Took my car to get cleaned as a maintenance wash, so I decided to test out the touchless car wash here. Attendants were nice, however as I was entering the automatic touchless car wash, the employee was using a brush to pre-soak my car. I noticed too late before I was able to inform him. The wash was decent, however there were many missed spots which is why I'm assuming they pre-soak the car with a physical brush. I found out some micro scratches on my car afterwards which is reason I wanted to do a touchless car wash. Although, I've heard good things about the detailing services. I wish the attendants would have let me known prior.

I had Splashes perform a complete detail on my Dodge Ram pickup. It was a real mess but after the detail it looked like a new truck. There were some scuffs and marks that I forgot to specifically point out to them but it didn't matter because they're all gone now! Because of the amount of work that went into this detail, I thought the price was extremely fair. I won't hesitate to use Splashes in the future.

Quick response, great service, very well organized business. My windshield was replaced within 5 hours & I was given a loaner. They vacuumed the interior, looked way better than the way I brought it in. This place makes the process so easy, I would definitely recommend.

Took my vehicle to splashes for an exterior detailing. The staff decided to steal my belongings that were left inside the vehicle. When brought up to the front office they had no idea and said they had already fired 2 of the employees that were stealing, there for they couldn’t do anything about it. Been going there for about 7 years and the management has been going down hill. Highly suggest visiting other detail shops in the area as they have better customer service and do honest work.

Spoke with JEFF regarding video footage, clearly he has not provided it and it’s been 2 weeks. Something seems to be wrong here

Splashes fit me in last second. Took less then 30 to polish my cars headlights which were super faded and yellow. (Have no pictures of them from before unfortunately) but think of a car thats been sitting in the sun for 12 years and never had them done. They look absolutely amazing! And they were very kind and professional! Thankyou guys!

I go there when I want a real deep clean of the car. Overall the car was pretty clean but the door jams and frames were all super dusty. They were really good about rectifying it once pointed out. I would hope that service is included for the price. Cheers

I'm a regular customer for the full service car wash. Overall I have always been very happy with the service. However during my most recent visit the prewash was not thorough completed. I didn't notice until I got home that the rear license plate indentation and rear bumper still had road splash dirt evident.

Recently needed my windshield replaced due to a large crack. Jeff got me in the next day to replace it and offered a few good options to help with convenience. Very quick and quality service all around - Thanks

The service was excellent!
I called in the morning for rock chip windshield repair, the receptionist was very nice and told me no appointment needed and just come in. Then I tell her I will come around 4pm. When I arrived, they told me their glass repair cases raise up in the afternoon and got very busy. The staff named Andy came and I explained I called in earlier and I drive all the way from Surrey centre to here. He made couple arrangements and squzze me in before they close. I was their last appointment and I really appreciate the arrangement. Also, the staff name Jeff did great with the rock chip repair! I barely see the chip!

I will definitely come again and recommend my family/friends!

It's always somewhat anxiety provoking when you need something major done to your vehicle. I needed paint restoration done on my 2011 MDX because of scratches, road rashes, door dings and scrapes from people in parking lots etc. The hood looked like 2 cats had been fighting on it. Firstly, I want to thank All Things Auto PDR for the amazing paintless dent repair to get it ready. Now for Splashes. Many Thanks to Jeff and his team. I actually walked by my vehicle, when I went to pick it up, because I didn't recognize it. The X-Kote job is just incredible. It looks almost new again. Jeff listened to my concerns when I brought it in for an assessment thinking the only recourse would be an unaffordable complete repaint of the car. They did an outstanding job with the X-Kote and I highly recommend it and them. The photos tell the story.

Splashes went over and above for me in every way! I still can’t believe the quality of service I received. My car shines inside and out! My windshield is repaired! They provided transportation while my car was in their shop! And every person who served me did it efficiently and with the best attitudes and smiles. I will definitely be going back often!

I have been coming here for years and I live in tsawwassen so it’s a bit far for me - but oh so worth it. The staff are so friendly and the manager was overly helpful with a massive spill of BEEF broth. I thought my car would never smell the same and he did everything he could to get it out. The care and the service here are amazing. I’ll be coming here for the rest of my life!

I got a rock chip over the weekend. I called splashes at 8: 30am to check in. Arrived at 9. Jeff and his team looked into my rock chip right the way. The chip was repaired in 30 mins. But after sitting in my car and looking at the chip was still there. I requested to have the windshield replaced. Usually, I need to make an appointment to come back. But Jeff accommodated my request to have all fixed and done beautifully at 4: 30pm. Thank you splashes.

The team at Splashes Auto Care is awesome! Friendly and very helpful. My rear view mirror fell as I was driving and I went to Splashes to see if the could help. Jimmy not only put the mirror back on but fixed the rain sensor as well, no cost. He was working on another vehicle and stopped to help me. Thank you Jimmy and the Splashes staff.

Their service is top notch. Called in the morning to see if the windshield could be replaced on the same day. Jeff asked to bring the vehicle in within an hour. Jeff and the team replaced the windshield, washed and vacuumed the car within just a few hours. Front staff are very pleasant and communicate effectively and efficiently. Highly recommend them!

I had a lingering moldy smell in the back of my Ram 1500, Jeff and his team did a great job of getting rid of this odour. You can still smell a small trace of it, but after a few days of airing out my truck the odour has dicipated. The interior of my truck looks brand new, now I don't want to sit in it to get it dirty, exterior and tires shiny. Jeff is very professional and takes pride in his team's work, customer satisfaction is very important to him, that is an important trait and speaks volumes about his leadership I only wish I grabbed more air fresheners, love that citrus scent.

I got the interior detailing package done on my Kia rio after many years of neglect and mold forming in the trunk. WOW! It looks brand new! Honestly got a little teary eyed. We had a significant paint spill accident in our SUV and Jeff helped out to get a comprehensive claim done and repairs approved within a couple of hours then restored our vehicle to brand new condition when we thought it would be impossible due to the complicated location and extent of the spill. Had a full detailing including shampoo done on a F-150. As well I had the front windshield replaced. It came back looking good. The next morning when I was de-icing my windows I noticed the wipers were sitting too low. I called them about it and was going to adjust myself, but they said to leave it as they would come to my house to fix, which they did in less than an hour. He also saw an issue with an interior trim piece that he fixed after I grabbed a few tools for him. I thought their problem resolution was pretty good. The only other issue was after going through the bags of stuff they cleaned out of my truck in order to detail it, I fould my magnetic cell phone vent clip was missing. I called them about it but never heard back, so I assume it wasn't found.

Amazing Job on our SUV. Got the full interior detailing and it looks super spotless. Has a fresh car smell. They were very detailed and got even the small areas like the glovebox. The service from the front desk staff was great as well. Will definitely be back next time.

My coworker got his car detailed the previous week and had good reviews so I booked in for a cleaning. There had been an accident so we had baking Soda on the carpet to absorb the smells. We did an interior detailing and odour neutralizer, it’s been amazing. The interior was very clean and the neutralizer did the trick. I will be back to get a yearly clean and my truck will be cleaned soon.

This is a business that is focussed on customers. I have been returning to have my windshield replaced for many years now—although I have never lived in the area. Greg Horton and his associates care about the quality of the service they provide. I arrived a few days ago from Lillooet with a badly damaged windshield and on short notice they were still able to source an OEM windshield for me. The detailing was superb. I will continue to drive hours to support this local business that provides such excellent value and customer service. Highly, highly recommend.

Took my truck down there to get a window chip filled and got their $35 wash package done. They did a great job on everything only thing was they didn't actually wipe my dash, I didn't realize till I was almost home. All in all a great job and will deffinatley go back to get the wash again in the future.

The window tinting was done poorly (jun-2020) when I first got the truck done the tint was peeling off.when I asked for a refund they said they would do repairs till it was done properly thats fair. Quality of the tint is really bad a year (July 2021) later the tint has become brown on the inside of the truck. Clearly cheap material and the edges of the windows should be higher up on the glass again poor installation. Save your money go somewhere eles.

Took my Dodge Ram truck in for detailing. It was very dirty inside and out. It now looks like a new truck. Great job guys and gals. I'm a repeat customer because of the excellent work they do.

I never thought that our vehicle could look more clean and polished than it did when we initially purchased it, however Splashes was able to make that happen! Our vehicle came to them as our toddler was sick in the car which made quite the mess. My car had been sitting outside for over a year. The cloth seats had a fair bit of mold on them and I wasn't sure if the seats were salvageable. Brought it to splashes. They used a special mold cleaner on it and cleaned the rest of the car very thoroughly. I was amazed when I picked it up. It almost looked new again! I definitely recommend them!

My partner hasn't washed his car for two years with mold on the windows and grime on the leather wheel. After we took it to splashes they did an amazing job on washing and detailing. Meanwhile my car had an oatmeal stain but I specifically asked them to just spot stain no detailing which they helped remove at a good price. Great reception service and wonderful job. I knew my car was due for a proper detail so I went to this place for a “mini detail” to see how well they do. You know, I wasn’t going to spend $330 at a place without knowing anything about it. Call me cheap. Whatever.
3 hours and $135 later, the car looked pretty good from a distance. But when I approached, I saw dust and marks around my front quarter panel and grease marks on almost all my interior screens and surfaces. When I brought this up with the front desk, she kindly asked someone to take a look and asked him to quickly wipe the exterior once again. Minor attitude from the guy, but he did what I asked. Although, I have to say, he didn’t even get the dust on my trunk lid.
Overall I’d say it’s decent value for money but far from the best. Other detail shops would easily do much better for a $130 job.

PLUS: 4 years ago when I just took delivery of my car, I did 3 tinted glass here. Other than a bubble in the rear window still visible till today, I have nothing to complain.

Brought my Suv to splashes after taking my dog on a weekend road trip. Hair was EVERYWHERE! I mean there wasn't a nook or cranny without hair. I dropped my vehicle off to a nice polite man at the front desk, told me to come back in 2-2.5 hours. When I arrived i could NOT wait to look in the back cargo area to see the situation with the hair. Gone! Every last hair, my SUV was so clean and fresh. I am ecstatic. Not only did they do a great job but the pricing was unbeatable and there was an ICE COLD bottle of water in my cup holder. Will recommend and will most definitely be back!

Fantastic! All of the bug splatters from the recent road trip came off 100% unlike many other automatic car washes in the area (thanks to the pre-wash grime being given the human touch)!

Don’t go here they did the least work possible. I went here for engine bay shampoo looks like pressure washed it for 2 minutes they missed a bunch of spots. The left all the grease all over the front of my truck. Don’t go here unless you want to clean up their mess. Very unimpressed.

I got a call back very quick and they solved all the issues and more free of charge. These guys are good. Customer service is top notch. Don’t let all the fast talk fool you, you still need to look over every single thing before you leave.

Brought my car in someone scraped my front bumper. They were very busy but andrew (mgr) took the time to see if he could polish the scrapes out, i cant thank him enough he did a beautiful job, looks like new n he didnt charge me. U definitely hav a loyal customer here, thanx again

Use to do great work the last time thou, my clear coat some how peeled off and they said had nothing to with them, but my car is barely driven, and it was perfect before took it to them.

Also they don't clean as good as they use too.

Been many times for various reasons but most recent time is worth mentioning. Got 2 passenger side windows smashed downtown. Called the after hours number on the way home and heard back within minutes. Had appointment booked for the next morning and they took care of everything, even the insurance report.

I sent my vehicle to Splashes for glass replacement two years ago. They did excellent job except the lock under this window had popping up problem. I sent it back and they fixed it perfectly. After two years the same lock had similar problem. I gave a call to Splashes to see if they could fix it again for me. Without any hesitation they asked me to bring in my vehicle and fixed the problem again and free of charge! I'm so thankful for their help. Both the front desk girls and the tech are friendly and nice. I'll come back whenever my vehicle need any service.

Every time I've come here whether for a window chip or a detailing they have provided great service. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and their work shows they care about representing the business. I've noticed their car wash is always busy and they are usually booked for car detailing do be sure to call ahead.

Think service is great. But overpriced, inside and outside $42, they don't wipe down inside except dash, cost is $80 if you want complete inside and out.

My car was literally garbage on wheels and these guys made my car brand new. I was appalled on how they detailed it from the inside. They cleaned spots that I never thought would be able to get cleaned. The detailing is also decently priced for the amount of work they have to put in to detail and clean cars. Thank you for making my car super clean! Now I always look forward to drive my car!

Took my brand new truck here for undercoating a few weeks ago. It was a rainy weekend so I dropped my truck off overnight to ensure that the spray would have enough time to cure and not get washed away. Upon picking it up the undercoating had been washed away and it was a complete mess. Not only that but they scratched my truck in multiple spots. Looks like they got undercoating on the paint and wiped it off with a dirty rag. The manager tried to imply that the scratches were there before.on a 3 week old brand new vehicle. They offered to fix everything free of charge. I instead demanded a full refund and fixed it myself. I wouldn't trust these clowns to wash my car let alone do anything else

Someone recommended I go to this place to get my car cleaned and I’m glad I trusted their judgment. These guys did an amazing job cleaning both the inside and outside of my car and their prices were reasonable for the amount of work they put in.

I’ve drove by Splashes so many times, and I thought maybe give them a try. My car was a mess inside with all the dog footprints on the seats and walls. So I brought my car there, it took longer than I thought (7 hours), but it’s understandable and acceptable. When I picked up my car, it looked like a brand new car. I’m very impressed! And the price is so much cheaper than we thought (Me&my husband), very reasonable! Now my husband wants to go with them as well. All I want to say is.thank you Splashes for doing such great job. Btw, the reception lady was nice and friendly.:)
