Can't be better! Staff are outstanding, and for sure overwhelmed with high demand and employee shortage. GOOD JOB! Thank you.

Just wanted to send a shout out to whoever was working last wednesday morning (4/12). Obviously the surgery team gets a high five but really everyone involved from start to finish was really great, especially whoever i talked to on the phone later that afternoon to re-clarify some stuff. We're super lucky to have people like you in the corridor to take care of us. Thanks again and hope not to see you soon:)

I can’t say enough good things about these amazing people who work in the hospital. They always go above and beyond to help and you can really see that they’re doing their best. Doctors and nurses are lovely and I’m thankful for everything they have done.
Extra special thanks to doctors and nurses at emergency yesterday for saving my night when I was in pain and my three months old baby was waiting for me at home. Thank you, you’re the best!

医師もスタッフもとてもフレンドリーで親切です。手術前の説明も丁寧にしてくれて、安心して手術を終える事ができました。ありがとうございました。

Doctor and staff are friendly. I was able to undergo the surgery with peace of mind.
After the surgery the nurse brought me cold water, made me very happy!
Thank you for support. I really appreciate it.

Discriminatory. With a broken nose, which prevents me from breathing properly, still forced me to wear a mask, with mandates lifted. I got natural immunity, I’m not worried, but you should get the booster if you’re worried it stopped working. Stay flocked together

Can book lab appointments. It is a learning hospital, so sometimes there are students working. Lab results are very quick.

My family and I have always been treated well here. They do with what they have. Definitely needs to be expanded to keep up with population growth.

Many professionals in this establishment are very rude, ignorant and their egos match. Please all go for empathy training. Squamish General Hospital has never changed in the rude department, they still are. There are only a few doctors that deserve recognition for there professionalism, the rest need more education on how to treat human beings.

I want to thank Dr Yoon and the rest of the team who looked after me when my husband brought me in with a badly broken wrist after a fall. They made an excruciating painful situation bearable and treated me with compassion and professionalism! Squamish is lucky to have such a great hospital!

Absolutely miserable staff, nurses are nasty and unprofessional. I don’t think they even use a triage system, looked like first come first serve. No radiologist on site. Admission clerk forgot to check me in for two hours. Extremely incompetent medical knowledge and experience. The ER doc was kind at least but wasn’t really capable of the load that was put on her, bless her heart. I’d drive to Vancouver or Whistler if it’s ever necessary to go to a hospital again for anything short of cardiac arrest, and even then I’m extremely unconfident.

Over the last week I have been in and out of radiology a couple of times and had to call there a few times. Super fast, super easy, super friendly and very professional staff.
We are really lucky to have all of you at SGH.

Came here to get my eye looked at had an inflammation, the doctor here didn’t know and wouldn’t give me an explanation why, she just gave a vague answer it could be this or it could be that, doctors here are not passionate about what they do, they don’t care. Just another typical general hospital. Doctors with fake titles.

Just had double hernia surgery. I was super nervous, and just overall feeling off about my situation. The staff where beyond reassuring, nice, very clear and thorough with all the processes. Everyone was extremely professional, kind, and bedside care was amazing. I can't thank my surgeon and staff enough, they made the situation more accommodating than I could have ever imagined. The facility was spotless to a point u was impressed. Thank you to all who dealt with my silly character in the recovery room. Im the fried chicken and shrooms guy! I thank you for sharing my humorous persona. SGH is 20/10 hospital!

RUDEST STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. LITTLE TO KNOW HELP AND TRACY CAN TAKE IT WERE THE SUN DOESN'T SHINE. NOT A PLACE WHERE I WANT MY FAMILY MEMBER AND NOT A PLACE I'LL EVER BE.

We have been coming to this hospital for various reasons for many years. Of all the ones I have been to, Squamish is the best by far. Friendly staff, clean and organized

The hospital staff have been amazing but I find the entrance to the building VERY INACCESSIBLE. I have alot of trouble getting around the sidewalks in my wheelchair. There are only 2 handicapp parking spaces so when I have to park in the side parking I am unable to visit as the lot is graded in a downward slant. All of the sidewalks leading up to and into the hospital are lumpy and warped and I will always get my wheels stuck.

I was taken by ambulance to the Squamish ER after a biking accident. From the paramedics (Ginger and Dan) to the nursing staff (Jenn and Honor) to the doctors, everyone was friendly, efficient, caring, and incredibly kind. They alleviated fears, answered my questions without fail, and fixed my dislocated elbow in exactly the manner they described, so I knew exactly what was happening. An outstanding ER visit, though I hope not to have to repeat it anytime soon! Thanks very much to everyone.

The lab and the emergency dept have always been excellent to me. I am pregnant and have had quite a few visits for various tests, etc.
The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because the ultrasound experiences were awful. The tech I had, the 2 times I had a scan done here, was very unfriendly and it made the whole experience kinda cold and disappointing. I've had other scans at different places that were great experiences and even the ultrasound that was done in the ER here one night (by an OB/GYN) was pleasant. I am happy, over-all, with the treatment (s) I have received at Squamish General I just wish the ultrasound tech hadn't been so grumpy as it ruined what should have been an awesome experience to have as a first time mom.

I was so impressed with the excellent care I received from Dr. Sally Clark and everyone else at Sea to Sky Orthopaedics and Squamish General Hospital for ACL and meniscus repair. Dr. Clark was extremely professional and kind. She took the time to explain my injury and the strategy for repair. Going into surgery, I felt like I was in the best possible hands. The surgery at Squamish General Hospital was a very positive experience- the care from the doctors and nurses was so compassionate. Since the surgery, everyone I have talked to also had only amazing things to say about Dr. Clark. She is definitely one of the best doctors out there, especially for knee surgery. I am so incredibly grateful for the amazing care, and for putting my knee back together so I can get back to skiing, biking, hiking and running. I only wish there were more stars to give on this review.
