I went in when they first opened in the fall to get some glasses and Kelly was great. Got such a great deal for 2 pairs of glasses and she was great finding me the right fit/frames.
I went in recently to replace my pair I lost recently on a trip and the lady I had had no idea what was going on. Didn’t know how to bill insurance/answer my questions properly. But I Went back in today and Kelly was there and she helped me out and got it all sorted /answers questions very quickly. Would go back again!

My husband and I bought our glasses and sunglasses about 6 months ago which we both love. We came in 2 days ago for a quick tightening on our glasses and had the best service the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you

I walked in to ask if they could do a simple repair, replacing the nose pieces on my work glasses. Not only could they do it, they surprised me by doing it for no charge! Excellent customer service!

This was my first experience here. The sales people were pleasant, helpful, tactful, non-aggressive and candid about what could and couldn't be done by them. I found glasses that fit right away which is unusual for me. There was a great deal where I got a pair of prescription sunglasses for free with my glasses! I received my new glasses within two weeks as promised. There's always a period of adjustment with new glasses but so far they're doing remarkably well and I can bring them back for adjustments if needed. They have a 90 day "no worries" policy.

I was treated respectfully and in a professional manner. Yes, I'm 77 and not always used to being treated in this way
I'm know there are cheaper glasses in the Valley - because I've had them and it's no joy. I'll be coming back.

We couldn't believe how much better the price of prescription glasses was there. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable about progressive lens. They have a great selection of frames to choose from. We got 2 pairs of glasses for the price 1 pair at a different optician. We also were very happy to find out that eye exams are free for over 65 years of age. We will definitely be back in the future.

The eye exams were done quickly and efficiently. The frames were clearly marked with the pricing, and we found frames we liked quickly. And, what's good to know is that they stand behind the work. There was a problem with the lenses of one pair, and there was no problem with getting it corrected.

Eye exam with Dr Jassal was thorough. He took time to explain my eye health with me. Kelly-Anne was very patient helping me to pick out new frames and fitting them for me. Can’t wait for my new glasses to come in!

The selection and prices seem good but I was told by the assistant that I was on the wrong side of the store and that the ladies section was on the other side.
Even if I wasn't non-binary in my gender, and wearing a They/Them pin on my handbag, 'men's' frames fit my face much better than 'women's' frames. The assumption of this sales associate has lost this store a potential customer.

Had my eyes checked today and got some glasses! Kelly anne was so helpful and kind and sweet amazing worker love her! It was my first time getting my eyes checked i was sooo nervous but they were great, efficient and fast and the prices were also good

Great staff dealing with our little ones. Very helpful and went above and beyond. Yvonne and Skylar were very friendly and made our kids feel very comfortable. Dr Gurinder was great with kids.

I went looking for some new glasses today and the lovely Kelly-Anne helped me out! They brought me a great selection of glasses, and even though it was a bit busy, they were able to give me their full attention. Overall great experience!

We came in looking for glasses for my daughter. Stephanie was awesome! So helpful and patient. My husband then came in for an eye exam and glasses. Last was me. Stephanie to the rescue again. Great experience and will 100% recommend and shop there again.

Absolutely amazing service, my husband has had multiple trips back for adjustments they even replaced his frames when they got broken by accident free of charge! I highly recommend going in. He has also had multiple exams as well, their s r ice hands down the best I have ever experienced.

It was very professional, the person I dealt with was very helpful and informative. The eye doctor was also a huge help! Even after I told him my previous eye prescription and explained that I could feel the magnification. Over all an amazing experience and would highly recommend!

Store was organized and clean. The employees were super friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I can suggest, and I’m sure it’s in the works already. Is to get more selection of brands.

Uplifted. I have waited a long time for my new glasses. Today I can see clearly. Yay! The people were doting, professional and amicable. My disability need was met regarding the chair. The cost for my purchase is greatly appreciated; as I am poor. Just a wonderful store!

I have to say this was the best eyeglass buying experience I have ever had. I can’t remember his name but his patience and honesty were amazing. As was his knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely be back and have been telling all my clients and friends.
