Poor customer service. Manager is probably the worst I've ever come across in any industry.
Also check your debit receipts, she'll try and force a 20% tip on you after they provide abysmal customer service.
Techs are amazing and friendly, the manager treats the techs and customers like trash which is extremely disappointing to see.

This place used to always be my go to, i always used to go to the same girl but after she quit it has just been awful with the other people. My last set I had started lifting 2 weeks after having them and one fell off where as before i used to be able to have them for almost 4 weeks no problem. The set I have on now 2 of the nails are already lifting and ive had them for just over a week, aswell as the paint is chipping. The lady that did them did and terrible prep job and burned me with the file multiple times in the process. Then when I go to pay they charge me a full acrylic set according to their website instead of the fill plus one replacement nail, I called to ask why I was charged a full set but they make no sense when trying to explain it and was quite rude about it. This is not the first bad experience ive had here either.

Got my nails done on Saturday by Karen? Broke the first nail within 6 hours and 2 more Broke today. Won't be going back

This is one of the most uncaring unprofessional none quality place to go for any services they rush they do not do proper cleaning they make your nails croocked and super lumpy and to thick
Rush job on pedis they literally have 0 care for quality and really expensive for none quality work over 120$ for a set of acrylics no designs witch I think I was double charged because most places only charge at most with design 75$! Do better spruceland nails do better!

I will never go to this place again. I booked an appointment for my nails. I went there and receptionist said have a seat. Then another cx came in. She did have a seat. After 5 mins she asked one of her cx who already have half nails on, that would you like to reschedule as my 11 o clock is here. She replied how I am suppose to keep these half nails on until you help me next time. Then she smiled at her client. No apologies. Then she cx that was sitting beside me to reschedule. She then started asking me. She knew her nail artist called in sick. When i booked this appointment, they write down my number and name. It was her responsibility to inform me ahead of time that she can’t help me today. It took me $20 of gas to get there. She did not apologise. Zero customer service. If would not recommend this place.

I have tried a lot of different nail salons in the past and this is by far one of my favourites! The staff is friendly and professional. I never have anything but a great time and my nails always look amazing, and the price is incredibly fair for the quality of work they do (I get so many compliments on my nails).

The worse experience ever, Nancy was nothing but rude from the moment she sat down. I have gel nail builder under my gel nail polish as she is buffing off the colour the builder is popping off. On some of the nails she is just leaving it on and my nails are uneven I said if she can take it off and make my nails even - no it will be an extra 20. There’s no additional steps to remove this as it’s gel - she continued to be rude making me feel extremely uncomfortable to the point of not even wanting the service and having to sit there and while for my husband while he got a pedicure by someone who wanted to be there and was extremely nice and friendly. I was still charged 20 dollars. Absolutely worst experience and I can’t tell people enough to stay far away from this place.

This is the only nail salon I will ever use these ladies and gentlemen are so friendly and always go above and beyond for the look I want! They should be the only place you go to also! Love the pedicure with the massage it is so relaxing and feels amazing!

I didn't catch the name of the girl who did my toenails but she was lovely and great at her job. The conversation was warm and welcoming and she had a great sense of humor. My toes and feet look and feel amazing! Thank you!

This is my regular go to place for nails! I love everyone here and come about every three weeks for gel polish because my job is so hard on my nails, they are fast, friendly, and so talented! Great price with a rewards program too!

Spruce land has been my go-to since they opened. Cassie, Nancy, and Tashi are amazing. They give the best pedi in town for a deal and they do the best acrylics. Clean and friendly.

Such a wonderful place to go get nails and a pedicure. Been to many place to get my services done but this is the only one I recommend. Wonderful staff and so accommodating to the customers.

Terrible customer service and not willing to make there customers happy. Seem to be a number for them and treat you as such. Messed up on my nails badly and the guy doing them didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Went back to have them redone and was given the run around. I insisted they be redone and they were extremely angry over this. Will not return

I have been a regular here for awhile but today I had an awful experience. I was told it would be a ten minute wait, and instead sat there for over 35mins. My appointment was right at opening so there wasn’t really a reason they should have been running behind. I was offered no discount or any kind of compensation for my time. On top of this my nails were rushed and nowhere near what I wanted them to look like. I am extremely disappointed.

I’ve been to a lot of the nail spas in town and this place consistently delivers excellent service, conversation and care to detail. Highly recommend!

Best nail place in town by far. Clean, friendly, personable, reasonable and all around an amazing experience. My girl Cassidy knows just what to do when I cant decide on color. I've been going there for over a year, everyone there is great and I wouldn't go anywhere else. ️

Terrible experience.

My group (mom, aunt, sister, myself) was there to get our nails done for my mom's wedding.
There was no customer service at all. They treated us like it was a bother to have us there. They all didn't really care to try talking to us or look at us.
And I'm dead serious: The one male nail tech rolled his eyes at my aunt for not being able to pick a color! It was her very first time getting her nails done! I couldn't believe how rude that was.

The lady doing my nails made it seem like it was my fault for the gel light being off for long when she was supposed to watch it? If i had my nails any farther inside the lamp they would have bumped the polish off.
My finger got cut slightly and bled from the dremel. She didn't apologize or ask if I was okay, or tell me to wash my hands.

Last time we'll ever go here.

I love the friendly service and the work completed is what I ask for! I never have issues with the appointment; all goes smoothly. Price is affordable and atmosphere comfortable.

Then could of done something about it. Well that was right after my wedding. Am I really going to take time away from my new husband and plans for nails? Not to mention I was sick and on antibiotics. However it was exactly the two week mark when I went into the salon and If she looked at the lifting on the nails she would of been about to see they had been lifting off for several days which would of put it into the 1 week mark. I have had acrylic nails done religiously and they never lost before 3 or 4 weeks. They refused to do anything because I was now due for a 2 week fill. Which I never need a 2 week fill always 3-4 weeks.treated disrespectfully especially after spending several thousand dollars in their salon and recommending friends that have since done the same.

The staff was so rude and disrespectful. I booked appointment along with my two friends. The staff was so disrespectful and rude. We came out from there without taking any service.

I have been to multiple nail places in the city but By far spruceland nails is my favourite. Super Clean, Fast and friendly service. My nails always look beautiful.

I had an appointment at their place with my two other friends. I phoned them to make changes in my appointment timing and at that they said they changed it. But on the day of appointment person told us that nobody phoned to change the timing and that person was so rude with all of us and started shouting. We all left without getting any services. People are so rude at that place. Worse place to get services.

Customer service is so poor. I have booked the appointment and they were so rude, they denied the time at which I booked myself.

VERY POOR SERVICE
I had a pedicure yesterday at Spruceland Nails.
I asked the man to cut my nails short, which he diid not. He did not cut them at all! When i asked him to cut more, he cut one toe and left the others. As it seemed like he was filing, I didn’t press the issue.
Half way through the polish, he ran out of the Colour I chose and kind of just scrubbed it on.
He kept scraping the bottle and trying to get more out.
As I didn't have glasses with me, I thought it looked ok. When I got home to my glasses and looked, it was horrible. One foot was shiny and colourful and the other one dull. My cuticles were long and so were my nails (except the one). The ends of my nails were totally white.
I bet he didn't go to school for this at all. Seemed like he had no idea what he was doing.
I called to get them to fix it and make an appointment for 10 am. She then said 10 was all booked and could I come at 11. I had to change my schedule around but agreed. When I was on my way back into town for this appointment, she called and said they were too busy and asked if I could come at 12? ! What a joke!
My nails look horrible and I am out 60 plus 10$ tip. I will never ever go to Spruceland nails again.
