Speedy Glass North Vancouver

The people at the front can't English. They talk about us behind our back. The rudest customer service I have ever had. I never coming back to that speedy glass.

Got a really high quote to replace my window. The door was left with glass inside it after the replacement which they cleaned on a second trip. Someone disabled my window automatic feature and turned off my AFS.

Repair was quick and appointment timing was accommodating.

I had both my back windows repaired here. Pascal & Mark went above & beyond for me from start to finish to make sure I had a quick, convenient experience after an unfortunate vandalism incident. I highly recommend this shop, they are truly professionals.

We’ve had our windshield replaced here and Pascal and the team did an excellent job. Had a mishap with the rear windshield so we booked an inspection, Pascal informed me that this wasn’t covered under our comprehensive insurance and that this would have to be covered under our collision insurance. He suggested some places to call and within minutes wrapped our rear windshield with his coworker so we didn’t have a big gaping hole. It was an excellent experience and awesome customer service. We really appreciate it and would recommend this location to anyone. Thank again, Pascal and the crew!

Marc and Pascal were truly Incredible. Amazing customer service and caring workers. Their experience is shown through their work. Within a hour I had my glass changed and my car back. I have now found my glass repair guys!

I went to the location at 862 15st west in north Vancouver at 10 am. I got a terrible customer service experience from a guy who was at the front desk.
This place lost my business and I will never recommended to any friend or family.
