The North Van location, mid-Lonsdale, is excellent for eyeglass purchases. Customer service is superb. Price is very reasonable. Enough selection. They will be my Go To store future eyeglass purchases!

Had ruptured a vessel in my eye last week. Was worried I had spread my cold sore to it. Called for an appointment the same day and was able to get one. After I arrived there was some confusion as I thought I would have to pay for the eye exam. The optometrist came to great me and I explained my situation and she mentioned it could be charged to MSP. I was very thankful for the quick treatment and kind service by all. My eye has healed on its own and I will be coming back in a few weeks for a overdue eye exam.

Came in wanting to get new glass put in my existing sunglass frames. Told me $99 bucks for exam and to send out my glasses. After the exam it was an additional $138, but if I wanted tint it was additional? Or I could choose their house brands for more money? The whole process is super confusing, staff were nice, but poor communication between them and loads of sales pitch. I left confused and with a prescription thay may or may not be honored again or elsewhere. Not sure what to do now

In an age of bad, indifferent service, this store is a real pleasure to deal with! Top marks for knowledgeable, courteous staff.

We were very impressed with our experience here. They are patient and provide good suggestions to ensure you find the best frame for your face. Also this is the only place we have been to where they actually measure where the glasses will sit on your face to provide the best sight possible.

Really great experience start to finish. Excellent service, solid selection and seamless process. I'll be back for another couple of pairs!

I went for eye exam and they were amazing so I took appointment for my husband and boys and they have a great welcoming with beautiful energy Roshananh is sweet very helpful she was amazing helping me choose my glasses and my son highly recommend

Overall great experience here. Feels like they're doing things differently, improving on standard/old ways. Lots of frames to choose from, in all sorts of styles. Really helpful staff, bright and fun decor. Will be back!

I was thinking of buying my glasses at Specsavers but it just go too complicated. I went to Costco and it was so easy no add on cost and confusing sales pitch.
