I went to this location at Tswassen Mills and was helped by Saniya, she was a great help and gave us a really good experience. Great Customer Service and very friendly. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

Purchased shoes here, they didn’t give me the receipt, I went back after 3 hours to change the shoe size.

The manager at the store (Sheldon) said we checked your transaction on our system and can’t find it.

The manager said we give you 50% refund and you will have to pay the rest for the new pair of shoes.

Does this even make sense? You want me to pay 70$ more for exchanging the shoes I purchased the same day?

The guy showed bad attitude towards this and I have lost faith in this company and won’t make any purchases going forward and won’t recommend others.

The sales girl put in effort to look for the transactions

After I got upset and showed him all my bank transactions and Apple Pay record

He checked the system and finally found the record and allowed us make the exchange.

This is truly disappointing, higher management needs to look into training on store managers because they can’t even find transactions on their store systems.

I’m officially reporting this store and the manager for attitude of talking and trying not to resolve the issue.

He never tried to check the system and assumed that since the sales girl can’t find it it’s not on the system.

0/10 for the store manger

Exactly customer service, was helped by Gillian, she was a big help in finding the products I was looking for, made it a breeze.

Great local store, they donated products to the local South Delta Rams funds raiser, which I was a lucky high bidder on for the silent auction.

Definitely will do business with a company that gives back to the community!

Specific shout out to Store GM Steve Lockhart for stepping up, I’m sure he gets bombarded with requests.

Great customer service especially Michael from footwear. He went above and beyond to help me find my needs.

Sport Check is definitely a good place to buy sporting goods at a reasonable price. The staff is awesome and super friendly from the moment you enter the store. The selection of hockey sticks, ice stakes, jerseys, hats and merchandising in general is good but not great like other stores. The location within the mall is great you get access from the parking or from the inside. Definitely one of favourite places to shop for hockey gear! I just bought a Canucks hat on sale which was great.

Good collection but very confusing. Need to be more organized in terms of product selection and brands. Shoe collection also needs to be diversified

Good location. Didn't require service.
The only thing was which wasn't a big deal but the cashier outlet at the entrance to the outside was closed as I had purchased an item that was right by it so had to walk to the other end of the store as that was the only cashier open.

I came today at 5: 30pm, a staff help me to fix my snowboard binding. He is awesome but I forgot to get his name.
Definitely recommend to this store!
