Specialized Squamish Experience Center

Complete garbage. Indefinitely closed. Spend $19 thousand, get zero customer service. Not recommended

One of the best overall experiences I've had with a bike store. I've rented bikes from Specialized Squamish on various occasions and have always received exceptional service. The staff are very accommodating allowing me to swap out my rental for a different frame size, test out different bikes, and tuning the bikes perfectly to our preference. They are also very friendly explaining the various bikes we might enjoy, giving trail recommendations, and even offering to shuttle us to the trail head. Would recommend this store to anyone looking to rent or buy a bike.

Great experience as usual from Specialized. Had a broken freehub that most other bike shops were either not interested in helping me with or wanted to schedule it to be fixed in 2 months.

Walked in Specialized Experience Centre and was out with a working bike in 30 minutes.

Andy and the Specialized crew are fantastic! I had an issue with my Levo upon arrival in Squamish for four days. It was late Saturday afternoon, they are closed Sunday and the shop was all booked up for Monday. It was a maybe get it done on Tuesday deal. After dropping it off, they called 20 minutes later. They squeezed it in, replaced my TCU, updated my firmware and it was ready to pick up. Amazing service, thank you!

Thanks to Jasmine for the amazing service. I had visitors in town and they hired from the Demo Centre. The bikes were in such good shape! Today she helped me find the right size bike for a future purchase. I can’t say enough good thing about the quality of the service offered here.

No surprise at all when I saw all the 5 star reviews. Yesterday, for a Whistler trail ride, we went to Specilized Squamish where my friend rented a bike and Jasmine provided exceptional service going above and beyond. Right from the flawless check in and advice to when we returned the bike slightly delayed. So accommodating and genuine service. The equipment was top notch. We have no hesitation recommending this jewel of Squamish store again and spreading word of mouth to friends and vistors about our experience.
Most of all we will be repeat customers ourselves when we are riding around the area again. Thank you Jasmine.

Great shop with great customer service. They are very helpful and go out of their way to make the experience a good one. The shop is immaculate and it’s obvious they care about their demo bikes. I bought a bike and they made sure it was perfect before it went out the door. I’d definitely recommend them for demoing bikes or purchasing a bike. And it goes without saying that Specialized makes some terrific bikes.

Specialized Squamish has exceptional service. Precise, clear communication. Brought my older Specialized Kenavo Expert E-Bike for service and afterwards it felt like new. They washed the bike thoroughly going above expectation. Even took time to answer my questions coming from a new rider. 10 Stars.

Cool concept showroom to try out specialized. First in Canada. Mountain bikes and hybrids - no road bikes!

The staff at Specialized Squamish are very nice and helpful. They have great customer service. My sons and I were able to rent and try different kind of mountain bikes and E-bikes. The bikes are new and maintained well. Definitely recommended.
