Very very very un happy took my wrx in here today paid for their second best car wash expecting to get a clean car. Not only was my car not clean really at all afterwards my licence plate came out bent in half and my driver door now had a really nice scratch right across the whole door so that’s cool too. I would highly suggest you don’t go here.

Very friendly staff and overall good experience. I’m putting 4 stars instead of 5 because my car wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be, don’t get me wrong it came out cleaner than it was I just didn’t expect how minimal the silver wash would be. Also all the vacuums were out of order. Other than that good experience and not too pricey!

Car came out abut dirty and only one wheel had shine on it. I called and left a message and no one returned my call. Scammers!

Best 24 hour full service car wash hands down. Powered mat cleaning machine and vaccums are available once a day everyday with a monthly package free of charge! Worth it! My Jeep has never looked better

I purchased the most expensive memberships that speedwash offers for mine and my wifes vehicles. The signs everywhere say "Unlimited, " but it turns out you can only use the wash once per day. When I pointed out the huge signs all over thier lot that said "unlimited, " I was told they were all wrong and need to be replaced. I do not normally wash my vehicle twice in a day but had washed it before going to Vancouver in the morning and wanted to wash the salt and road grime off when I got home in the evening.

After speaking to the manager and being very disappointed by his responses, I decided to cancel my membership. When I canceled, I was told that my credit card had just been billed for the coming month, so I could still use the wash until the month I had paid for expired. The next day, both memberships would not allow me to wash my vehicles. I reminded them about the conversation yesterday and that I had been charged already, and they said there was nothing they could do about it.

Only visited once prior to all the rain in Chilliwack. Did a very nice job. I’d like to try again.

2 different vehicles both sustained damage from wash. Rather large scratches on the hood of one vehicle and the rims on the second vehicle. Does it get vehicle clean.in my opinion, could definitely be better, missed alot of spots on truck. Price wise, for what you get and the possibility of damage to your vehicle. Do it yourself at home.

The floor mat station is great. The car wash is pretty good, however does leave the typical "misses" on my wife's SUV. Nice touch is the package of wipes and air fresheners that come with every wash.

First time there and it did a ok job but left water spots assuming why I got the drying towel. But I never used it.will probably use again

I love the fact you can drive through anytime of the day. It has a funky look when you sit in the car. Only issue is that these corners, back, and running boards remain dirty or half done

I’ve enjoyed using the car wash. Nice clean truck comes out at the end. And more than that, the staff have been excellent. Friendly, helpful, and focused. Well done.

The first time I went to Speedwash, I was amazed at how fast everything went.

I was able to get snow removed from my car in the undercarriage and I was able to get to work safely. Highly recommended!

Quick and easy wash! I usually get the one which cleans my car from underneath. Does the job very well!

Paid $15 for wash. No employee present when I drove in. Selected wash & tapped card. Car wash washed ok but tire shine was not applied. I expected tire shine for mid-level wash. Paid another $3 for mat wash machine. It malfunctioned but a monthly member used his code and it worked 2nd try. Mats were clean but still damp.

Looks like a great carwash, need a new carwash all the other ones
dont do a good job with all the salt and grime from the roads from
snow. Can't wait to use this carwash more when the sunny days come out! Cheers

Highly disappointed, think before you go as the system may damage your car. Management is least bothered of the feedback. The only thing they do is contact ICBC. And fill up the incident form. I also contacted ICBC but none of speedy management has connected with them yet! Almost a month.so please don’t damage your own vehicle it this particular spot.it was Dawson weich site manager. When my vehicle has multiple marks on it after it.no action yet! He just gave a his card and Bal gandham business card.smart way to get away from situations.with no follow up.pretty upset.

Well nothing is perfect but SpeedWash is very close. By far the best I've ever experienced and here in Chilliwack the Mat Washer I've never heard of till now. With my workload the 24hr.deal is a winner. I just hope they can stick with that. Staff's been great! All said, I bought my Audi a Gold Membership and it's working out well.

Have only been to Surrey Speedwash and service is superfast; i usually purchase the mid tier clean and it does the job. Especially good to get salt off undercarriage. Extra lane helps as no more traffic jams!

Amazing! They have an automated mat cleaner and the vacuums are amazing! They have 2 attachments to choose from. My car looks professionally detailed. A little pricey once all is said and done but it is worth every penny! I just do the basic wash and find it works just as good as the more expensive ones.

I bought a monthly membership but after going through for the third time it’s managed to rip a cover off my back wiper and bent my license plate every visit to the point it’s almost broken. My friend went through with me one day and it took out the weather stripping around her front windshield. Canceled my membership. Don’t go here!

One of the best car wash experience. They are super generous and support lots of Chilliwack Community Projects aswell.

I did the 1 month at a $1 (Chilliwack grand opening) then one month paid. Love that I can go anytime! Staff is friendly, especially at night. Prices are good for either packages. I'll be starting up again in the fall when streets get salted again.

Used once, more of a rinse than a wash, nothing special. Had an incident and when I approached the attendants they said they were too busy to deal with me. I wrote an incident report and they never got back to me. Worst costumer service/relations I ever experienced.
