We have been renting bikes from here for 7 years and have had excellent service. They have great long term employees that are super helpful and knowledgeable.

Just rented some bikes for myself and kids and we dealt with Brian. The most condescending individual I've ever met in a customer service role. Unfortunately I wouldn't return after the discomfort my family and I felt.

Quality rental bikes! I guide tours and the guests enjoy the bikes (light, user friendly). The bikes are reliable and the staff were quick to bring out a replacement bicycle the one time we did have a minor issue.

First time visiting the store, Shelly was helpful and friendly. My skiing experience was wonderful. I will definitely visit the store again. Thank you for the service!

Michael was awesome at helping me fit some new ski boots. Great service as compared to many sports stores.

Their wide range of high quality wetsuits for rent made an island surfing trip an awesome, safe experience. Staff were kind and knowledgeable.
