The Sikh Girl at the desk (Manpreet, I believe) was very nice to deal with. She was able to find my suit promptly, despite the machine seemingly locating the wrong clothing. Would definitely return!

INSPECT YOUR ITEMS BEFORE PAYING!
I picked up my jacket and paid for the cleaning without really looking at it. I got home and realized it was damaged. Brought it back and they couldn’t fix it and would not give me a refund on the cleaning. I was told that it was because the material was cheap. The lady actually used the word “cheap”. This was a very expensive, high quality jacket! I’m so offended and upset with this place. Definitely never going back.
