Like most sport check's nothing special. Received some bad service when I asked helper for shoes, after waiting 10 min I saw him helping other customers. When he saw me it was like eh.you wanted those shoes right.eh yes.and he eventually went to get them.

They are not responding to the call properly. They think customers are free to call and they don’t care about them.

Didn’t get a chance to grab his name. But customer service was super nice. Though sizes were low and didnt have what I needed. He showed me different styles and other options. Definitely coming back for any of my sporting needs. Management give this guy a shoutout! 2/16/23 5: 00pm.

Very poor customer service. Just asked a simple question, one of the employee ignored us first and when we asked again, she rudely said whatever we have is in the store and didn't borther to listen to our next inquiry. I never ever will go to this store again.

Rude customer service…asked employee if the security tags are off…She said yes…came home to find out security tags are still on…this was before Christmas…while working and Xmas shopping never coming back there!
