The Doctors are life saving there but the receptionist has a very bad attitude and customer service is super rude too, straight negative to whoever picked up my call trying to impress charges right away they definitely need a new receptionist.

Super easy and friendly people. More specifically Dr. Fadhil Ali is an expert and understands patient situation very well. I am diabetic and need an experts for treatment. Dr. Ali connect me to endocrinologist and now my blood glucose is managed properly. A big thank you to Dr. Ali

People like to post fake comments on here. Please be aware of that. This clinic has best customer service and all staff are friendly. I give them thumbs up for excellence medical care on my entire family.

Psychiatrist is nice, but receptionist should probably find a new job.shouldn’t be in this field if you cant be kind.

Dr. Fadhil Ali was rude and seemed irate with me for no reason. Additionally, he was not only late for my appointment but his office never sent my prescription.

I am not one for writing reviews, but just wanted to give DRs. H. Bhatti her due respect as she is not only an amazing, knowledgeable, undrestanding, caring and compassionate physician but even a better person, who cares about her patients and their well-being.

Also, thanks and appreciation for Jacqueline B physio and most of the receptionists at the front desk for being awesome and helpful.

***Edited to add that the doctor prescribed antibiotics drops for me and told me to use them for 5-7 days and when I asked to clarify (because they’re antibiotics) he said just use them until the pain is gone, which I thought was odd but he was the doctor so I didn’t question it. I just dropped my prescription off at the pharmacy and the pharmacist said the directions from the doctor were not in line with how the drops are meant to be used and changed the directions for me and said I absolutely need to use it for 7 days since they’re antibiotics. ***

This is regarding my first and last time visiting this clinic. The lack of professionalism is astounding. When I arrived (5 min before their stated opening time) for a walk-in, I was told they book appointments up to 7 days in advance, which I thought defeated the purpose of walk-ins but fine, maybe times are changing so I won’t fault them for that. When I came back for my appointment, the receptionist was quite rude. I walked in and let her know I was there for my appointment and she asked me a few questions with some unnecessary attitude in my opinion. Again I didn’t think too much of that. What really bothered me was what I heard after that. I was told to wait in one of the rooms. Once I got there, I heard a couple of doctors bad-mouthing another doctor very loudly in the next room. I know they were doctors because after the rant, one of them went to another room and introduced herself. I can understand frustrations at the workplace, but to use so little discretion for privacy made me really uncomfortable. A few minutes after this, I heard another doctor on a phone appointment with the door open and I was able to hear details about the patient that the doctor was responding to and repeating. My visit itself went fine this time but I am not comfortable knowing how unprofessional some of the doctors are and that I could potentially be on the other end of this.

It's rare to find someone with so much knowledge and experience - Dr. Emily Shao brings everything to table and it's very appreciated. Highly recommended.

Spoke to to Dr Fadhil Ali for a referral for speech therapy for my daughter and the clinic sent me an invoice for $31.50 for a doctors note for “being sick from school or work” and said once I pay I can get my note. Receptionist said it wasn’t covered under msp for the note. It wasn’t even a sick note for school or work I was asking for. Two days later spoke with another doctor and got a referral letter for free.

The best medical centre! Always so efficient and timely. Easy online walk in bookings with lots of openings, and helpful doctors!

Deepika always makes me feel at ease. She has a very caring attitude and has helped me tremendously.

Every time my back starts getting twingy and stiff I go see Jacqueline and she fixes me right up and gets me moving freely. The combination of the ultrasound and the dry needling technique she uses works like magic for me. Thanks Jacqueline!

The space is clean and located in a good location.
But the staff is below mediocre, at least the receptionist and especially the practitioner Fadhil Ali.

At the entrance of the clinic there's a big sign that says "accepting new patients". I and my wife walked in and told the receptionist that my wife is pregnant and looking for a doctor to follow her pregnancy.
The receptionist takes us to room 5.

Fadhil Ali, the practitioner, kept interrupting both me and my wife to speak about his opinions in an arrogant manner without listening to what we had to say.
He takes my wife's blood pressure and then tells us that we need to look for a doctor who would follow her pregnancy.

I really don't write reviews anywhere unless its a fantastic service and I want to show appreciation, but this is my first negative review for a service, ever.
Fadhil Ali represents what's unfortunately common misbehaviour in many practitioners, in some cultures, the medic is just too good for you, therefore it's up to their mood if you get your issues addressed.

We were ignored by both receptionist and practitioner, who did not care to listen to what we needed assistance with.

It's like going to the mechanic because you have a flat tire or something, and after wasting your time, the mechanic just says you need to find a mechanic to replace your flat tire.

We understand that if the clinic had no doctors available to follow up on my wife's pregnancy, then the receptionist and the practitioner could have just told us instead of lecturing us about how ignorant we were for not having a doctor.

Fadhil Ali was arrogant and I hope you are much luckier than we did if you decide to go to this clinic.

Before I started seeing Dr. Alexander Murray, I had seen other chiropractors, but none of them gave me the same level of care and attention that he did. I can confidently say that his service is the best. He took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my medical history, then he explained the treatment plan and techniques he would use to address my issues. He always made sure that I was informed and answered all my questions. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Dr. Alexander Murray to anyone looking for a chiropractor. His professionalism, experience and dedication have had a significant impact on my life and I'm grateful for the care he has given me. Thanks for everything.

AVOID THIS PLACE. I visited today for my headache, and the receptionist told me doctor is afraid that may be COVID. I showed my negative test results but she was like please stay 2 meter away from us. AVOID IT

When it comes to your face, you want to make sure you choose someone you can trust. I keep coming back to see Dr. Nima because he’s just simply the best. Before starting my botox, I was so concerned that I may look plastic or false but Dr. Nima concentrates on a very natural look to enhance what you’ve got. He will always make sure that you look beautiful!

Dr. Sakian is very compassionate and thorough.

He always takes the time to listen and address my health concerns.

I’m very grateful for the care I receive from him and the rest of the team at Spring Medical.

After 5 sessions I'm back to normal if not better and can't wait to get back to skating! Thanks to Deepika Sawant for my recovery and i will definitely go back to skating without pain.

Spring Medical Center is a very clean office and the staff is friendly. I have been seeing Dr. Nima for few years now for cosmetic services and he has always been professional, knowledgeable, and works with me to meet my goals. I always look forward to seeing him and he always makes sure I leave happy.

I love coming to see Dr. Sakian! He is always very professional and makes me feel very comfortable. He cares about his patients and it’s clear to see. I always leave my appointments happy!

The receptionist was extremely rude. They speak over you and are so aggressive. Doctors and nurses here have been great though. One bad apple can spoil an entire barrel.

Deepika is an amazing healer …I personally feel she has gods grace in her palms.

I came to Deepika with bad muscle spasms in my back and a lot of pain and discomfort in moving, lying down etc.

Her efforts and different procedures during my 4 visits made me walk taller n better and with a lot less pain and more confidence! So much so that I travel 19 hrs by air as well.

Each time She gave her full attention, listened to my fears and queries patiently and helped alleviate them and find solutions for them.

Each visit to her I travelled more than 35 min and it was worth it!

I would highly recommend her if anyone is in extreme pain.

Great place! They have all the services you need in one place. The team is integrated and they go above and beyond to provide great care.

Every time I book an appointment with them, they keep you waiting for over 1 hour after you arrive on time. And this is for every time! The receptionist is not responsive and care little about their patients.

My experience with Spring Clinic was excellent, I used to booked appointment online with Spring Clinic, I called to confirm my appointment a day before and tell them about my concern, the receptionist was very helpful, she kindly answered my questions and was professional and polite.

I love this clinic! Their doctors and staffs are amazing. Front desks are busy, but friendly. I have no trouble with online booking and their excellent phone service. I come often on Sunday to see my acupuncture Dr. Emily Liu, staffs are professional, we have to follow all covid guidelines check before enter into the clinic. I see alot of people complain about their services and staffs, maybe, that is their own problem! My experiences are great and will continue coming here for my medical care.

I walked into Spring Medicentre with a towel wrapped around my bleeding hand and asked what kind of a wait time I was looking at to get a couple of stitches.
The receptionist asked “ Well do you have an appointment? ”
I responded “ Did I make an appointment to have stitches put into my hand? No, I didn’t schedule a sliced hand today, so I didn’t plan ahead with an appointment” Her response?
“Well, we are all full up today so I can either make you an appointment or recommend some other places. Maybe the hospital? ”
As it was pretty obvious that I would not be treated, I asked if she could recommend what product I should use to flush a deep cut. Her response was like a bad joke.
“You would have to ask a doctor that. Would you like an appointment? ”

Do yourself a favour and avoid this clinic. I’m not critical of the doctors, as I wasn’t allowed to see one.

Well, i called to book a walk-in appointment and was told to wait for 5~10 mins. It was 15 mins and I called back to ask for an update. The lady who took my first call answered and was like "why you call me back? I told you to wait and I will call you! " Well.it was she who told me to wait 5~10 mins and did not really give me anything back in this time frame. She also was like "why don't call other clinics.lots going on. " Again, i totally understand this is a difficult time for everone and appreciate all the effort. But to me a receptionist can't treat patients like this right? I was talking to the other receptionist in person the other day and they are nice. Just this one that makes me mad. Again, nothing against the practitioner, hope they are great.

It is very efficient way of seeing doctor. The doctor is very nice and patient and understanding my problem and needs clearly.

I met with the doctor Lisa Wang because I have an infection in my hand, she prescribed antibiotics but didn't send the prescription to the farmacy as discussed. There is no way to contact her again, only if I book another appointment. It's a waste of government money when you have an online appointment that does not help the patient but instead make the patient miss another day without the proper medication. I'm super frustrated.

I am very happy with my virtual consultation with Dr. Kevin Du Siu. He was very professional and helpful with my case. He offered several options for my medical issues and seemed to know what he was doing. Thank you so much for seeing me. I am also happy with the patient support agent, Semonah. I will definitely recommend this site to my family and friends.

All the recent 1-star reviews are well-deserved. This clinic’s receptionists and service have gone aggressively down hill in the last month or two.

Two days in a row, I called to try to ask about my referral, yet I was automatically forced to hold for 45 minutes straight on their automated menu. I was subjected to annoying music and their status-update recording chiming in every 30 seconds. They don’t even let you speak to a receptionist anymore!

Just this morning, after holding for almost 40 minutes, I finally got through (I could hear the receptionists talking in the office), so I said, “Hello? Hello? ” And then…THEY ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME. Can you believe this? It’s not just unprofessional, but it seems like they’re actively striving to drive patients away!

Unpardonable from a medical clinic!

Staff at front desk is very rude. They don't look at your face, nor they listen to your inquiries. No difference when you talk to the Manager. When a patient call they do not know how to be polite. You just have to put up with rudeness, if you need to ask question, they show attitude. There is no customer service what so ever. It is run by people new to country I do not think they understand the standard of Service. Doctors there are super nice, but they should seriously consider hiring people with good attitude to help patients. Try to avoid if you can.

My family and I have been coming here for years. Very accommodating when appointments are needed. The clinic genuinely cares about your medical needs. Thanks for the great service.

Deepika Sawant is a Miracle worker! Constant neck pain and stiffness had become a hindrance in my daily life. From bad sleeping posture, long hours of sitting at the computer for work or staying late and watching TV, the reasons could be endless. A few weeks ago, upon waking up I had a sharp pain on the left side of my neck. Went to the doctor, after 3 hours of waiting they told me it was a muscle spasm and prescribed muscle relaxants and pain killers. Nothing helped, it was very bad and I had difficulty moving my neck and going about my personal routine. My sister recommended I go visit Deepika, as she had helped her previously.

Deepika was kind enough to see me on the same day I contacted her, the appointment started out with a quick check and analysis of neck rotation and general body movements. Deepika recommend dry needling, ultrasound and EMS for our first appointment which was for 30 mins. Deepika was very polite and communicated her diagnosis and treatment clearly and effectively, after the session my pain was reduced by almost 75-80% and I was able to go about my day without the excruciating pain. I was advised homework exercises to improve movement in my neck, which I was able to perform without pain after the appointment and the exercises helped immensely.

Scheduled another appointment in 4 days and had a similar treatment plan, after the session my pain was almost non existent. Deepika is a Miracle worker! A true professional, very caring, and one of the best physiotherapist in the Vancouver region. I would recommend her to my family, friends and she will be my go-to for any future ailments.

I had just 2 sessions with Deepika in Physiotherapy for shoulder pain I've had for over 10 years. She did dry needling in the effected areas and even after the first appointment I was in disbelief at how effective it was. I had pretty much accepted that I would just be in pain for the rest of my life because nothing ever worked to cure it but Deepika really changed that! Highly recommended for sure: D

Highly recommend Dr. Deepika Sawant. I was having terrible pain in my entire left leg when I met Deepika. It just kept increasing from 2 years. I have tried a couple of physiotherapists and it didn’t work out. Deepika is a Savior! She brought my life back to normal in few weeks. I can walk normally and I am going back to my workouts now. She does her best to find the core problem and treats it from the root.

Booked appointment online. Always works. We'll not this time. Email confirmation. Did the office staff call to confirm. NO.it's now 5: 37pm Sunday. Did Dr Adam's call me between 2: 30 and 2: 45. NO.
I feel completely disconnected and disrespect.
It's hard to find a good family dr.and now where does this leave us. Wife still looking for family dr. After 3 years. Spring medical has her file's but says her family dr left. But won't help her at all.

They DO NOT "answer their phones between 9am and 4pm with an hour lunch break at 1pm", their answering machine is a lie. Good luck ever trying to reach them via phone. I've also been hung up on multiple times by the receptionist when trying book an appointment on the rare occasion I've gotten through. The doctors here are great but the reception is garbage!

Waited on hold for 45 min, sent back to to the main menu, then told the office was closed. While in the office everything seems very disorganized, I was sent for a second set of bloodwork after being told since it was my first time to the clinic they needed it, it was at least my tenth visit and even had an appointment with my own family doctor about my blood results. I have very little faith in the accuracy or competency of anyone here.

I have been dealing with severe Vertigo/dizziness since Aug 2020. Since then I have seen another Physio a Chiropractor, ENT and a Neurologist along with CT and MRI scans. Nothing helped. It's now Aug 2021. After 3 sessions with Deepika Sawant I feel back to normal once again. She is very knowledgable, confident, thorough and cares about making the patient healthy again. She truly has a gift and I am grateful for what she has done for me. I would highly recommend her.

It's 9: 30 am on a Wednesday, and the machine is saying the office is closed. But their automated machine says that they are open and answer their phone from 9 am. I am so confused, trying to make an appointment and nothing is working. This is very stressful.

I have done my treatment with Deepika for Vertigo and balance related issues. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Very happy with my experience. I was in an accident and needed an assessment of my minor injuries for insurance. They found space for an appointment in a timely matter even though I am not a patient of the clinic. Everyone was understanding and kind.

I experienced an incredibly painful form of Exzema and went to the Spring Clinic just as it was closing.the friendly MOA checked with Dr. Fahedieh if he would see me, even though I am not a patient of the clinic. He did and was so kind and efficient. Thank you for the relief!

Now the service is great and very helpful. I started to come here because it's in my hood but the reviews were awful. They've improved their service and now this place is great. Highly recommended

I had an injury and was suffering from lower back pain for almost an year. I tried everything from chiro to accupuncture to massage and physio but nothing helped me relieve the pain until I met Deepika. After few appointments I could feel the difference already. I highly recommend her and the shockwave treatment.

I started seeing physiotherapist Deepika in November 2019, I had got injured at work so I had a WCB case. I had 2 fractures and broken bones in my wrist and forearm to my elbow. From the first meeting with Deepika I was treated with professionalism, kindness and understanding of what I was goin threw. She gave me at home exercise that helped so much and the in office treatment was wonderful. After 6 months I noticed a huge difference of the function and usage again of my left arm. I definitely recommend Deepika for all physiotherapy needs she is awesome.

I am in absolute awe with what physiotherapist, Deepika Sawant was able to accomplish in just one visit. I had been suffering for over a year with my right hand not being able to fully close. Particularly, my middle and ring finger. I had problems gripping and holding onto things so had taken to trying to use my left hand. This was difficult as I am right handed. I had pain and stiffness every day. By the end of the first session I was about 70% better! I was able to close my hand and make a fist! Something I hadn't been able to do for long time! Thank you, Deepika! I will definitely be recommending her to others!

If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable and friendly physician, I highly recommend Deepika. I went to see her for my lower back and neck issue, and she ended up treated so well even with my calves which were unsolved homework of mine for years. Her needling technique is at the point, and it helped a lot to lose the tensions on my shoulder, neck, and calves. Plus, shockwave and cupping treatments were helpful as well. She knows the best way to treat the injury, and she explained well what will help you recover. Thanks to her positive energy, her treatment session is always fun and delightful! She is the best!

The front staff is very friendly. This medical centre is the hub of brilliant doctors and practitioners. Dr. Farid is one of the best GPs in here and Deepika of the best physiotherapists.

I've been going to Spring Medical for a little over a year now. I was in a car accident and the medical staff has been specially helpful in telling me what I can and cant claim under ICBC. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend Jacqueline (physiotherapist) and Gil (RMT) if you're looking for trust worthy, skilled, and knowledgable doctors to help you recover from an accident. On top of having top of the line doctors, the front desk is very helpful and responsive. I have been to many clinics where the front desk simply ruins the visit but I'm happy I found a clinic that provides excellent customer service. Would recommend this clinic 10/10 times.

The women who’s working front of the desk is so rude, let you know you are not owner or dr you are just a worker. Try improve your self. And the doctors needs to pick a suitable person for their office. One star even 0 star for rude management.

The methadone doctor dr.sakin is only out for your money he has no compassion or time for you whatsoever I almost lost my job over a prescription issue I would not recommend my worst enemy go there
