Outstanding customer service, and very friendly staff. They took care of the insurance claim process and everything. Will absolutely come back if I ever need glass again!

Do not bring your vehicle here. Brought my leased vehicle here thinking a big company like speedy would install an acceptable windshield. Now that I'm returning my leased vehicle apparently I have to pay for a new windshield because speedy didn't use an approved windshield. You think they would know that and mention it before installing it. Also the price they charged ICBC is more than the replacement cost for new windshield. Sounds like insurance fraud to me.

The gentleman in dealt with it Speedy was great. Great customer service. Love the fact that they deal with making the insurance claim. They truly made it a super easy process to take care of.

Was told the bill for windshield replacement would be my $200 deductible. When I collected the vehicle was billed $500. Since that was the deductible when the damage occurred. Was given no prior heads-up or chance to cancel the job.

Really Impressed with the work done at Speedy Glass in Maple Ridge. I am especially grateful to Danny at Speedy Glass for personally handling all of my Windshield repair/ car needs in a quick and kind manner. I have been to this location a few times and every time I look out for Danny as he is friendly and Knowledgeable, and Danny always fit me in for repairs as soon as possible. He handled my car with care and he showed me the work that was done on the car and even gave me some insight to a few other issues my car had been having.
He is very professional, and provides great customer service at an affordable price! He is the guy to see for all of your glass/car needs!

Went into the Maple Ridge location yesterday afternoon, great service and so fast. Thank you guys for helping me out with the chip in my windshield I so appreciate the great prompt service you provided. And thank you for vacuuming the inside too:)

Went to get my windshield replaced this morning and it was only after it was replaced and I went to pay for it I was told I now have to go elsewhere to have the camera in the windshield calibrated. If I'd known that before I would not have wasted 3 hours replacing the window and now having to go to another location to get this done and Apparently it takes an hour for them to do that.
