Sport Chek

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced in the shoe department. Seems like the people working there do not know anything about the shoes and definitely don't want to talk to people. Impossible to find somebody that knows anything about shoes that could actually help. Anytime I've ever in the store, I have the hardest time finding anybody to help me in most departments.

Walked through store today and was wanting to purchase clothes and shoes but wasn't offered any help by any staff. Won't be returning

Went looking for a bike for my son, I guess it's a little too early in the season as they didn't have much selection.
The service we got was very good, the guy that helped us was really nice.

Incredible place to buy sports equipment, and get other sport activities. You can buy hockey equipment. And all the sports you can think off. Clothes skates, helmets. Anything! They have it. Just like the old car commercials and grocery store commercials. "You want it! We got it!

I have shopped at a lot of different SportChek locations (we travel a lot as a family). The Aberdeen location is by far the best I've dealt with. I have purchased here many times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Recently I had an issue with a product purchased. They went above and beyond to make it right. I can say that I will bring all of my future SportChek business to this location!

Incredibly knowledgable and professional staff, especially from the golf department in the store. I'm very impressed with the service we've recieved on numerous occasions at this location. We've re gripped two sets of golf clubs there and are very happy with the outcome and service. Friendly, helpful, and generally pleasant experiences always. Would highly recommend. Thank you guys!

Updated store, easy to find what your looking for. Helpful staff and good return policy. Option to have your receipt emailed instead of taking a paper one.

Terrible service, poor stock in running shoes. All very wide sizes. Shirts that were on sale are just cheap to begin. Last time I go there.

The cashier was really unfriendly. She didn't greet, no smile and made us wait without any reason. 1 star. I won't ever come to this place again.
