Spy Vs Spy

Poor service - paid to have cameras so we can see on our phones - told after a few years app is no longer available pay $1000 for a new one.

Very disappointed with the service. Had them come into work months after ordering parts and giving a deposit. We were told there are NO refunds so we waited for them to show up to install our system. When they did, they were here a couple of hours and then just walked out the door. Didn't tell anyone anything, just left. Now we cannot access our doors, lab, and the alarm keeps going off. We went to their office to be told "no one is available right now". This is very unprofessional and unaccepted. We waited and paid a lot of money and expected to have better service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

A very unhappy customer

Wow, what a scam. I went there to pick up legal info on an RV I'd just purchased, as this was where I was told to go. I was on 5+ different TVs and the gal I was to meet who does the accounting for them, took off and his in the bathroom. She couldn't miss me arriving. Just NOT HONEST all around. Maybe look at who you HIRE beforehand. I've read enough reviews to get the picture of this place. I BELIEVE in HONESTY, customer service and integrity.

Can't say enough good things about these guys customer service. They contracted and moved an alarm system from my old place to my new place and went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Super nice guys, knowledgeable about their stuff, and have lots of cool little gadgets for interesting little niches of need.

It's fantastic to know your protected any peace of mind in this day and age is good for this guy!

Had an ADT alarm installed and was very frustrating. Never did get the promised letter to show my insurance company that I'm monitored and receive cheaper house insurance. My first bill didn't arrive for well over one year. I made many attempts to get the paperwork and get things corrected to no avail. After the three year commitment I gladly rid myself of them and had no interest in a lower monthly rate to stay with them. Horrible unorganized service.
