Sarah is not just good at cutting hairs, but what she does best at is being patient with my 9 years old (solid customer for 5 years).

Sara does great work! I've never had any issues with scheduling or rescheduling, she's always been very understanding, and she's lovely to chat with while she's working!

Really nice professional owner.
I came in for a perm, and she seemed very knowledgeable.
So I trusted what she was doing.
Unfortunately, my hair was practically straight in the evening and bone straight by the next day. I hadn't washed it, I hadn't brushed it, I hadn't even so much as touched it.
I was really upset considering it took me two years to grow it out and you really only get one chance to do some sort of treatment in your hair before having to wait for it to grow out again.
I honestly would have had better luck at getting curls if I had put my hair in a bun for a couple hours.
Regardless I went back and explained the situation. She heard me out and asked what she can do to fix it because I was clearly distressed.
She very professionally refunded me half the cost of the perm plus all of my tip.
Which is 4/5 in my books. Would recommend!

Very professional and fantastic haircut. Really listened to what I was wanting for style and cut and turned out perfect. Definitely recommend.
