Spencer is experienced and knowledgable, and took the time to explain, ensuring I understood. In addition to educating me through the mortgage renewal process, he was helpful in discussing ways to build/keep a good credit score (and helped me understand how that works). Spencer also took the time to fix (and coach me on how to fix) some errors on my credit. He was quick, efficient, and I felt valued and respected.

I don’t ever leave reviews but I feel this one is not only exceptionally earned but necessary to help others in this day in age. In refinancing my mortgage my case was not an easy one as I was trying to get out of private lending with an insolvency on my record. I tried multiple avenues before being referred to Spencer Ennis and nobody seemed interested in helping me. I was ignored, dismissed and given the runaround by a particular company that dragged this process out and made it entirely more expensive and stressful for me as I jumped through hoop after hoop.
