You don’t know where I’m calling because I’ve yet to see a word. As a potential customer, you’ve already lost my business by treating me as
I am not a priority, and the fact that you don’t have enough staff to answer the phone tells me there will likely be delays beyond the time quoted to do the job.

I spoke to Speedy Glass in Chilliwack about a windshield for my 82 Chevette. I was told the glass was in Tacoma and would be expensive to bring to Chilliwack. I asked If I could pick it up and have them install it. I was told yes. I picked up the glass and called Speedy back to book the car and was told they do not install outside parts. I told the man that it was a speedy windshield picked up in Tacoma and he just repeated that they do not install outside parts. He looked me up in the system by phone number and could see the request for the glass installation. But they do not install outside parts. EPIC FAIL SPEEDY CHILLIWACK!

Rip off if you don't have insurance.

Paid $106 for a rock chip smaller than a dime. They did it in 20mins, so why am I paying for 1 hour labour?

Just called Tom Thompson in Abbotsford they would do it for $30. I didn’t know another company charged way less until a friend told me. I won’t be going back to speedy glass ever.

I was booked in to get one small chip repaired. The booking website said it could be fixed but the employee didn’t want to. What a waste of my time. I immediately went to a different place and the employee said no problem.

Staff was friendly but not happy my truck came back dirtier then it went in dirty boot prints all over the back of the seat back of my consol pillers and there was more glass in the cab then when I brought it in I know that because I cleaned it before I brought it in poor workmen ship

I called to get my back window covered due to someone smashing it to break in and they got me in within 10 minutes, vacuumed out all of the glass for me free of charge. Great service 10/10 recommend!

Tried booking online. Said more information needed regarding my vehicle and to call the store. I called the store and got voicemail. I followed prompts and left my name and number and reason I was calling. I never received a call back. I went to store location a few days later and there were a few people waiting. I heard staff telling customer at counter, to come back in a few hours to have a look at their windshield or book an appointment online. The customer said she couldn't wait 2 hours as she was from out of town. I could see where this was going so I just left. I don't know if they're short staffed or what but I don't recommend this location.

The owner was awesome. I was able to book an appointment with him faster then the other shops. And at the end he gave me almost a full bottle of window cleaner! I'll definitely come back if ever his service is needed!
