Love the staff very helpful, the wonderful lady at desk let me know a appointment was open, and saved me time and money.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, walked in without an appointment and was led through each step without any confusion or pressure. Special mention to Hardeep, you will be very fortunate if you are able to get him as your consultant. THANK YOU Hardeep.

It was an awesome experience having Aman as representative. She helped me find the right frames and also advised on sizes and better savings on it. I would always go to specsavers from now on.

I would recommend Dr. Nijjar anytime. She is so kind and takes her time to check your eyes throughly without rushing through the appointment. She is amazing with the kids too. Our 5 yr old loves her and can't wait to go back to see her. Dr Nijjar has a very friendly staff that helps you with any insurance related questions. She is very accommodating and flexible with the appointments as well, as it can be stressful for find one with work and school.

My husband and I walked in and waited solid 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged us. It was not too busy and I'm inclined to think there was a choice not to talk to us since other people were assisted fairly quickly. First and last time to visit this store.

I had an appointment for eyesight test last week. The staff here is friendly and really co-operative. I had the best experience ever.

We've had nothing but great experiences before and after the takeover. We love our Dr, she's excellent with the kids, and got my son in ASAP when he got jabbed in the eye and I knew he needed to be seen as quickly as possible for possible medicated ointments- of which they made sure he was.within the hour of my calling.

Had a bit of a hiccup with my husband's glasses being lost in transit per se, during the takeover.but upon calling and discussing such issues it was resolved rather quickly- with the glasses located and delivered within the next few days.

Recently went in for a new pair of glasses due to breaking my current.the customer service I received was pleasant and efficient. In and out in a timely manner, and didn't hesitate to answer or clarify any of my questions asked.

Prior to being bought out by Spec Savers, this place was my go to for glasses and contact lenses for 10+ years. Since then, it feels like you’re on a conveyor belt in a factory. The organization in this store is chaotic, customer service skills are lacking and it is stressful the minute you walk in the door. It’s sad to see a neighbourhood business take a downturn like this.

Went in for an adjustment yesterday.they used too much heat and ended up burning one of my lenses? I will be getting a new pair but disappointed in lack of care. I will be hesitant going to this location in the future.

So I have been to this location before, twice for eye exam. I think they still offer the free glasses but the cost to make them progressives is something that you can receive much cheaper elsewhere so I do not even spend the time. It is run like a machine, in and out. My exam was done by Dr. Nijjar, good exam, quick and efficient. Leading into the exam room they do a couple simple eye tests and then test your glasses, my glasses were dirty, lease they could have done is wipe them down before they tested the prescription, nope!

I like the collection they have and how they are helping make this long-term and important decision of prescription eyeglasses. I recommend this store!

Went to their location yesterday afternoon on June 5th. They gave my wife an appointment for today as 2.30 PM However, due to family emergency, she wanted to reschedule and was told the next eye exam was not available until Jul 20th!

I've been going to Image Optical for almost 10 years so when I heard there was a huge rebranding to Specsavers, I was sceptical. However, the staff are really kind, helpful and even offered to adjust glasses that I bought online!

However, the glasses selection I feel has decreased and has been replaced with specsaver's branded glasses. If you like a wider selection of brands, I would get a prescription here but possibly shop for the frames elsewhere. Otherwise, the staff was lovely, would go again!

I've been coming here for 15 years. I needed my recent exam prescription emailed to me, but they refused because the prescription was "expired". UNLESS I pay them $25 because somehow that makes the prescription less expired.

The woman on the phone then determined she'd help me by going to fetch the policy to read me their terms and conditions.

I am moving away from the area and am truly stressed about leaving this wonderful facility. All my visits and treatments at this office over the years has been first class (both pre Covid and post Covid). All staff are true professionals.

The entire staff from Dr’s to the Assistants are professional, informative and totally supported my every need. This is the the third time I have used Image Optometry every time they have exceeded my expectations. Thank you

My experience with Image Optometry Delta has been a positive one. I had an eye exam which included a free pair of prescription eye glass. I did not like any of the frames that they had there. Aashna, the customer service clerk ordered the frame that I wanted from another location and had my glass ready within a week. She kept me updated from the time the frame arrived until it was ready for pickup.

Had a very thorough exam by Dr. Chan who answered all our questions and explained everything in a way we could understand. The staff were very helpful and produced a second pair of glasses when the first frames did not fit properly due to my prescription. Above and beyond. Thank you.

Very friendly and professional place. The receptionists at the front desk were very knowledgeable and helpful and the doctors are very kind and understanding!

I am not happy with the Dr/Owner's resolve to my issue. They have no glasses that fit me included in the "free with eye exam" section. There is one pair in the store that will fit and is only $20 more than the "free" (<$100) options. They would not allow me to pay the difference of $20 and the best "solution" they offered me was to pay an additional $60. Definitely not helpful and a waste of my time.

Image Optometry just lost 4 loyal customers. I really hope you make a killing with your new $35 charge just for the "privilege" of trying a couple of contacts that you get for free from the supplier. I'm sure their is another fantastic company that would like to have my family's business. Goodbye!

Usually I order from them my daughter’s contact lenses but this time I went to renew my optical prescription. Dr Britlynn Chan is like an angel, soft and mellow, beautiful and sweet.
I got my eye glasses from here and I’m very happy with all the service I’ve got all around.

I will gladly recommend this place to any of my friends and I’ll spread the word around as much as it will stay in my power.
