncured gel polish peeling. Very disappointing.: (

I do pedicure and eyebrows there. Love my Master Hanna, she is thee best! Other specialists I wouldn't recommend, especially for manicure. You might get lucky with other girls regarding pedicure but manicure and eyebrows, not really. Salon has massage chairs and it's a BIG BIG advantage for us as clients. You get a good long massage on top of mani pedi!

I arrived 45 minutes early for my appointment and Lan was able to see me right away. I’m very hard on my nails and the polish still looked good except for my new growth. Really happy as my nails look natural and the gel is thinner and nicely shaped.

Mani pedi armpit wax and bikini wax …all excellent! Highly recommend and the prices are great! Very nice staff.and very efficient. Happy customer!

I’m a huge fan of Sparkle Nails Salon. The staff is incredible, friendly, and thorough. I’ve been a client for close to 8 years and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great mani/pedi in Vancouver. I would suggest calling ahead for an appointment to secure a time as it’s almost always extremely busy.

Came in here with an appointment.they made me wait 15 min meanwhile they accept many walk-ins
the lady persisted she had many years of experience.worst nails will show you photos.cleanliness she doesn't use gloves and she used the buffer to clean her table.same one on my nails.she needed to wear her magnifying glasses.and still the outcome was poor.its been only a week and because she didn't begin at cuticle line (and i reminded her of that she kept interrupting me) my nails look like its been almost 3 weeks.and they are lifting!

I called just now to give them an opportunity to fix the situation, they understood just fine until they figured out i want something fixed.they said ha what ha sorry what ok thanks for calling and hung up on me! 90 bucks with tip!

I went today to get my nails done. Everyone was really nice and helpful. I picked a very detailed nail design and the nail tech did an amazing job and paid great attention to detail.

I've given this place a few chances because I live nearby, but I've gotten a nail infection from this place and have had horrible service when addressing the issue. The nail techs are rude, the place is dirty and I wouldn't recommend to anybody.

The manicurist cut my left big toe nail and as a result, it started to bleed. Cuticle on my right thumb was cut and it's sore and it started to bleed! Forefinger on theft hand that happened its soore and it bled! I wanted a positive experience as it was 2 days to my wedding. Unprofessional service

I took my 4 year old in for her first mani-pedi with Mummy and she loved it! I had a gel pedicure which was great as always, but they took extra care with my little one and even painted flowers on her toes. She felt very special and is showing off her nails to anyone who wants to see Thank you Sparkle Nails for making this an extra special experience for us.

Good covid protocols and provisions. Good pricing. Nails are done really well and in good time. Usually able to walk in and get service right away.

My friend and I had an amazing experience today at sparkle nails. They were able to take us with only just an hour notice. This did not affect the quality of the service at all. Both the manicurist and pedicurist were meticulous in cleaning up our nails. The space is large and bright, it’s busy but they are thorough. We felt pampered and left with incredible nails. I will definitely been coming here from now on.

It is the best place to get your nails done, they spend the time to do a really nice job!

Friendly and quick!

I came here for a gel pedicure. I phoned beforehand to confirm the price and they were courteous. There is a lot of space in the area. My tech used supplies that were new and she was pulling it out of the wrapping. I appreciate that I can actually feel the massage chairs and their foot tubs have jets which is a nice plus! Lots of selection for colors, spacious and good customer service. I will be coming back:)

Rushed job with little attention to detail. Even with 2 staff working, a mani-pedi should take more than 20 minutes

I have always had a great experience. I’m super hard in my nails, and I get my acrylics here and they always hold up.

Been going here for over 10 years and I think they are under priced given the service I go in for my heels mainly every 3 weeks and it is 90% of the time a great job. The enviroment is neon lights on neon lights but you are not here to lounge and enjoy yourself.

I’ve been here a handful of times now for a manicure and I’ve always been happy. The staff are always so nice and accommodating. Love having my hands look so clean and fresh after + the hand massage.

Very nice ladies here. Paying so much attention to detail and they never let you leave unhappy. Love this salon and the ladies here!

Hanna always does a great job of my nails, I am never disappointed. I get my pedicure done as well, everyone that I’ve had have been fantastic! They make sure everything is clean and sanitize.

3 of us had full set of acrylic nails done for a wedding. The nails looked great for 2 of us, but for the bride, the manicurist made a mistake when putting on the clear coat and streaked the red colour on the white and did not fix it. I was sad when I saw that her nails were not perfect as it was a gift from me. It was a bit disappointing.

I brought my boyfriend here for his first pedicure. The women working were very thorough and took their time to make sure everything was perfect and we were relaxed. Since covid, I’ve been trying a bunch of nail salons trying to find one I liked, and I’ll definitely be going back! One of the best pedicures I’ve had in a while.

I love my nails every time! I’ve been to other places, and it’s never as good. Sparkle is the best!

I don't know what to say, I wonder the nail technician has been fully trained? She didn't know how to do manicure and even just basic nail colour look so terrible and uneven. Manicure is awful! I won't go back this place anymore.

I’ve been going to Sparkle Nail for almost 10 years & have always been *very* happy with the staff & service. The ladies are all super friendly & the services are all reasonably priced. They have 100’s of colours to choose from. If you go for a pedicure make sure to take advantage of the massage chair! Walk-ins welcome. On street parking right in front of the Salon is only $1 an hour. Highly recommend!

Service was amazing. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy with the service.

They just do an awesome job here. Manicure lasts a long time and they always make my nails look really pretty. The women are friendly as well and when a nail breaks they will fix it for you.

Went in for a fill and the they did an AMAZING job. My nails look beautiful and the quality of work is outstanding. Love that the nail tech was wearing a mask and a face shield. They also have a plexiglass separator which I really appreciated. 10/10 recommended.

I visited this salon for the first time, and had walked in without an appointment. It was very quick, clean and efficient service, still caring for comfort levels. Have decided to make regular visits as the first impression was excellent!

I have been a loyal client of Sparkle Nails since 2010. The business owners, Jenny and Janet and staff work very hard every day from 10am to 8pm. Both are working moms. They never turn me away even if I am the last client of the day and they could go home earlier. I don’t book appointments because I have my own business as an optometrist and my days are unpredictable.

They have continued to grow their business by being clean, professional and meticulous in their services offered; nails, eyelash extensions and waxing.

They pay extra attention to hygiene. I have never had a problem despite going monthly for mani/ pedi past 10 years. Aaahhh, my monthly pampering.

I have referred many friends and family and all agree the quality of work and care is not found elsewhere.

Regular manicure and Gel pedicure. Booked with Hanna online for 90min supposedly. Some one else did my manicure. Already chipping and uneven polish job. I was there at noon. I can clearly see that there was two coats. Gel pedicure by Hanna was fine. I was asked if someone one other than Hanna could do my manicure because they were quote "busy. " I should have said no. I was in and out in 60min not 90min. My nine year old niece could have done a better job on my manicure! I won't be going back. It was a waste of money. $71 plus tip. Not worth it!

Sparkle always does a perfect pedicure! Salon is set up very well for COVID precautions - plexi glass between pedi chairs to separate customers, and on the mani tables between technician and customer. All customers have to wash their hands on arrival, before touching any of the polishes or colour swatches. As usual, everything is thoroughly sanitized between customers.

Been going to Sparkle for years and have been super happy every time! Will continue to recommend to all my friends

Support your local small business SPARKLE NAIL SALON on W Broadway. What a great job implementing COVID-19 protocols. Patrons must book in advance wear a mask and - wash hands new sinks soap sanitizers etc installed in plan view. Your station cleaned in front of you. Plexiglass screens between every station all estheticians in mask gloves and visors. Tools sanitizing equipment now in plain view. I’ve been going here for several years the quality and care at this price hard to beat.

Best nail salon in Vancouver! They were really sweet and did a fantastic job on my nails! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails now, what a great find.

As long as I pick the best artist then I love this place. I am very very picky. I have only ever met 2 people that do my nails perfectly. One of these ladies works here. And the prices are GREAT!

This is my favorite place to get my nails done in all of vancouver. I’ve tried other places over the years but none have compared to Sparkle Nails’ quality, nail color selection, and price. They even have a stamp card! ️

I brought my mom here for her nails. She was very pleased by the service. The ladies were very helpful and gave her what she needed. Clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Chose wrong color for me (asked for off white, color was white even though I showed the sample), wrong design and told me my nails were dirty and asked what I did to make them so dirty. I don't have much experience with customer service but I'm entirely sure that's not how you speak to a customer at all. Not worth the cheap price.

I showed her a picture of the nails i wanted; they look exactly like the nails ive besn trying to get other salons to do for months! Im so impressed ill definitely be going back. Its about the going rate. But not too over the top on the price.

I got a full gel set. They did a great job and very reasonably priced. I walked in and didn’t have to wait which was also nice. Would highly recommend!

They were fantastic! Very gentle with my feet after I told them there was a little pain, and both Mani and pedi were quick and perfect! I will be back!

Lots of colour selection. Very rude manger. She rushes and does a sloppy job. She is also very rude and will talk bad about you right in front of you (laughing)
