Unfortunately Shaun the so called Manager needs to go to Managerial school to learn to diescalate a situation and not escalate it. Terrible Manager! Ruined the day.

Great to go with kids, or without them! My back was terrible on the day I visited the park, and it did not prevented me from going down on the slides.and guess what? Nothing hurt my back, slides are smooth - except for the river riot … the only downside was that there were quite a lot of people for a Friday…

Had a good time here with the family. The kids loved the water park and I enjoyed the slides. The food was really good as well.

The kids zone is under construction so only 3 toddler slides. Not enough handy cap parking and no discount for handy cap people unable to use the slides. I went to catch my 6year old at the bottom of the slides and sat in the hot tub while he used tube slides with his dad. They should be more accommodating for handy cap people as it's hard for some people to walk or help their kids play and even if you don't get in the water they charge you the same price as those using the slides! At $200plus for a family of 6 it's alot for one day and it says no outside food as they want you to buy from their stores; (but did the kids have fun? Yes very much so it was the first time my youngest has bin on a water slide ;)

We got there 2 hours after opening, zero parking left. When we went to the gate to have a peak, we realized that even if we were able to get parking, the lines to each ride would only allow us a few slides each in the 2 hours we had set aside for the experience. We left disappointed.

Had so much fun here with our group. It can be a challenge to get a table/meeting spot so make sure to go early. Love the new slides and the bathroom upgrades this year are amazing, bright and clean.

Was a great day.arrive early to get a picnic table, bring your cooler, snacks, water and sunscreen as concession is a bit pricey!
YES you can bring in a shade tent, lawn chairs and whatever else you need.the kids had a blast. 90% of staff were super friendly and easy to approach…we will be back:)

Very fun! It would have 5 stars but the wasps were bad, my friend got stung.and the garage cans had at least 15 wasps around them at all times. But the slides were epic and the food there was pretty good, the workers were nice, and it was fun, I had a 16,17,17,13,11 and 3-year-old and they all had lots of fun! Love this place and would visit it again!

Disappointed. It's been many years since I spent an afternoon at the waterslides and now I don't feel like I was missing out. The look and feel of the park is barely above a fail at best and it doesn't take long to see the wear and tear in every aspect of the park, from the slides themselves to the grounds and walkways. The seams of the slides are terrible, I took one big slide and lost skin on the way down. About half the seams were terrible and unless you are sitting up and sliding on your shorts, they hurt. The hot tub was so loaded with sanitizer that it felt prickly upon entering. The concrete and asphalt pathways were worn, broken and even closed. The best part of the day was the 100's of wasps at every garbage/recycling or picnic area if the absent-minded person left there cans of pop or food open. I've never seen so many wasps/bees at any establishment and the best part was someone in our group getting stung while walking back from the overpriced concession. A big fail of an establishment in my opinion but if you're prepared for low class it just might be a decent afternoon to at least relive the good old days.

It definitely needs an extra pool for grown-ups in case you don't want to do the slides! We're paying a full price ticket as well so.

Went while we were on vacation in Kelowna in August. Be prepared to wait in line. The flow rate of the water was pretty low so the slides were not very fast. We found the visit to be very expensive for the experience received. The tube slide was definitely the favorite of our family but we were ready to leave after a few hours. We rented one of the rooftop cabanas and that gave a great break from the sun and somewhere nice to eat.

Place is little bit expensive but its full of fun. Lines are long so we recommend to be there the whole day! Good for kids of all ages.

Slides are fun, the whole family loved it. A little pricey for the amount of slides, but still a great day. Slides are in pretty good shape, and the lines moved pretty quick.

Each slide took about 20 to 30 min. Lines took forever, and slides were pretty slow going down. Really not worth the money or time. Very disappointing, especially after driving from Calgary thinking it would be awesome. Lockers cost $5 and tiny.

Loved the experience of having unlimited use of all the slides, Though too many people when we were there and long line ups but it is still great.

We visited on Aug 06 2022. The slides were not smooth at all you feel every small bump where the slides were puzzled together and they hurt. I thought it was just one slide but I tried all their slides (except the ones that are close at that time) and they all hurt. Women's bathroom/change room was kinda small and dirty.

Food could be improved. Burger and hotdog not good and served on very dry hotdog and burger buns.

Way overpriced and super rude staff but I used to love it here back when Atlantis owned it because you could get a summer pass for the price of 3 people to come here

Arrived at 10am was lucky to get a picnic table. Used the women's washroom when we arrived and it was horrific. Smelled awful, wet tissues everywhere, toilets filthy, definitely hadn't been cleaned. The lineups were so slow for the slides, like 30+ min waits so prepare for that. And like others have said the slides are not well maintained, they're worn, slow and hurt when going over seams. The concession food was good, but so many wasps around so be careful. Would love to see some money and maintenance go into this place to make it amazing!

Didnt impress me much. For some rides, you will have to wait at least half an hour to enjoy 30 seconds of the ride.

Perfect place to spend on a hot summer afternoon.
It’s very small so the half day option is great.

We all got a rash on our legs after going here. A week later and the itching is gone but the rash remains. Super long lineups too. Too many people, not enough slides. Of note, consider Splashdown to be a kiddie park which is what it is but the rash? I've been to lots of public pools and parks and never got a rash. Nasty

First, I wanted to thank you for the previous reviewers’ warnings about the bees, long line ups, bad slide bumps causing back pains, expensive food outlet, unprofessional staff and stinky + dirty washrooms. Thou I’m really sad that my son got a bee sting by the mouth (we have prompted them not to them about it and not to make the bees aggressive but when you have a lot of bees in one time kids got scared ; ( (we asked the staff and they told us that this happens often). The infrastructure of the park must be improved. How can you have open sources for all your garbage and recycle bin to feed the bees and bugs? And about the long line ups, infrastructure again. Since the slides is not smooth it tooks us time pushing ourselves down the slides a several times. Which is an energy killer after you go up the hill and lining up for the queue not to mention the 3 set of stairs you need to climb up to the entrance. However, I’m impressed with the young staff there especially the young lady at the gift shop with the locker keys and the first aid supervisor who helped my son. Other young staff, besides they don’t really make eye contact to you, you never seen them playing their cellphones.

Such a disappointment! Way over priced tickets, food was cold and soggy and beyond fair priced. The bathrooms were extremely disgusting with human fecal matter all over the floor. Since the new management took over, it has gone downhill. Definitely will not be going back. Sadly

Rented a Lakeview cabana. Had no idea it would be behind the change room wall with absolutely no view of the slides. Booked it 3 weeks in advance but another group showed up first so they got to pick the cabana. It should have you pick #10 or #11 and advise is private with no slide view at all. Doesn't even feel like we are at the waterside. Booked first but because we showed up later we didn't get the one with a view of slides. Prob not come back, felt like staff didn't care.

We visited splashdown a few days ago. $126 for my family of four. Ride wait times were in excess of 30 minutes. Extremely disappointed. My kids had more fun at the beach and in the hotel pool than here at splashdown. Save your money…. This place is not worth it.
