Great bike rental store close to Stanley park. Staff is professional and friendly, ready to help. We rented 4 bikes for 4 hours. Bikes were in good condition and well maintained. Road around Stanley Park and over and back to Granville Market.

We were in and out in 15 minutes. Great service and wide selection of bikes and other additions such as baskets or helmet. The cruiser bikes were a great choice. Very reasonably priced too!

Easy rental. No prior appointment, we just showed up and they got us checked in with decent bikes for our ride around Stanley Park.

Did the Stanley Park route. Bit over an hour. Rented 2 cruiser bikes.cost $33. It's more expensive than the smaller competition but they're the busiest.

Thank you for the great time! We rented the electric bikes and went to the Stanley park, we didn’t use the electric much because it is on the flat side, but when we needed the help it was amazing. We started at 9M and returned around 1 pm.
The bikes come with locks, so we stopped at the beach, brewery company and an oyster place. We had to wear helmets.
It was a amazing day!

I paid 30 dollar at the counter for 3 junor bikes for an hour and 8min. I got surprised when I checked my account, they cut one dollar again without my notice. Be careful, kind reminder.

I got charged twice in one day for over one hour bicycle.one was $24 for the original cost and an extra charge of $58.70. I noticed a few days later. I called they said There is no such a Charge. I had to drive and show them personally a charge on my Credit card. Again they couldn’t find there change in there system and accepted. After 15 minutes back-and-forth. She came and said oh we find it.and they refund my $58.70. If I didn't notice, they would get away with it. Even though I was try to prove the charge. They couldn’t figure out where the change was.
Very messed up service and system. Be careful if you are visiting Vancouver they would change you twice or more and you have no access to prove and get Your money back.

Bike was decent but misleading pricing structure, got ripped off. Don’t go. Manager did nothing about it and poor explanation.

The bike I rented with a group surprised expectations and was clean and fun to ride. Was not super expensive, and super close to Stanley park. Highly recommend Spokes for your bike rental excursion.

Great service and reasonable price. Helped us out from picking the right bikes to adjusting. Price was based on time we actually spent using so didn’t have to pay extra. Staff were very helpful all throughout for how busy they were.

Rented two bikes for a trip around Stanley Park and beyond. Choose this shop based on the good reviews. While I appreciated the speed of service and efficiency of their operation, I did not enjoy the curtness of the staff or rush to get me out the door. It wasn't especially busy at the time and there was no one waiting behind us.

The bikes (2x Trek hybrids) were aesthetically in good shape, but needed work. The chains were dry, badly needing oil and squeaking all along the way. Additionally, the derailleurs needed calibrated, especially the front, struggling to shift up or down without coaxing.

Finally, and least forgivable in my mind, is that we struggled to find two helmets that worked properly. Three helmets in a row had badly functioning or completely broken rear tensioners. Failing to provide a snug fit means that the protection offered by these helmets is nil or worse in the right circumstances.

After pointing out the deficiencies with the bike have helmet, the staff seemed interested in the issue, but not concerned and immediately returned both back to service.

Great experience here, no waiting and plenty of bikes available for walk ins.staff all knew their stuff. Easy to get bikes to fit us, all in good condition and comfortable to cycle. We took out one tandem for giggles and it was a lot of fun. All of us in the family had a great day biking around Stanley Island, if we had more time in our trip we would hire again.

Blocks the sidewalk everyday. 0 Respect for people who live near this place. The staff here won't even make room for people with wheelchairs to get through. The fact I have to even give 1 star is shameful

This place is AWESOME! Smoothest rental process I’ve ever had. SO close to the sea wall which is a gorgeous ride - even for hesitant cyclists. Flat, dedicated bike paths and gorgeous views. Great range of bikes and all come with a lock and, if you want, a basket and helmet. Highly recommend!

The service here are amazing. Everyone working here was very pleasant to talk to, and catered to our needs when we needed mountain bikes that were good for snowy/wet terrain.
Even when we were far away and one of our back tire quick released, the gentleman that attended to us during the day promptly video called us to walk us through the steps to inspect the bike.
This is a place where I would love to come back again.

Great place to rent bike. We tried the tandem, the city bike and the kid mountain bike. All was perfect. The price is also OK.

Super easy spot to rent a bike. We went first thing when the opened at 9am without a reservation and were out of there by 9: 04am with our bikes, helmets, basket and lock. Super close to Stanley Park and at an intersection with bike lanes. Nearby parking across the street was only $3/hr too.

Great bikes, good pricing, fast service and organized staff. Would rent our bikes again from this location.

I was with my friends while they were renting a bike from spokes yesterday. I ran into some issues with my personal bike and Phil was quick to jump in and help us out. I ended up renting a bike from spokes and both my friends and I enjoyed our rentals.
