It was amazing service at Speedy Glass! I had an appointment at 8: 00 am, and the windshield was estimated and installed by 10: 30! 1 1/2 hours sooner than quoted by the manager. Dennis was so pleasant and accommodating! 5/5 stars!

Wonderful experience at this speedy glass location, window was installed perfectly. All the staff were super nice.

The staff at the 5871 Minoru Blvd, Richmond location were very courteous, helpful and empathetic to our recent mishap concerning the chips to our windshield. Our vehicle was ready on time as they said it would. Kudos to Speedy Glass. Thank you.

Very professional. And a shout out to Edwin, who was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful through the whole transaction. He was able to answer all my questions in a way I understood. Hopefully my window never gets broken again ***fingers crossed*** but if it does I would definitely bring it back to this location of Speedy Glass. They’re customer service was great.

I was really happy with the quick professional service until I got pulled over today and I went in to glove box for my insurance papers and they weren't there! They never put my papers back in my car after the service. Mistakes happen but they didn't even call me to tell me that they had my insurance papers! I explained this to the officer and was given a warning. I then had to pay an insurance brooker 30 dollars to replace the papers.

My windshield was fixed efficiently (less than 1 hour) with a great repair job. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Service from Dennis was excellent.

I give a 10/10 for efficiency, quality of service, compassion and 'Speedy' service!

Hard to find these days but 'Speedy Glass' surely and refreshingly, love Up to their name!

Great experience with the staff. Jenny was able to help me with my insurance so I was able to save $200, which is perfect just before Christmas. Great job, the window wipers were nice as well. Definitely would recommend.

Amazing customer service - Jenny is the best! They are thorough but very efficient, and get my glass chips out right.the first time!

Watch your bill!

I needed my windshield replaced and when I got there they told me the customer contact person ordered me the wrong windshield. The woman at the counter said it would take another 7 to 10 days and for the wait she would give me a free pair of wipers. I had my windshield replaced but she was tallying my bill I noticed my bill was $58.50 more then my deductible, she told the guy beside her in Chinese to enter the entire amount in the debit machine. I asked her what the extra $58.50 was for and she said that was for the price of the wipers. I told her she was going to give them to me for free and she changed the debit machine to reflect the price without the $58.50. She knew about the wipers as she talked to me about it on the phone on the day of the install.

Walked in this morning without an appointment to see if the crack was repairable. They looked at it and decided to fix it immediately. Entire process took half an hour and the crack was completely repaired and gone. Dennis and Jenny at the desk were exceptionally friendly and professional. Thank you! Highly recommemded with 5 stars.

Had my car vandalised and window broken, dennis helped with guiding me through the process of getting my window replaced and assured me about filing a claim with insurance. After experiencing something terrible, Dennis and the rest of the team made me feel better. The turn around time was the next day and they were very accommodating to my tight schedule.

Just wanted to leave a quick review for this business. All I can say is the service I got for my car today was great. The service was done right and communication was perfect. Shout out to Dennis for the great service. I highly recommend this Speedy location for any glass damage repairs. The lady at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. Overall 5 stars!

The customer service at this location is awesome. I had a leak in my car after they replaced my cracked windshield. The technician (Joe) offered to reset and reseal the windshield despite showing me evidence that the leak was unlikely coming from the windshield. The evidence came from a windshield airgun leak test that I was invited to witness. Joe is a knowledgeable professional and is demonstrating a genuine desire to fix my problem. Jenny, the receptionist, is also a professional and offers excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location!

Had an appointment to get my window repaired, and when arrived for the appointment they didn't have the window ordered, and I'd have to wait unit who knows when. They also said I should find another business to repair my window. Worst customer experience I've had in the auto repair industry. I won't be coming back here again, would not recommend. Zero stars.

What a great experience! My car was vandalized and my windshield was smashed. I called Speedy and spoke with Dennis. His immediate concern was for my safety - he recommended that I request ICBC tow the vehicle to the shop due to the glass in the car and the reduced visibility from the broken windshield. His next concern was the reduced availability of glass and windshields due to the supply chain issues. While on the phone with me he secured my replacement windshield, and made an appointment for the next day! In one day my car was fixed and back in my hands! I couldn't be happier with their service and highly recommend them. Every interaction with the team was fantastic, but Dennis went above and beyond to help!

Great glass repair/relacement shop with excellent, knowledgable customer service staff. Have had both windshield repair and replacement done here on a few different vehicles. Their windshield chip repair is amazing. Took a vehicle to them that had a major rock chip just slightly smaller than a toonie and when I picked it up the chip was nearly invisable, other than a very slight visual distortion if looking directly thru the repair. We now take all of our vehicles here for windshield repairs and replacements, including my partners company vehicle.

My 2nd time here for my other car. Was very impressed the 1st time round and decided to bring my 2nd car to fix a chip. Once again left as a happy customer. Thanks Howie for the great and timely service.

Great customer service. They explain everything thoroughly and provide quality products. Speedy service also, was quoted 4 hours for a windshield replace and they were done in 2 hours. They also handled all the insurance claim and I just paid the deductible.

Came in to get a rock chip repaired and the work was amazing! Quite shocked how little you can see the chip now.

Another notable thing, is that the staff is very friendly and their customer service is spot on!

Only reason I am NOT giving a 5 Star review, is because I *HIGHLY RECOMMEND* driving your own car into the shop if it's 1.) A manual transmission, and 2.) Your car is lowered and/or modified.

The driver nearly took off my front bumper, while trying to get my car into the shop and stalled my car a few times. (I was able to drive my car out of the shop, without scraping my front end at all)

Amazing job from everybody there. Literally walked in with no appointment and they took care of my windscreen within 20 mins. Thank you Joe and Jenny for the awesome work. 20/10 recommend here!

They replace my driver side window, it was broken by thief, to stole my iPhone. When I drop my vehicle I mention the small glass peace’s sitting inside of seat belt buckle part. Although I mention it they didn’t remove the all glass parts. Today my seat belt release by it self many times. How come a life issue point, missed like this. What if I had an accident today? My seat belt will not work because speedy glass workers didn’t their job properly. Shame on you guys. I m not driving my car this weekend although I need it desperately. I will never go there. And who ever goes there if it’s broken window issue be more careful do not trust their job. And other thing since I left there there is still voice coming from my window when it is up and down

I did bring my civic this morning at this speedy glass location since I live very close. I have thought that I got a rock chip on my windshield but it was a sticky stuff that I been trying to take it off, but Dennis took an action right away and do the magic. I really appreciate he's honesty and customer service. I would recommend this location and Dennis for any windshield and car glass problems.

Great customer service. I usually go to Langley Speedy but the service there is not good. I called Richmond and I spoke to Jenny and Alan and they both were amazing. Super friendly, professional, and took great care of me. Definitely check them out. I will gladly drive from Langley to Richmond for this level of service anyday!

Walked into the Speedy Glass with a rock chip that needed to be repaired. The staff were professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. They were able to contact and deal with ICBC directly and just made the whole process easy. Thank you for all your help, and I'll be sure to recommend you to anyone who needs glass repairs or replacements.

About 15 seconds after hearing the Speedy Glass ad on the radio a rock hit my windshield.
I got to work and called Speedy Richmond, they talked me through the process and a few hours later I dropped my car off and in less time than they said - it was finished and the repair looked great!
Last thing I said to them was "Thank you for making this so easy".

Dealt with Denis, who was super knowledgeable, not pushy and very friendly.
This is the only place out of 3 other shops that didn't try to rip me off and provided proper information and charged correctly.
Highly recommend!

Thank you to Denis and Speedy Glass Richmond Minoru team for helping to repair a rear view mirror that fell off from the front windshield.

Unfortunately, we were unable to fix with an off-the-shelf adhesive repair kit, but their Team was able to fit me into their schedule early in the morning to install it back on. Also, I inquired about fixing a small crack in the front windshield glass and they definitely made it less noticeable.

In the end, I just added the Aquapel Rain Repel Treatment + Wiper replacement/upgrades to my vehicle and it has worked nicely during the rainy weather.

Windshield was repaired but without cleaning. Dirty marks were still there when the car was returned. Although I booked the 1st appointment at 8, it took longer than the promise time for the job was done.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The reception person which I’m assuming is the same one on the phone is downright rude - cut me off when I was trying to explain something to her and cut me off while talking a few times. My wife went in and she had the same experience.definitely not going back here, I called and cancelled my order for a new windshield.

Speedy Glass Minoru Richmond is a amazing place.  It is my first time writing review about the service.  Denis Lau - Service Manager is a super guy.  When I walked the shop to get a side glass mirror at the driver side.  He asked me the car model and year and promised to give me a quote either that day (already 4 o'clock) or the next day.  Then I got a  call from him on the early morning of the next day, He said the glass was there already.  The price is very reasonable.  Less than 5 minutes, my rear mirror was installed.

That store really know how to provide a speedy and quality service to clients.

Speedy Auto glass in Richmond are great! They did an excellent job replacing my windshield on a 2015 Passat. Unfortunately there was a slight issue with the rain sensors. Speedy repaired the issues no questions asked! What more can you ask for! An honest professional company. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Hats off to this Speedy Glass location! I could tell everyone who works there really respected my car and was looking out for me. Jenny and Dennis even went above and beyond with a surprise phone call and offered to repair my door handle for free as it was broken and I could not open my door from the inside.

This company is bad bad bad. I wait 3 weeks for the rear glass and didn't get it yet. I have to find another company. The other one can do it next day. So I cancle the order then go to find the other company. Speed glass in Richmond is rubbish. 1 star is too much. I prefer 0 star.

I was driving down Knight Street Bridge beside a big truck, next thing I know a rock landed on my windshield. I drove straight to Speedy Glass without any appointment. Jenny explained everything to me very clearly and took care of all the ICBC paperwork. The windshield crack was repaired very well with a filler, and all of this was done in less than an hour. Great job, thumbs up to all the staff especially Jenny, Alan and Howie. So when you need windshield repair, do what I did - drive straight to Speedy Glass.

Speedy Glass in Richmond repaired a crack in my windshield yesterday. Their service was excellent! If I ever have any other glass needs this is where I will go. I highly recommend them!

Brought in my work car for glass repairs and was very happy with their services. Dennis and Howie were awesome. Will be bringing in my personal car for servicing as well.

Got a chip today on my windshield and on the same day I was able to get my car in. They not only repaired the chip flawlessly, but they also cleaned up a prior chip repair they did last time. Excellent and fast service. The chip is not even visible anymore I honestly can’t believe it. Would highly recommend these guys for any kind of glass repair needs.

Dennis is the man you go to when you have a glass issue. He is professional and fast! I took my 2005 f150 there to fix my front windshield. They get the job done in the next day! I am really impressed.

Jenny from Speedy Glass Richmond was exceptional to deal with. She kept me in the loop even with Toyota’s delays getting an OEM windshield.

At Speedy they go above and beyond. I have Optiom insurance which covers my deductible. Normally I would have to call, make a claim, then fill out the paperwork. Speedy took care of everything for me and I received a check a week later.

I highly recommend them.
