The windshield and side windows of my Elantra were broken, so I decided to fix them here with my car insurance. I trusted this place because it has good reviews and it is also an ICBC-approved glass repair program facility. The repair was completed yesterday and I paid the deductible. And finally, to be sure, I inquired of a staff in charge whether the windows were OEM products, but to my surprise, she said that only side window was OEM but the windshield was an aftermarket glass. She did so unilaterally without asking me in advance. I asked if that was the only option and she only replied that OEM and aftermarket glass are the same quality. The windshield is the only very important part that protects the body from flying debris during high-speed driving and must be reliable. If she had asked, I would have naturally declined or chosen another repair shop. Who would choose an aftermarket windshield when repairs are covered by insurance? I filed a complaint with ICBC today. Insurance customers who want to use this place should be careful!

I phoned and made an appointment for my Hino tow truck. The got the glass right away and had it installed in under two hours. I’ve had a few windshields installed here for my other cars in the past and will continue to do so. Made an appointment for my smart car in two days. They are fast, professional, and great at what the do!

Staff were great- they even checked before they set the appointment date to make sure the windshield was the correct model to make sure my wiper heat coils were in the windshield.

Friendly and professional staff who are trained to calibrate the computerized fibre optic sensors that are in the windshield with the vehicle computer system. Also the car they provided me to use while my vehicle was being serviced was clean, new and easy to drive.

I went in expecting to only get my window covered until the repair appointment but they replaced the window unexpectedly. No second appointment. Fabulous!

They were professional and offered me a courtesy vehicle to get home. They were finished ahead of schedule so made my day easier.

All around good experience. The appointment booking and check-in were a breeze and they even had a courtesy car. They under promised and over delivered. Told me it would take 3 hours and they called me after 2 and it was done. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had a semi truck pass me and blow up rocks that chipped my windshield in two places. I was able to get in the next day at a time that was convenient for me, both chips filled with one nearly disappearing completely and the other significantly reduced. Dayton was quick, efficient and professional in helping to book around my schedule and did an excellent repair job. To top it off it was fully covered by my comprehensive insurance. Highly recommend and will be returning for any future windshield issues.

Just had the windshield replaced on our Hyundai. Over the past 5 years we've had replacements on a Mini and an Audi as well. Make and model are clearly irrelevant in their ability and willingness to provide exceptional service. Every experience has been convenient and a pleasure from initial phone call to final pickup. It's always a pleasure to work with Ken and his team- knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Two of these windshields were associated with body work, so I'm glad to have insisted on waiting to get the windshield replaced separately.

I just had the seal replaced on the top of my windshield on my Chrysler 300 for about 50 bucks which is excellent because it was just a repair that I wanted done on the way home. Like I said only about 50 bucks for that and half an hour of my time, friendly service. Very good covid-19 protocols.

Another great experience at Speedy Autoglass! This time it was only a rock chip repair which was done while I waited and billed directly to ICBCat no cost to me. So I treated my car to new wipers which they cheerfully installed. ***** all the way
