I'd also like to highlight that this store is conveniently situated at 1000 Park Royal, Mall South, West Vancouver, offering fantastic deals on a wide range of brands. Their weekly deals are truly remarkable, and with the added convenience of free parking, it's a hassle-free experience. The store's pristine cleanliness and the genuinely friendly staff further enhance the overall shopping experience.

I came to Sportchek a few time. Maziyar at Park Royal store was very helpful and friendly. He went as far to call other stores and made inquiries about the product I was looking for.

I was west Vancouver branch and the guy name is borna was very helpful and he care about the customer. Thank you to him.

A few days ago, I went to Sport Check and didn't have much to buy. I just wanted to buy one top. However, the lady there gave me a lot of good information about the clothes, so I ended up buying more for the rest of my family members.
She was a very kind and cheerful lady, I think her name was Parisa. Thank you very much, Sport Check, for the great service I received.

Such an awful experience. I waited 20 minutes in line up.l with kids. There was one girl on the till and 30 people in line. Staff standing around and no one willing to help. Such a joke. Last time I shop here.

I bought a pair of shoes last week from this branch and it was supposed to ship to my address after a week I try to follow up with this branch and the manager pass me to the Surrey branch, and again the manager of Surrey pass me to the customer service. I paid in the Park Royal branch and it's their responsibility to check what happened to my shoes, not me. It is so disappointing from Sportcheck. I'm still waiting for someone to follow up on my order.

Thanks Shervin for hosting great customer service. I like the location and easy access and wide enrance. There are different brands but their kids selections, are very limited. It is hard to find a sport shoe for kids under 14 years old.

This is a huge store and they have a lot of stock but barely any staff. We went in to get help with kids runners and no one was available to help us. We ended up having to leave. They also have a huge sale on, so why would you not ensure that you have adequate staff for this size store? This is the second time I’ve walked in and walked out because of lack of service. It’s too bad because there is ample parking and it’s right in park royal so quite handy. They definitely need to get more staff.

This is the most poorly merchandised, least knowledgable, and slow serviced Sportchek locations I've ever had the displeasure to shop at. Took more than 20-minutes to find someone to help with smart watches while countless staff stood idle.

Unhelpful check out staff. Can’t be bothered to check Triangle points balances. Walked away.

Great store, always top of the line product and merchandise, Management is on point, and customer service is proper every time. Love it thanks for the consistency of positive experiences. Will be back soon i promise.

I went there yesterday, 40 minutes before the store was closed, and was SUPER well taken care of by Arlys. She was polite, professional and friendly. She gave me the Triangle card, explained to me how to register online, and adjusted my price to an online sale that the store had (that would end yesterday!).

Thank you so much Arlys for being professional while other professionals treated me while I was a hassle. You are the kind of professional that should get 2 extra weeks of vacation, and 500 CAD raise! Thank you for treating me with respect and cordiality, even though we were at the end of the day, and understandably, we're all very tired.

In this huge place with very few people on Tuesday noon, we could not find a person to ask a question and ask for different sizes of shoes. Over there, a roude and unprofessional young guy was available. Despite a bad experience with the seal man, we enjoyed the communication with customer service. It was something outstanding.

Terrible customer service. Waited over a half hour, had someone page people for the shoes but nobody showed up. Wandered through the store and had to finally go to the cashier’s to finally ask if there was anyone working the shoes. Paged again and only after 15 mins of waiting again someone came out. Asked for a pair of shoes and got the wrong size and shoe. Tried to complain and I was just smirked and laughed at.

I had very unprofessional and rude experience with store manager who refused to redeem my triangle rewards using the barcode in the app.

He insisted that physical triangle rewards card is required to redeem the points even though I signed up online and don’t have a physical card.

I was able to successfully redeem my rewards in Vancouver downtown sportchek using the app without any issues.

Shame on this manager who doesn’t know the policy of the company he works at.

We will never come back here as the service and products are always lacking. We were looking for our 10yr olds shoe & tried many times to flag down a staff member. One blatantly told us he’s busy but all he did was nothing but pretend to be occupied by rearranging the display shoes. Managed to finally get one staff to get us the shoes we wanted our son to try out only to have another customer to budge in & ask for assistance. When we finally went to the cash register there was only one cashier managing & he was very vocal that he’s been there by himself w/ o support. Clearly the management isn’t doing its job & I wish I got the name of that staff who just pretended to be busy. We ended up purchasing the shoes on the 2nd level and promptly returned the ones we bought at Sports Check.

I had problem with my bike. I went to the bicycle department. The guy helped me even though he was busy. I was very happy I got a solution. He took his time to consult with me. Since I only have the one bike. Thanks

I love the entrance to the store it was eye catching and beautiful. The store has a very good selection of sports related stuffs and it was well organized.

Awful Customer service, Do not responsive. I bought a 900Cad bike. It has technical issues and is so noisy. The technician try to fix the issue that it had, some solved but there it's still too noisy and he said it's the common issue with this model. We asked to exchange (NOT RETURN/REFUND). After back and forth they expressed they are unable to exchange as it was used and they cannot resell it! Are you guys kidding? Resell!
If we haven't used it, how we can understand it has an issue?

Today I had a really bad experience at sportchek Park Royal West Vancouver.
I was going to buy an Apple Watch but even the manager didn’t have enough information to guide us what to do.

The good: A very large store with a diverse range of sporting goods all in the med- low price range.

The bad: absolutely mind-blowingly bad inventory management. Every single time I go in, there is nothing in my size (mens medium / large). I went in last week and all I wanted was a pair of soccer socks, a pair of black soccer shorts and a grey t-shirt. None - NONE - were available in the entire store! This is the same every time I go in for clothes of any sort. Just a waste of time - it the third time I've gone in here hoping it would be different and then realizing is isn't. Just go elsewhere for sports clothing.

My Girlfriend and I noticed they had a sale on their winter jackets. 40% off! Just 3 weeks ago we bought our jackets at the Coquitlam location. Not only did Jenny honour their price protection policy, they did so with no questions or complaints. My girlfriend had her receipt but I didn't have mine. No problem! It was all good as Jenny just looked it up in their system and gave me a refund on the same card. A-one service. We will be doing all of our sporting goods shopping from Sport Chek from now on!

I had a bad experience on my last visit to this Sports Check at Park Royal! I'm a middle aged woman and I felt invisible, the employees, all young kids, totally ignored me but were very nice to young people and men. I had to look for one to get me the right pair of runners, when he came back he just gave me the box and said" here it is" and left! I was also looking for a pair of runners for my husband and had one shoe in my hand when one employee just passed by and offer help to a guy still chosing shoes! I know I'm not young but I have the right to be treated like anyone else. I don't plan to return to this Sports Check any time soon.

10 staff members standing around in clusters and talking. No one bothered to acknowledge you or offered to help when asked. Only one person on cashier and I felt sorry for the guy because it looked like he was the only hard worker in the store. No one helped him or the customers. Also poor organization of products. Save your time and money, do yourself and a favor and go somewhere else.

Footwear section guys were great and helpful which is the only reason it gets 2 stars. Before I begin I will say the other staff at this store referred me to shop at Atmosphere, twice. Front staff clerks were horrible and visibly hated their jobs. I specifically went here to buy a $200 osprey backpack which the website says is available at this location. First girl at the back checkout doesn't know what I'm talking about and points me to a section of different backpacks before handing me off to someone more junior. The junior guys says that's all they have. I tell him the website says it's there and he just repeats himself and tells me to go to Atmosphere, twice. I own a business and its clear to me there's something wrong with management and training at this location. Fyi, website says the back pack is still available here.

Staff are great. Good selection of clothes and shoes. I'd give 5 stars if they stocked everything that was on their website. Nice new look to the store.

You lost 3 sales. Bring in more staff or relocate from other departments if necessary.

Fun place if you are into sports, I bought 2 bikes here and various snickers, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Hard to find items. Staff were high school kids hanging out and of little help. One staff informed me only females could qualify for a promotion/discount and my girlfriend could purchase my items for me. Kinda sexist and ifd

I have been anticipating Under Armour's Project Rock Collection for a few weeks and was stoked when it dropped last Thursday! Especially because there is a women's collection. Today is my birthday and I wanted to treat myself to buying pretty much the whole collection. But when going into your male-dominated store you said that the women's is not out and it was not ordered. I was floored and felt as a woman, this was absolutely unfair. The product should not have been released without the women's collection. Especially because its almost been a week with only the men's collection available for purchase. It's saddening for not just me but for other women as well. I am shocked that only men are allowed to buy the product first. Get yourself sorted.it's 2019!

Because of no fault of Sport Check.a new HeliHansen coat we purchased was burned on a baseboard heater at a local restaurant. Sport Check was kind enough to replace the coat.how awesome is that!

Nice larger store but zero selection for the two things I went in for, ski goggles and a helmet. Had literally no stock for goggles.

The staff is really good. I buy a lot of stuff. SPECIALLY, I appreciate the customer service at front cash. I tried to meet the Manager but I didn't saw because I was in rush. I wanted to tell that the service got very high from earlier. My experience was very nice. PERSONALLY, I appreciate the service of one of the cashiers named "BHANU". I am an old customer of the Sportchek so I think she is new and yepp she said she is Indian when I asked her. Her way of giving the service and greeting the customer is unique and really awesome when she gets into talk. She talks in very lovely way and makes the customer happy with the purchase. I went there after around 2-3 and everytime I saw her as cashier then I go to her for my bill. She do everything in a great way. Moreover she speaks very politely with a great smile on her face. So, here my point is the service got really better from earlier. I hope the cashier 'Bhanu' will do the same in future.

Went to purchase a very specific Adidas pants but no luck. But a very helpful staff member went out of his way to be sure. Very grateful. Thank you.

Really bad customer service. Just for buying a shoe, I've waited for more than 30 minutes and I couldn't see anyone, so I just went out.
