Every time we go to this location we're always met with smiles/ A clean store, good selection, and wonderful staff, always a pleasure to stop by.

I love visiting this store while I visit langely, but I'm going to skip this store next time I come back because of my experience.

I was not greeted while in the store, but I felt like I was being watched by the employees the entire time while I was just browsing. Fairly loudly within earshot, I could hear the older woman employee (med length blonde hair, possibly manager) coaching her associate at the register.

She was pretending to make a purchase, quizzing the younger employee on how to hoax customers into buying their "toy cleaner". He was obviously uncomfortable by the way she was speaking to him, constantly interrupting him, belittling him. She said "you don't give customers a choice, you tell them they need to buy it if they buy a toy". I work in retail, and we are coached to word things in a way that sells the product, but talking about this loudly for all customers to hear is disrespectful and terrible for business.

This employee also was instigating some teenagers being rowdy in the store and was speaking down to them, which was unnecessary. In my store, these behaviours would be absolutely unacceptable from a manager. She single handedly made every shopper uncomfortable.

I always love Spensers I especially like this location for its convenience and the people who work there are always nice and willing to help when needed.
I always recommend this particular store to my friends since it's such a vibe

They have body jewellery! More selection, multipacks, and it's cheaper than Studio 4/Body Mods. Thanks for the patient customer service while helping me select some options

My granddaughter and I love this place. Lots of cool stuff. Unique gifts and tees and sexy stuff if you need.

It has a lot of different stuff it is just there is alot of different offensive stuff I like to buy.

Staff was following us around and my friend was openly carrying an item. My friend was about to buy it when the staff -some old lady? - said ”do you wanna put that back” and took it out of his hands very uncalled for.

Worker lady was extremely rude and unhelpful, followed us around the store and made everyone feel extremely uncomfortable. My friend had a game in his hands he was going to buy but the lady immediately grabbed it right out of his hands. It was extremely rude and unnecessary.

Me and my girlfriend's one-stop retail therapy shop. Always love it here and the staff is always awesome.

Love this store. The staff were friendly and attentive. There's all kinds of stuff, from gag gifts to posters and much more. Hoping to come back soon!

Staff was great. Super helpful and willing to help with out being weird about it (you know what I mean lol). Lots of cool gag gifts and t shirts and things that you can't get anywhere else

0 stars for the young staff member with short hair and glasses and manager working fri Jan 7/ 22 we left the store because of the rude employees.
Teach these kids some cx service and people skills please. We will not be returning to this location again.

Got a pennywise xmas sweater for steep price of $50. Son wore it to school one time, and all the soldering on the wires broke off. Poor quality craftsmanship.

They always have something that I want but can never afford but I still enjoy visiting the store and I do buy stuff when I can have the money to get^^
