My friend referred this law firm to me, I was calling to inquire consultation but the receptionist was so rude and impatient.will definitely not contact again!

Regarding the case I inquired about, I received a polite refusal in Japanese on the grounds that it would probably not be successful, but I called because there was something that I could not express well in the email, so I did not connect to the person who responded to the email, On behalf of another person, he hung up saying, "We don't accept such cases, bye-bye. " I thought it was inevitable that I was refused, and I felt very uncomfortable with the mocking tone. It was the first time I had heard such a thing and I was very shocked. I will never use them again and don't want to recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life dealing with them when I most needed help. I sought to rely on their “expertise” and advice, but what I got were mistakes and blunders one after another.
Throughout the entire engagement, I was the one running after them for reminders and giving them new information, and even so they missed critical filing deadlines resulting in substantive financial loss for myself, while they happily billed me every step of the way and padded their own pockets. With every interaction it is blatantly clear where their priorities lie - they are a money first, not a client first firm.
I was left with no choice but to cut my losses and switch to different law firm.
