A true 5-stars for Dr. Maegan Folk and Specsavers. Dr. Folk spent a very generous amount of time advising me on my diagnosis of dry eye disease and I left feeling way better, and confident in Dr. Folk’s capability and knowledge, thank you! Front end staff was also friendly and competent. Highly recommend Specsavers and the lovely Dr. Folk!

I would give the staff and the optmetrist an eleven out of ten. They went far and above for service!

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses last summer, replaced one pair, the eye exam not so good, returned one pair (end of August 2022), got a partial refund for the inconvenience, promised that I will be contacted for another eye exam and new glasses.this never happened.poor customer service.

It was good, the exam was efficient. She explained why I was struggling the way I was with my vision. The glasses selection part was lengthy but the person helping me was thorough and made sure I liked what I was selecting and even helped me figure out the best way to manage my budget, insurance, and style.

Specsavers in Kelowna was the best experience in Eye glasses I have had in years. Picked the new glasses and put them on and there wasn't any of the usual getting used too them, they were perfect.
I will be sending my family and friends there when they are in need of eye wear.
