They are always friendly and do a great job. Sandy is great with my picky long-haired son as well. Nothing bad to say.

Couldn't get a hair cut because I didn't have a phone number to give them so they told me they couldn't give me a haircut lol.

I have been here 4 times for a haircut and each time I tell the stylist that I want it short on the sides and back with next to nothing taken off the top
Each time they take more than two inches off the top
Most recent visit I sat in the chair and told the stylist (Hope) the same instructions. She proceeded to spray my hair with water, slicked my hair straight back and ask how I styled my hair. I told her the way it was is the way I style it.
I came out with a cut the shortest it’s been since I wore a buzz cut.
The staff here is more concerned about talking about their own personal lives than caring about the customer experience.
I have never been so angry about my experience with a business.

The best service ever I’ve been every time I come in I’m getting greeted with a hello and how are you which I really like and my best hairstylist Chelsea is my favourite one because she knows my haircut I want and get it done right and also gives me a nice fresh head wash which feels very good. Definitely will keep going there.

Terrible customer service. They did not honour a gift card I had and said they aren’t sure if they will get the money for it. Clearly they don’t understand that the money has already been given to the company when the gift card was bought. Extremely rude and safe to say this gift card will never get used as I will never go back to another sports clips.

Went in today. No appointment needed, very good and quick service. Friendly staff, nice and clean space. Got some discount for first visit and was given $10 off for next visit. Definitely recommended. Will surely go next time.

Been getting my haircut here for several months and I have been very happy with the results every time. You can check-in from the app ahead of time, and even request which hairstylist you want. Chelsea gave me great cut today!

They did a really stand up job on his so a week later I went down and received the same great haircut and service.

I drive 3 hours to get my haircut. I originally came across Sport Clips as they were a sponsor of Kelowna Comedy. There was free cuts for all attendees of the comedy show. Which was hilarious!
So after one free cut from Maria, I decided that it's worth a 3 hour drive just to chat with her and catch up. Plus she does an amazing job on my hair. Management take note! Plus she sold me some great product. I will return!

Took my 8 year old for his back to school haircut, we had Chelsea cut his hair, she was super friendly and did an amazing job! My son has informed me he will only go back here and will only see Chelsea for future cuts.

American salon chain. Amazing precision by trained hair stylists. State of the art registration and waiting list system (if any waiting). High tech vaccum cleaners used to clean hair from floor. First visit they also give complimentary steam on face with hot towel, few mins. Of shoulder massage (brief) as well.

Decided to try out Sport Clips and was lucky enough to get Chelsea. She was super friendly, and did a fantastic job! Very impressed with the cut, and I will definitely be back requesting her for another one very soon.

I had one of the worst hair cutting experience ever and to think I have been getting hair cuts from you guys since you started. Michelle was the hair dresser and she was so inexperienced that I'm surprised you have such people engaging in customer service. The hair cutting started by a discussion on how to cut my hair. I asked if she could fade or blend, she told it didn't suit me. I asked if she could thin it a bit, she said she didn't know how to do it. Later after washing my hair she refused to dry it. Her argument was that they never do not and I have never had a hair wash without getting dried. She treated me like she was paying for my hair cut and not me. Worst bit was that I had to attend a client meeting with the worst hair cut of my life. I hope the owners read this and not disregard it as a competitor review. Everyone who is going to this shop, please please please don't take Michelle's services. She has ruined my hair cutting experience with you guys forever!

Edit: The owner of the salon, Kevin, reached out to me and was awesome in sorting this straight. For all you readers, I must reiterate that I have never had any issues with my previous haircuts. I have been a regular since they opened the business. It was just the hairdresser Michelle's conduct that annoyed me. That being said, there are other hairdressers like Maria and Brittany who have been really awesome.

My stylist moved here 8 years ago and has a daughter and husband, can't remember her name but she moved here from Calgary. BEST HAIRCUT EVER, it looks amazing and I feel so good walking around like this. She was so fun to talk to and made it a very enjoyable experience. If I lived in kelowna, she would be the only one to ever touch my hair. Great experience.

Came across a coupon to Sportclips and was so happy everything turned out perfectly!
My stylist was Brittany and she was exceptionally professional, skilled, and answered all of my questions. Brittany took the time to talk to me as we tried to discuss what I wanted. I showed her a picture of the cut I had in mind and she easily recreated the look with no trouble whatsoever.

They have some really good deals for first time customers, and the experience you get as a customer is worth it. Thanks Brittany!

New Update: Got my hair cut by Chelsea and she was absolutely amazing! Really took her time cutting my hair, everything was perfect, and above all she was super friendly and welcoming! I'd honestly give another 5 stars if I could!

I went to this store for my hair cut after three months. I was assigned to a lady (forgot her name) and she seemed to be oversized one (sorry, just giving a hint to the management) among all. She didn’t do great but it was not not even okay. She did not cut my hair on top of my ears and the hair on the sides were different sizes. I did not realize at the store, but when I came home and was checking my hair my wife figured out that my hair was uneven on the sides.
Customer receiving was fine but service was disaster. I am not thinking of going back to them again.

I managed to get a free haircut coupon in the mail which was a great move to get people to come in for this new spot! Not the best area in the front for waiting with no time killers other than a single TV in the corner. Other than that, this place is great. You can get a scalp massage, warm face towel, and vibrating chair for hair washing, like other nice haircut spots. They really like to talk about the products they use and try to inform you on what they are putting in your hair. Several stylists there and they all seam to know what they are doing.
