Squamish Connector

I unfortunately missed the bus at my chosen pick up spot at Chieftain Centre but I called the customer service if I can still make it to the other stop. The bus driver was willing to wait at the next pick up spot (Gondola), which I fortunately made it on time. Really greatful for their service and would recommend to my friends and family.

I have now had two excellent experiences with the Squamish Connector. On both occasions, my shuttle arrived on time or ahead of schedule, and the drivers were courteous and helpful. Plus, the prices are reasonable. Will definitely be travelling with them again!

Tyler was friendly, helpful and a safe driver. We had an excellent experience with using Squamish Connector for a private charter to Whistler and back for our family reunion.

Every employee I’ve ever encountered both in person and over the phone has been kind, respectful and super helpful. I use this service often and the drivers always remember me and ask how I’m doing which I always appreciate. I also had a surgery recently and everyone has been very supportive and accommodating to my needs (helping me with my bags, making sure I have enough room… etc).

I’m also grateful that they exist because my partner lives in Squamish and I don’t currently own a vehicle so it’s extremely helpful for me to be able to travel directly between Vancouver and Squamish.

The Squamish Connector is a top notch team and company. I highly recommend travelling with them!

Enjoyed the trip to Squamish and the price under $40Rtn ea. We chose the drop off stop beside Shoppers Drugmart in Squamish and the return trip pickup was the same. The return to Vanc Driver was in too big a hurry today and following too close etc. The trip to Squamish was excellent.

Took this service for the first time this past weekend and couldn’t be happier with the service and value for money.

Buses are clean and well maintained and the drivers are both skilled and helpful.

Not once during both trips did either driver take risks or operate in an unsafe manner.

Absolutely incredible service. I had accidentally misbooked times for a bus from Squamish to Vancouver on another service (totally my bad), and was in danger of missing an appointment. However, a quick call and 15 min later I was right back on track. The connector was stopped at the sea to sky gondola, and i was waiting at a different location, but amazingly someone with the service came by and drove us directly to the connector! Totally not used to this level of care and accommodation! Everything was smoothly coordinated through phone, and all parties involved were pretty much totally in sync.

On time services, lovely buses, drivers were real helpful, had to ring to change a pick up location which couldn't have been easier as well

5 stars for our driver, I believe his name was Frederico. Very friendly and had lots of great commentary about Vancouver, funny jokes, and even a salmon recipe! Only downside is the last bus is at 4: 50, even though the gondola stops running at 7. Would be great if they offered a later bus.

They saved our bacon when our bookings with a scam bus company fell through. Nice service, punctual departures and arrivals, safe drive, and pretty comfortable seats-I'll definitely book with them again someday!

I’m so grateful for this bus service. I’ve used it several times for trips to the airport because it connects easily to the Canada line. The bus stop locations are convenient, there are enough times on the schedule that you can usually find one that works for you and the bus is always on time barring highway delays out of their control. The times that I’ve called their number, the phone is picked up right away by a very friendly, helpful individual. I highly recommend this company for trips between Squamish and Vancouver.

Good service but recent price increases are frustrating. In December 2021 I bought a 10-ride pass for $120. The same pass today (July 2022) is $170. A $24 round-trip was doable for me but $34 is quite a lot more. For comparison the Whistler>Vancouver bus is $35 rt and that’s an extra hour and a half round trip.

A really convenient bus service between Vancouver and Squamish. You have to book in advance but the bus is comfortable and reasonably priced. A great option to go visit Squamish (we went to do the sea to summit trail that way) without a car! I had to change my booking a few days before my trip and called in and was able to switch into a different day! Great service & experience!

Best bus service in town! The Squamish Connector is run by the most friendly and accommodating family. From the moment you schedule your ticket to the time you board the bus, everybody is so helpful and kind and makes you feel like they care about your trip. My kids have been riding this bus alone for years to meet their grandparents on the North Shore. They love the independence and ease of scheduling a ride. Somebody always picks up the phone and is ready to help book your ride or fit you on a bus that suits your schedule. It’s affordable, always on time and is truly your premier bus service between Vancouver and Squamish, or the other way around!

Friendly drivers, prompt service and always on time. Their regularly scheduled service from Squamish to Vancouver is both convenient and frequent. If you’re looking for an alternative to driving to the city and airport parking, I can’t recommend Squamish Connector enough.

Booked as a package with a party of five when visiting the Sea to Sky Gondola in Squamish.

We were picked up from downtown Vancouver and from the second we set off Ken was excellent. Continuously provided historic facts about each location we traveled through, explained the wildlife around the area and happily gave information/advice only a local would know.

The time flew by and we all can't recommend this family-run business strongly enough, thank you for making the traveling today so enjoyable!

We had an amazing time using the Squamish Connector to get to the Sea to Sky gondola, the pick up locations in Vancouver were very convenient and easy to find! The driver was so friendly, knowledgeable about the area that the hour drive was itself a tour and I learned so much. He also gave great advice on spots to visit and things to do!

The bus service itself is a huge help for visiting Vancouver when you don't have a car. The bus was comfortable and spacious that I didn't feel crowded even when it was full. Would definitely reccomend!

Visited Britannia Beach thru this company’s service. They have an economical way of transporting from Vancouver up to Squamish. The ride was decent and the staff was amazing.

Great service took a little longer than expected to get to squamish due to road works but other than that it was perfect.
Having used whistler/squamish rides before and had a bus cancelled last minute and friends out right not picked up before I knew about the connector bus.
I will be using the Squamish connector bus way more in future.

On board the Squamish Connector on my way to the re-opening of the Sea to Sky Gondola. This is the best way to get up there without having to drive. Great ride, quite confortable and very well priced. It can not get better than this. Five stars to them. Thank you for being so accommodating.
