Called in for same day service. They not only accommodated my unique ask but they did it quickly and confidently. Angela and Jamie were incredibly easy to deal with, friendly and fast.

I used the wifi to do some work and had a gourmet coffee while I waited. Highly recommend!

I have been to Speedy before in Burnaby and today I came to this location. Burnaby speedy was great, This Coquitlam location is horrible. I called them, no one picked up so I hung up after trying a few times. I then attended the actual location, no cars in any of the bays, the person at the front counter didn't even acknowledge me and walks out to help another customer. One person in the garage area peeks at the lineup for the front counter and scurrys off to hide.
I wouldn't go here, they can't even have the time or courtesy to say a quick "hey, just with a customer, be right with you".

Speedy Glass is the best. Had a chip on my windshield a few months ago which did grow during winter and it became a large crack so I had to replace it.
My concern was mainly sensor calibration after the windshield got replaced (my car has several sensors), I got an appointment Online through their website and everything else was so smooth!
Although a few days had left till new year, my car windshield got replaced as scheduled and ICBC covered most of the expenses.
Kia from Speedy Glass was so kind and helped the entire process which took around 4 hours.
It was crazy raining the day I grabbed my car but everything was perfectly good and I started using the car right away. Sensors also operate the same as before (they also did provide me a sensor certificate and warranty).

I was very happy with this business. Jordan is a really nice manager and so is the lady that answers the phone. I went to a mechanic that messed up my car and broke my winshield on my toyota echo. They fixed it fast for me and they are all very nice at this location. I highly recommend this place!

I got my windshield replaced and today when I came to pick up my car, they showed me my car filter which they pulled out. They wanted to do the change to a new filter for $50 and when I declined, he threw my air filter into the trash and left me without another word. This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable behaviour. Never go to another Speedy Glass, people.

I called to book a windshield replacement. I was asked if the car had a rain sensor (yes) and lane assist (no). I was not asked if it had breaking warning (which it does). I require the car in the evening so I booked two days later for first thing in the morning. I arrived to find out Speedy ordered the wrong windshield and their delivery of the correct one wouldn't arrive until the afternoon (to late for me to get to work. I could book time the following week, but I'll be working days and again, I require my car.

Long story, short. I call another place near by, for the correct windshield. I dropped my car off less than an hour later and the work was finished within 3 hrs.

Sorry, but they are more speedy.

The agent had excellent customer service. I explained that I was rushed for time and they were able to get the windshield replacement done quickly. It only took 3 hrs. Again, the agent was super friendly and it felt like they really appreciated your business. I would definitely come here again

With this covid-19 situation and making a big move to find some work it's been super hard times lately and even getting just some cherry on the top bad luck, a rock hitting my windshield and it spider cracking so I needed a replacement. The reception was super helpful and was very thorough with keeping things clean and safe. Thank you again for helping me with my problem and making me feel like some luck came my way!

Their website sounds great, but actually it is NOT TRUE!
Had cracked windshield replaced at Coquitlam location today, after got my vehicle back, noticed lots of mess and a small piece of glass in the front area inside, had to spend time to do the unexpected clean myself, also found a light paint scratch on left side frame outside, definitely they did NOT COVER or not properly cover the vehicle when they were doing the job! Left and right edge sealing is also obviously different so one side must be performed incorrectly.

Great customer service and excellent workmanship. Covid safety was excellent as well. I've used this location for all my windshield repairs. Awesome job.

I had called Speedy Glass and still waiting for them to call me back. Called Coquitlam Window Repair and was answered by a friendly, professional young woman. Speedy Glass is not speedy at all.

Their staff were professional and everything was explained thoroughly. Chip on windshield took 1 hour from walking in and driving out, included a free vac! Good job and great coffee was a bonus!

I has my glass repaired here on an icbc claim. What should have been a painless and straightforward experience was made uncomfortable and unpleasant by the general vibe and attitude of the staff. The counter staff are surly and unwelcoming, nobody in the business seems happy or looks like they want to be there including the “technicians. ” They tried to up-sell me products and services I didn’t need, and made me feel uncomfortable when I politely declined. I suspect they get commission for these sales, and are likely chastised by management if they don’t manage to up-sell. I will certainly not bring my business to any of the locations Belonging to this chain. Even for an insurance claim. Bad business bad environment.

Cars windows got smashed last night. Called speedy glass in in Coquitlam and they checked stock and told me to bring it in.
Dropped it off at 10 am on Saturday. Showed up to a clean car at 2: 15 same day.

Very pleased!

They also assisted with transportation home and back.
Can’t think of anything I would change.

Repaired my car window after somebody smashed it. Maintained regular contact while window was on back order. Did a great job to seal the window so I could still use my car in the meantime. Very helpful and friendly service

Went there to get my windshield replaced, overall experience was good.they also cleaned the interior of my car which was nice.however there was one lady that didn't have the best customer service/communication skills, but after a complaint her attitude got better. Rest of the staff there were friendly and provided good service.

Receptionist was trying to be nice about it. However, explaining to me the numerous other ways that a windshield can break didn't help the fact that I went from spending nothing to spending a couple hundred dollars.

I am disappointed that they couldn't do anything to help me out since they broke the windshield. But, they were speedy in offering a time to replace the windshield.

I was also speedy in going to another shop to get it fixed.

Overpriced and questionable service. I felt uncomfortable, suspicious I was being taken advantage of. Price for windshield was twice that of another shop. I question the integrity. Apparently only place that can process claims for Coast Capital Insurance.

I came in the morning for window repair without an appointment. I was thinking it might take whole day to finish the job, but because of outstanding work accomplished by staff, they were able to repair my window in 2 hours!
Additionally, the customer service at receptionist was outstanding. She was really polite, and professional, and she even called my home after missing the calls to my I phone.
I would gladly give 6 or 7 out of 5 stars, because of their excellent work!

Ordered glass replacement for a watercolour - flat/matte glass was requested. Shiny glass was what we were given, were told there was no such thing as flat/matte glass!

Speedy Glass was excellent - they replaced the shiny glass with no cost in a very timely fashion. I cannot recommend them highly enough - thanks a lot!

Awesome work done by these guys for replacing my windshield. Cameras and sensors work like a charm after the calibration. Even put back my dash cam and stickers to the exactly same location on the windshield, amazing. Only took 5 hours for the job and offered me free cab ride. Highly recommended!

Mike was helpful, professional and courteous. I knew what each step was and when I had questions they were answered promptly. Even the cheapest package has a 12 month warranty and I feel safe and appreciated coming back there! It's definitely going to be my to-go car glass place from now on!
