Spring Travels

I had called them today morning to book flight tickets, someone answered the phone and took the details said that we will call you shortly hours passed and they never called. I called them again in the evening to enquire about the status and they said they will get back to me with 5-10 mins. Again couple of hours passed and no response. I called again and now nobody answered the call at all. I expected a more professional behaviour from them with having some good reviews, but today the way they responded was unacceptable. If they had told me that if it’s possible or not for them, I would have looked for other options. For their behaviour and poor response today I would have given a negative star if I had a chance.

Had very good experience today at spring travel, got the ticket in good price with matching times.

They don’t help you once you get in trouble.they always make excuses.and end up saying that sorry we can’t do anything.you have to call directly to airline.

Instead of helping and listening to the concern, the front desk guy might be the owner very rudely told me not to book tickets from them. I always booked from spring travels. Would never ever go to them again.

I called a week ago for a reservation, customer service told me they would call me within 24 hours, even no one called. Bad service.

Five years of dealing with them. Excellent help guidance provided not only here but even outside, they are easily accessible and provide services. 24/7 help is being provided be it in Canada or Abroad. Thanks for all services and helpful advice and suggestions.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Never to Buy ticket from them. It's the same price from Airline or if you buy from them but if you buy from Airline they give you proper service and if you buy from spring travel they will take 1 week to return your call (AFTER CALLING THEM SEVERAL TIMES) and then they deny any kind of services. THEIR MAIN MOTIVE IS TO SELL THE AIR TICKET AFTER THAT THEY DON'T KNOW YOU. MY RECOMENDATIONS NEVER TO BUY TICKETS FROM SPRING TRAVEL.

I bought ticket from them for india when we call them to ask any question lady answer phone very rude and once hang up phone on us i’ll never buy ticket again from them.

On their web page it mentioned quick service and I contacted last week about my query and still waiting for their response, if this is quick service then Beat of Luck!

I highly recommend Spring Travels! The whole staff is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They explain everything in detail, plus get you the best deal!

The best/cheapest price they could give me was $2650 for a one way flight from Delhi to Vancouver. The lady on the phone call said this is all I have. She didn't seem interested in providing a better deal by asking any leading questions to tweak the dates or anything. So yeah poor customer service.

I was in need of a last minute flight to Toronto for personal reasons. Spring Travel staff was very helpful and swift with helping me find an affordable ticket. Highly Recommend!

My last two experiences with Spring travels in 2018 were good and I reccommended them to many of my friends. But, my recent experience in late 2021 with them was awful. Once they sold the product, you do not matter to them anymore. Its may be due to some new staff members. I hope they will read the read reviews and work on it.

They dont even honor the airline policies for date change / cancellations. They have their own set of rules and no co -operation from them once you book the tickets.

We had to book last minute and this was the only agency that had tickets for times we needed. They were so rude and arrogant. Not friendly at all. I didn't day anything then but now that I am back I will say don't book from them.
They were so unfriendly towards my toddler I was do mad inside.
They are like a doctor you see who doesn't care sbout bad reviews. Just want to get you out sot they can go home.

My experience with spring travels was amazing. I booked a flight from BOM-YVR when direct flights were banned. Spring travels helped me plan everything starting from my flights via Dubai and a stay over for 24 hours. Highly recommend!

They deliver what they promise. Prices are good and they don't do fake promises and no hidden surprises n cost.
