Coin dispensing machine often doesn't work, it's frustrating and troubles a lot.plus automatic car wash rates have been increased drastically high. Esso pump is way cheaper.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for years. I’d visit monthly during the winter and almost weekly during the warmer months. I’m a car detail enthusiast and having a Touchless car Wash close to home is a godsend. The Bonus is that all its wash options have good Ph levels for cutting grime. That last layer of grime can only be cut with a decent Ph balance, which most touchless car washes (especially) do not have. This typically will only work for cars that have a professional sealant, ceramic coating or PPF with healing properties. That layer of grime still typically remains for cars with no paint upkeep and detailing.

Splashzone is a bit grungy and really could use a good upkeep. Better paint, signage, lighting, better wash bay equipment but overall, a typical car wash. The staff are typically not around or in sight. Again, pretty typical for a small car wash.

It’s a relatively good place to wash your car if you do not have access to a condo wash bay or a drive way.

Their pricing was drastically updated. All the options remain the same; just an increase in cost.

I do understand that the cost of labor and materials goes up and this wash has maintained relatively decent pricing through COVID, respectfully. At its most recent pricing update, it’s not worth it.

Ultimately I made the decision to stop visiting this location. Again, I’m a detail enthusiast, not a professional. I used this Car Wash to maintain my car after I’ve deep cleaned it and coated it (at home). This car wash would save me the time of getting all my equipment out and cleanup just for a weekly maintenance wash. It’s just simply not worth it to a typical commuter that wants a good wash and doesn’t care about fine details.
That average consumer is going to a Shine Wash or a Car Wash with cleaning staff. To a detail enthusiast, I’ll pass for now.

Suggestion would be to offer some kind of rewards system as most places do.

Website is showing different prices and prices at location is higher. It's manipulating.

I found a place to be relatively clean and up-to-date but I find that the place is extremely money hungry your coins last such a short amount of time it's ridiculous I'm a car wash guy I know my car washers and this one is way too fast on the coins you don't get nearly enough time to wash

Have been using this carwash for hand washes for a while and quit satisfy with it. The warm water, staff are helpful if they are on-site (the ones I met) in compare with other carwashes around. The vacuums are same as other places even once one of them didn't work most of the times.
Just to let you know that you can only pay the machines by coins or tokens. The only problem with tokens is that they don't work sometimes. You can ask the staff to change them for you, if they are around, if not, it's better to use coins so make sure you have enough coins with you.
Regarding the Touchless carwash, I haven't tried it yet as I don't like Touchless in general, but I saw some unhappy reviews. So, as the machines look kind of outdated, better to be on the safe side and not use the automatic wash.
I recommend this carwash comparing the ones around.
(Update July 2023: Got there last week, for some reasons you got less time to wash than before after inserting the tokens, also the foam is not triple foam and generous as it was before.)

Came here for the first time to use the self-served wash, it’s easy to use the facility is well-maintained. Price is pretty fair and the foam brush gave out lots of foam. Watched a YouTube video how to use self-served wash so I have an idea what to do. I like the hangers for the mat to clean my mats. Will come by again for sure!

Car wash is nonesense. The soap left marks on my car and left so many dirt. It does not clean properly. The under spray is not working too! Low quality and bad customer service. They will never listen to you and think you are a scammer

Definitely the worst car wash. Had a conversation with the owner since the car wash didn’t work good. He was very rude and didn’t show up in car was location about my complaint. Overpriced! He charge $18 for platinum and all you can get is stain and dirty spot on your car. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Had a problem and called the owner and explain the car wash wasn’t working properly. He was very rude talking on the phone and he said he will give me re wash since the machine didn’t do a good job and did not work. He always say come back tomorrow until nothing. I called multiple times but he always said he’s home and couldn’t come since he doesn’t have a car. Until over a month he always said he can’t come. Very frustrating about this owner. Definitely not recommend this place.

The vacuums are same as other places even once one of them didn't work but in general I can say it's a quite satisfying.
Just to let you know that you can only pay the machines by coins or tokens. The only problem with tokens is that they don't work sometimes. You can ask the staff to change them for you, if they are working the time yo go there, but if you go nights or when the staff are not around it's better to use coins because there's only one token dispenser there not coins, so make sure you have enough coins with you.

Car wasn't cleaned after a thorough washdown, I had to also put the car through the automatic wash which I waited 15-20 minutes to use and the outcome was still less than satisfactory.

Too crowded (BD Parties should booked the place and made it private) when it’s showed less and staff just packed up front and not trying to roam around and supervise the play area.

The dryer didn’t work. I tripped over something and scraped my knees, left me struggling to drive my car. I was ugly crying the whole time, all thanks to this self service car wash. My car isn’t even clean.

Typical self serve car wash. 6 wash bays plus a automatic one but only 3 vacuums. The good thing being of course that it's 24 hours but just hope that something doesn't go wrong with the machine once the employee leaves. Also, the area it's in isn't the greatest area so you shouldn't have any problems since you probably won't want to go there when it's late night/early morning anyways.

Vehicle Still not clean.
Asked for a receipt when prompted.
But machine did not give one.

Our choice was to wash our truck ourselves. Everything worked as it was supposed to. Found the entry and wash bay a little tight for our truck but okay. People were friendly. Price was okay. Got it done for $8.00.

This place requires customers to purchase tokens. Tokens are used to get the water/soapy spray gun, foaming brush, and vacuums to work. These are on a timer. The more tokens the more time you get. There is also an area, inside for washing dogs. I have not used dog Wash area yet, however. There is also an automatic car wash, to drive thru.

Just paid $12 for a silver touch less car wash, car came out looking exactly the same as it when in, dirt still stuck on car after wash

For exactly $6 to wash your car at anytime of the day and each station is really clean and so many nice selections on the panel on the wall, easy to insert your cash, card or coins to receive the tokens.
The water pressure on the gun comes out very strong and there's enough time (2 mins for $2) on the clock to get a good wash for each option.
Great place for a do-it- yourself car wash station.

Amazing spot to waah your car and dog at the same time. No hassle and pain free. Just get tokens from the machine and you are good to go. 5 token gives 10 mins so we had to use 10 token to get our dog fully washed and almost dry.

We used the dog wash. Overall good experience. I'd recommend owners come prepared though.
- you need loonies and toonies for this thing to start. Min 5 cad needed.
- I thought the shampoo was done in the machine but it seemed to be wired/loaded wrong. The shampoo came out with the rinse or conditioning cycle. So I just quickly switched gears. No strong scent. Just clean.
- for a medium sized sheepadoodle I spent 20 minutes and 7 dollars. She was very very muddy! Worth it.
- you can lock the door for additional safety which I much appreciate.
- they had coat hangers high up for humans.

- the DOWNSIDES:
* there's no way to know the products being used for the dogs which isn't great. You could go around that just bringing your own shampoo.
* The water pressure isn't ideal for long hairs and heavily soiled dogs.
* There is no way to secure your dog so it cannot jump out. The place would benefit from an arm to safely secure dogs with their leash.
* The dryer takes quite a while. I suggest you bring a few microfiber towels for a quick towel dry and then use the dryer. The air stream is fairly strong but it's cold air. My dog got shivery before she was dry. I didn't end up getting her dry actually! Someone was waiting behind me and I didn't want to stretch it out too far.
* It isn't clear if the 5 dollars uses a simple timer versus only counts the machine when you're actively using it. It would be good to know because using your own shampoo and towel drying MAY cut into your time.

Knowing what I know now, I would definitely still come back but maybe bring a few extra things of my own to ease my mind and speed up the process.

Also, you will get wet! Don't come here right before an appointment or with nice clothes.

Come use vaccums that have no suck. I can't speak for the car wash but DO NOT USE THE VACCUMS.spent 6 dollars on VACCUMS went home and use the house vac to finish the job

Warning do not use card machine. Directly stole from my account when I attempted to buy tokens to wash and vacuum my vehicle. Machine did not work and charged me more than I even attempted to pay for. Avoid at all costs.

Drove quite a way to get there cause no dog wash in my area. Put in the $5.00 got warm water but no shampoo, conditioner or flea and tick. Very disappointed

Wash used to work very good but they have made the Wash arm go faster hence it doesn't rinse all the soap off the car, possibly to save water and you have soap stains after it dries up. Not going there again.

The touch free car wash is the best. Had an issue with tokens not being able to use in the touch free wash owner came by and gave me refund. I am very pleased with customer service. Will continue using this car wash in the future.

Doesn't work. Car had more stains than before; splotches of soap? The few patches of dirt and bird droppings are still there too. Waste of money

Make sure you have credit card for the Touchless Carwash. It says it accepts cash, but it really doesn't. This place will not accept debit with Visa or MasterCard on it either. It has to be credit card. Love this Touchless Carwash. Much nicer than King George Carwash near 142st (I think)

Small stalls but equipment is in great working order. The vacuums are excellent always drove past this car wash but never stopped. I am glad I did today!

Tried to use the machine to get tokens and the machine froze while processing my transaction. Waited 10 minutes and it was still frozen had to leave and go to another car wash.

Did enjoy the music over the speakers while I was waiting thou!

Gave it a 4 star rating because I took my dog to the dog wash and started to rinse him off. When I switched to the shampoo mode, it was still water. The owner or employee was there. I notified him that the shampoo mode wasn't working. He tried to fix it, but it wasn't working. He gave me my $5 back, and I went to another dog wash.
The dog wash room was clean, and the rest of the car wash seemed to be in working order. I'll try this place again in the future and update my review.

Better then the gas station washes that pull your car through, Touch-less is just better over all. If your worried about your paint, hand wash it. If you are in a rush and need a quick clean, This wash is a good one. Haven't used the dog wash before. I'll update my review if I do use it.

What a great experience! Went to vaccum my van (dog van) and the young man working there offered to do it for me at a great price Couldnt be happier with job he did! Highly recommend swinging by and getting your car detailed!

Guy who’s doing detailing was helpful if he’s not there he will be doing mobile. He does a good job I took my minivan to him and he did an awesome job and cheaper then I’ll be paying at the vacuum machine highly recommend go to him he will do yours just like mine. He’s name is Bob. I will be going back to him again.

Good spot for a quick clean, has a drive thru car wash and a soap and brush option with a pressure washer. They apparently also do dog washing but I've never used that.

The cost of $5 in coins to start the dog wash ended up being the final cost of the wash and dry for my beagle. I had no idea if it would be enough time and it turned out to be enough. I would like to know what kind of soap and shampoo is being mixed with the water. My dog came out clean and his white coat is nice but I like to know what I am using on him (what if he had an allergic reaction or I did?). The dog wash area was clean and easily accessible. I liked the mats that could be put in the tub so my dog doesn’t slide around.

The car wash was OK. It did not wash properly. So many spots. I think they are water spots. I thought the car wash will add something to prevent from spotting.

Owners are the same people who install other car wash throughout lowermain land, thier chemicals are good

Touchless wash didnt clean my vehicle very well and I paid for the most expensive wash for $17. The guy in front of me was washing his truck again in the hand wash afterwards too, so it wasnt just me
