I signed in and waited two hours, when I can back apparently the sign in didn't work so I ended up having to sit for another hour and a half to actually get the haircut. Aside from the wait it was pretty good, but wow 3.5 hours is longer than I ever want to wait for a haircut again.

Worst service I have ever had in a barber shop. Two women chatting, my bogus name on a electronic signpost stating I had to wait 27 minutes.while no other customers were waiting! Idiocy at it's greatest.

Our first experience was great, I've been in four times since and I've been very displeased with the staff's professionalism. Wouldn't recommend 1/5 times = 1/5 stars.
I'll add that when scrolling through their reviews they didn't seem to acknowledge or apologize to anyone who had a bad experience. That alone is significant in showing they have poor customer service skills.

Long time customer. Used to be near my old house and still drive across town.
Came at 4: 30 (closes at 5) 1 dresser doing a cut, 2 standing there, and the one doing the cut tells me they aren't doing any more cuts today.

Always good haircuts. A few of the employees have been there a long time, that's hard to find in the business. Best shampoo and scalp Massages.

My son and I came here for our first time. Brienna who was the wonderful yound woman who cut my hair. She was amazing, personable, and cut my fade excellently. Her manager was showing her a couple of things, but her mentor was patient, and gave the last final touches. I will definitely be back. Thank you for being a great business with great staff whether they are newer or experienced.

Not saying the place is not great. But the walk-in hairstylist we got for my 7 yr old nephew rushed us like we were there free of cost. Not a great place for young kids which require enough patience. And saying that next time bring the picture before coming in; I mean they are the hairstyle professionals and asking them for their input is what we expect whenever we go for service. I think it’s not a street barber shop! It’s a hairstylist salon and Experience should be that. I wish I could upload the pic of my nephew’s haircut. I can do a better job at home than that.

Great cut. Excellent service. Make sure to spring for the VIP package. The hair wash and massage chair are worth it!
