Don’t bother with online order and store pickup. The whole purpose is suppose to be to save time. Instead, you have to go inside the store, to the service shop and wait 10-15 mins while the clueless staff trys to find the order. Much easier to just come into the store and pay at the register.

I was having a pretty significant issue with a previous purchase that I made some time ago and one of the managers, Edwin, really stepped up and went above and beyond to resolve the situation for me. From the start Edwin demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the customer which (sadly) is pretty rare these days. Thank you Edwin for such a phenomenal customer experience!

Braeden helped me pick out 2 pairs of runners, one for work and one for the gym. He was very patient while helping me which I appreciated since I'm so picky when it comes to runners. Awesome kid! Thanks!

This store is located inside the mall and has a very good environment. There are two entrances and exits, each with a cash register. Most of the sports goods can be purchased here. Today, I was grinding ice skates for my child. A female service staff member has been chatting with another customer, disregarding the feelings of other waiting customers, and I feel very bad.

I visited the store to redeem my coupon we were not sure if the coupon was only online or is there any way to redeem it in the store as some stores do that. Cashier says that it was online but she was very polite about it, just to double check if any manager can override it we asked for managers help, EDWIN came and he was very rude about it. He was not ready to even listen us. My wife and I both work in retail stores as management and we know even though we don’t have any solutions we still try our best to provide the best experience. At least you should know how to say things in polite way to convey your point.very disappointing to see these kind of persons in management.

Thank you Isabella (Langley location) for an amazing customer experience! I bought a Yeti cup specifically for the straw lid, handle, size and colour. I purchased online for an 'easy' in-store locker pick-up but unfortunately didn't check over the item prior to leaving the store. A customer had switched the lids in-store and the staff who pulled the item didn't realized when bagging the order. I called in and she immediately knew what I was talking about and pulled the correct lid and asked me to come back to swap the lids the next day as it was 10 minutes before the store closed. I started the call frustrated and annoying but she helped change my mood around and was very apologetic. She was very friendly and helpful and told me exactly where to go and it was a very simple and easy process. Thank you for fixing the issue and being such a stellar person! Something that could've been an tricky and irritating processes became a simple one because of her and it is very much appreciated.

The staff are friendly - and available usually. The store is kept tidy and clean, unlike other Sport Chek locations I know of. I wish they had better music going on for shopping though.

Horrible sharpened my skates there and it was so bad all rough and not the type of sharpen anyone would want

This is the first time i am reviewing any retail store and its totally because of the rude customer experience i was there yesterday was looking at some shoes, since i wasn't aware that the store was about to close, a guy wearing glasses comes by and says “ you can’t shop when we are closing” in a very rude way… he might be having a bad day and i know what it means to work in retail but sorry i just felt it was very inappropriate of him to raise the voice to customers like that.

I found some small odds and ends, as the shoes and jackets I was hoping to get, were not in my sizes.
Was in here for awhile, but just bought some small things.
It turned out to be such a pleasant visit.
Will return in the future, without hesitation.
