The glasses came back unclear. Thanks to Toni, she is willing to ditch the 2 pairs of lenses at their expenses and asked Doctor to recheck again. I got replacement quickly. Overall, service is excellent and staff is going beyond to twist the frames to match. I would recommend to anybody this store!

The staff are really accomodating and welcoming. They provided me informations in detail and it was very informative. They are also very friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive such wonderful treatment at Specsavers Metrotown. I was not familiar with store before that but went on the recommendation of my son who had purchased glasses there recently. I have not yet filled my prescription because there was no urgency but plan to look there when I'm ready. A very nice experience and I would recommend
a visit there to anyone.

I have a condition of having double vision due to an accident over a dedace ago. Therefore, my glasses require to have prism to align the conditionthat causes it. I also need reading glasses when I am capable of seeing far.

I just purchased new glasses and cannnot empathize how comfortable they are. For the first time in perhaps an entire decade, I do not have any type of double vision with them on, even when lying on my sofa watching TV, which I previously did with others.

But what makes it even better is the superb level of service from their staff. DR. ANEIL has done a miracle job into relieving this annoying condition I have had for so many years. BIG KUDOS to TONI for being so kind, patient with me and explaining in detail the process it would take to make them. I felt like family!

DR. ANEIL is by far the best eye doctor I have ever encountered (and I have been wearing glasses since 1987). His attention to detail is very educational and also treats you with the outmost respect and care. My prescription is L -5.75 and R -5.5 and he recommended I wear -5.0 for contacts, not same prescription. I was also wearing +2.50 reading glasses and recommended +1.50. So, I did that and WOW! I can see so perfect! TONI also advised me to wear +1.50, not more.

I am still puzzled by the magic of the team at Specsavers Metrotown. Wish I could remember everyone's names whom looked after me as they're all AMAZING! Will highly recommend to all my friends, family and everyone! THANK YOU!

Had a difficult time with ICBC next door but Dr Elkie Fung cleared up things for me! She's very knowledgeable and helpful! The store was sparkling and everyone was friendly. What a pleasant experience!

I don’t like shopping for eyeglasses but the experience at Specsavers was a great one. The staff were patient, helpful and courteous. They made sure the frames suited us and fit well and made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this store. The promos were great as well.

The technology here (for eye exams) is simply superior. It makes you question why anyone would go to other clinics in today’s age.

Dr. Aneil Sandhu was sincerely friendly, helpful and patient when addressing the questions regarding the eye exam.

Team member Harmeet was also very kind and assisted carefully with finding the perfect frames and the lenses.

Huge thank you to Toni for helping me when my frames broke. She helped me get a new pair of frames and swapped the lenses. She was so professional, friendly, helpful, and kind. Thank you Toni, you saved me an extra expense and a huge headache.

Great place to get your glasses! I got mine back in July this year, Tammy was super helpful and really nice, also she gave me suggestions on frame as too.
Dr. Elkie she is great and nice. 2nd time I came for eye dilation everything went well.

I came here cuz I stepped on my glasses and it got tilted in the nose area.
