My GF came in here for a simple rock chip repair that had no signs of cracking. Rock chip repairs are covered by ICBC free of charge and can be repaired as long as it doesn't obstruct the driving sight lines and she walked out with a full on cracked windshield and was told she had to replace her entire windshield. Beware! These guys are straight scammers and have very poor business practices. We didn't even bother trying to rectify this with the shop and took our vehicle to Honda to replace the entire windshield due to the negligence of these idiots.

Pure scammers … they claimed ICBC and tried to give me a Chinese glass. Don’t use them find a small shop which is not so greedy

Just garbage customer service. Tried saying my phone number was entered incorrectly on the online system, so they could not order the glass correctly. I had screen shots from when i secured the appointment online showing the correct contact info. I did this as my coworker had explained he had just gone through the exact same situation at the same location. I was hoping this wasn't true.

Instead of being honest and saying they couldn't have the glass earlier and theyre busy or backed up they just lied.

Don't use speedy autoglass. Go anywhere else.

Excellent, timely, and efficient service. Scheduled for a windshield replacement for my van, I was given the estimate and timeframe. Schedule was spot on, in 3.5 hrs my car was done. Kia thoroughly explained the warranty services too. Good job guys, will definitely recommend this place.

We are a company with a number of service vans on the road every day. Stone damage is way too common however, when we need a windshield replaced or back window (twice), these guys do not disappoint. Great workmanship and friendly staff.

I had previously attending this location when it was under a previous business name for windshield replacement. Without realizing the business was sold, I attended the business to have them repair the rubber seal around my windshield. When on site I was informed that my vehicle was not listed in their system (from the business transfer) however they could still assist me and repair the seal. Once finished, the Service Centre Manager was so kind and generous that he did not charge me for their time nor materials and it was free. WOW! Being a senior and being treated with kindness and understanding meant a lot, not to then mention it being a complimentary service. Thank you to Derek and his team for the wonderful experience! I certainly recommend this location to anyone.

I went to SpeedyGlass to get my car back window replaced. The whole process of scheduling an appointment, insurance paper work was so well taken care by the Kia (Customer Rep) was splendid. All I needed was to drop off the car and pickup my car. Excellent work by stuff, Kia and car window replacement was smooth!

The service here is great - Kia was amazing with his customer service and giving updates as we had 2 cars rotating in for repair. Only thing that would make this location even better would be a coffee/water machine for when you’re there waiting.

Perfect experience with this Speedy Glass and staff. Kia and Derek are extremely nice, professional and caring. Not only they replaced the window shield for my car and gave me a discount, but also they provided me with warranty service which solved all concerned problems. I really appreciate them. Have stopped by here multiple times for rock chip repairs and windshield replacements. They’re always fast and efficient and the install quality is great.

Courteous staff. Timely repair. Before bringing my car in for the windshield chip repairs, I had the impression that the rock chips in my windshield would vanish completely. The staff educated me on the process and stated the repairs often don't disappear, but instead become less apparent. How well the chips are repaired depends on the nature of the damage. One of my chips was pretty severe and they were only able to make 90% of it vanish. It was enough to keep it from drawing my attention while I'm driving. Hopefully I never get another rock chip again, but, if I do, I'll be calling Speedy Glass.
