Great guides, great scenery on the river. Not the most extreme white water rafting experience in that sense but was alot of fine. Little pricey

We had a great experience from the booking to the actual rafting, this company is professional and fun! Our guide's name was Pedro and he was excellent. (Be aware the drive up to the starting point is on a school bus on a very bumpy dirt road for almost an hour)

This group was well organized and made me feel like they knew what was going on. The accommodations or what you expected for a rafting company that was located on a rustic farm. Amazing attitudes and a great sense of humors from all the staff made it the perfect experience. The views of the Canadian countryside is what truly made this worthwhile. It was beautiful, breathtaking and overall a perfect experience. As long as you know what you're getting into when you go white water rafting in the Canadian outback

We did Elaho Whitewater Rafting, and honestly It’s the best rafting experience I’ve ever had so far! All the staffs were very helpful and nice. Our rafting guide is Danny, he is so good and very professional! Also he let us to try lots of challenges which was very very fun! The high light was cliff jumping! It’s really scared but feel good after jump.
BTW the lunch was good as well!
Will definitely come back and bring other friends next year!

We went on the Elaho Whitewater Rafting trip as a group of 18 of us and wow what a day!

When we first arrived the centre was clean and staff friendly, they took us through the paperwork we needed then were led out to the rear yard where a couple of smaller groups joined and we had a short brief on the day and the equipment we would need. We were then led into a very well equips gear room to get kitted out with wet boots, wetsuit and wet suit jacket along with a helmet and buoyancy aid.

Once we were all kitted out personal belongings were left securely in lockers and we all boarded an old American style school bus which took us roughly 1Hr away to the launch site but be warned the journey is mostly along very bumpy dirt track!

Whilst on the bus the guide pointed out areas of interest and went around the bus very informally getting each person to introduce themselves to everyone else in a sort of what’s your name where do you come from fashion before finishing off with a safety briefing before we got to the launch site.

When we arrived at the launch site other crews had gone ahead of us to get the rafts launched onto the water. We were grouped off into five groups of 6 to form the crews for each boat and then got out on the water.

The first part of the journey we were shown how to paddle and given a few instructions on what we would do on the rapids and then began heading off down the river. Wow what an experience!

After the first two rapids we stopped off at a calmer point of the river where those who wanted to (most people) get out and climbed about 20ft up a rock face to do a cliff jump into the water! There was one more rapid and then we stopped off at the designated lunch spot where the company had setup marquee style tents for shelter and provided tables and chairs for lunch and a delicious and filling lunch supplied along with plenty of cold drinking water.

After lunch we were back on the water and had a further 6 rapids to complete. Each rapid was explained and along the river the guides gave the history and background of the two rivers (Elaho and Squamish) and the surrounding area. Time was given in suitable safe locations to jump off and go for a swim also.

At various points along the river staff from the centre were waiting with cameras to get shots of us in action on the rapids which were available to view and buy if wanted on return to the centre.

All the guides were great fun and made the day both safe and fun for everyone. Would really recommend this to anyone visiting Squamish or the surrounding area.

Awesome guides who make you feel very comfortable and safe. I haven’t been rafting before and this was such a fun and exhilarating experience! I would recommend x10000, beginners or experienced alike!

Very good, cool and young staff. We interacted with two guides. Terra and Isaac.
Terra briefed us all the instructions. She's just super awesome. Issac is very interactive and keeps you engaged throughout the journey, he's a fun loving guy. We were fed with lots of information/fun in this trip. They helped us taking pictures on the water. Also we were offered some snacks.
We planned for Elaho river rafting but ended up with Chekamus due to floods in Elaho. So we had to change our plan. The company gave us 10% Off and free photo album because of climate issue:)

Superb. The team were brilliant and ensured we (family of 4) had a superb time. Organisation was great, lots of emails and comms leading up to the booking. Super friendly staff. We chose the family expedition which was extremely pleasant (we could have gone for something a bit more challenging but that's on us not the company). Would highly recommend. Big shout out to Steve our guide for making it a great afternoon.

Great day out with the Squamish Rafting crew! From the start at home base you’re made to feel super welcomed and comfortable. The whole team lives for rafting and this shows in their skill set and energy throughout the day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new adventure, whether you’re a first timer or an experienced paddler.

We had so much fun for my sons 16 birthday on the Chekamus family tour. Guides were the best. Very positive and fun. I would highly recommend.

This was our first time rafting with our kids 6&8 and we had a great time. The kids were both allowed to be in the front and just enjoy the waves and the water. Tara was very knowledgeable and showed us different great nature sites. The snack was good and healthy and that is what you would expect with a tour in nature.). Would definitely recommend for family with small children who want to check rafting out.

I was hesitate to bring my 12 year old because of other people questioning if it will be safe for her. Well it was completely safe! The staff were professional, experienced and provided lots of knowledge not only with rafting but Squamish itself. Rafting was so fun and safe! Didn’t want it to end! Laughed the whole time. Thank you staff for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

What an awesome experience! We did the Elaho full day rafting tour and it was a blast. Our guide Tayler was amazing, she gave us very clear instructions and a lot of interpretive about the surrounding area. We felt safe trough all the tour and even if before to start I was a little apprehensive about the experience, as soon as we started I just felt thrilled. The cliff jumping was a fun extra surprise. Highly recommended!

My 9 year old boy really enjoyed the experience and can’t wait to go for the next level when he turn 12. All the staffs are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The happy experience started from the moment we step into their clean and well organized office. All the gears they provided are clean and no stinky smell.
We learned a lot about this sport and water safety rules in a fun and memorable way. On top of all that, having healthy snacks in the middle of the river is remarkable. The staffs payed extra attention to recycle and keep everything neat and clean. We purchased the photo package by the end because there are a lot of priceless moments been captured and $48 for all the pictures is a great deal.

Came out to visit my sister and she booked us in. Was a bit apprehensive about it, a bit out of my usual activities but so glad we went! The guides and the whole trip where amazing! Amazing snack/lunch, super fun even for my non boating self lol. Dave was very knowledgable about the are pointing out eagle lagoon, basket of kittens and the child eater Rapids (lol I kid, but he was convincing with naming random things) for a land locked, non water sport Albertan we had a riot! Highly recomend to spend an afternoon with these great people

One of the best experiences in BC. The staff are some of the kindest and fun people I’ve met. The scenery is incredible, the rapids are fun and exciting the guides do a great job of keeping people safe and having fun. I recommend this to anyone of any age and skill level. Really special experience

Brilliant day out. Bunch of old friends celbrating our half-century, doing a bucket-list thing. A full day. Initial safety meeting/kit-out followed by bus trip up a logging road for an hour and a half to the drop-off point. Then in our repective rafts (up to 8 people) and we're off. Gentle ride until our first set of rapids. Good fun - got the heart going. Then a small cliff dive, rafting a bit further down the river and then lunch.
After lunch we hit some proper rapids and had to work hard. Adrenalin really going for a while before a gentle drift down river to our pick-up point. Stunning scenery. Truly.
The guides were awesome, especially Steve who led our raft. You knew you were in good hands with these guys - never felt unsafe. Entertained the whole day - one that will never be forgotten.

Folks here are awesome. Feels like they're family. Snacks and the hot chocolate were yummy. Ty, Dakota, and Christi were our guides and we couldn't be happier.

I organized a dry grad for a small group of students and our trip down the Elaho with Squamish Rafting was beyond memorable. From pick up at Horse Shoe bay to drop off, the organization is impeccable and took so much stress out of my field trip. The rapids and the view are amazing. The staff go above and beyond and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. Lunch was great, conversation stellar. I can't wait to take my next batch of grade 12s next year! Thanks again Squamish Rafting team!

Such a good trip. Ty was very entertaining on the the bus and Taylor managed our raft well. We stopped for lunch on an island and it was really good

We had a great time! The safety and professionalism exceeded expectations. What really elevated our experience was the entertainment. The whole day was enjoyable. The safety orientation, the bus ride, the calmer parts of the river, it was all made more enjoyable by the guides good humour and wit. The rapids were a real thrill. Lunch was amazing. Awesome day spent rafting with a great rafting company. Our guide Matt Cason was great and team lead Dakota was always keeping a watchful eye on the whole group. Lunch was tasty and substantial. We had a thrilling time but always felt safe would definitly go again when in Squamish.

Had a great day on the river, with breathtaking views and a nice lunch halfway through on their island. Our guide Dakota was contagiously enthusiastic, and the our other guide Ty was extremely helpful when we missed my shuttle back to Vancouver. Would sure do it again!

We booked the Cheakamus Family Adventure to celebrate my sister Jen for her Bachelorette party. We were the first run of the season and had soooo much fun! We learnt a lot about the gorgeous Squamish area and rafting a like. We brought my mom who has some mobility issues but was able to participate and enjoy the experience. Everyone from the front desk to the guides to our photographer were such a pleasure to interact with. Definitely an awesome experience you wont want to miss out on!

Wonderful introduction to rafting for my wife and I. The pick up and drop of in Whister was well done and entertaining. The rafting guide Will was great and even though it was just a beginners intro he was enthusiastic about the trip making us feel happy to be there.

Our rafting guide was so informative and nice, we had alot of fun while doing cheakamus trip and we are already planning on Elaho exhilirator when to come here next! Absolutely delightful experience!

Great company! Would always come down the river with them, total blast, safety comes first always and the views are so good!

I was looking to give my 2 little cousins a west coast experience and this was it! The Cheakamus River tour was kid friendly and perfect for them! The guides and staff were hilarious, friendly and really good at what they do! My cousins cant wait to come back and take on the Elaho!

Did the Elaho experience and it was amazing! Our guide Wes was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and made the experience worthwhile. I would highly recommend anyone to go give this a try.

Had an great time. Dave and Charlene are a wonderful team and great sports. Fun lunch on the river while passing by eagles, ducks and other birds. Phew the river was cold! Thorough instructions (pre-trip) in a relaxed atmosphere. (photos soon) photographer caught some great moments in this family fun morning (1/2 river trip).

Amazing! The trip was GREAT, all of the staff were awesome. Highly recommended! Our family had a wonderful day with our guides and we are already talking about going again.

We thought the price was very good considering it included the ride up into the mountains and back, guides, lunch, raft and suits. They took extra care to ensure the Covid rules were adhered to and we never felt unsafe, both during the trip and with regards to Covid.

Kudos to our amazing guides, Zach, who knew so much about the area's history, the wildlife and made it a really interesting and fun day out. And to our driver, Jason, for navigating the narrow dirt road on a busy long weekend in the mountains.

We've done a few rafting trips in Australia and Switzerland, and this one was definitely up there in terms of views and fun. It wasn't super challenging but there were enough rapids to make it exciting for all of us.

My two kids and I had a blast on the family trip! Ora was an awesome guide with lots of knowledge of the area and took us down the river safely. Wouldn’t hesitate to go again.

Our guide Will was incredible, friendly and funny. We will definitely be coming back in the summer.

Booked the eagle tour for a birthday surprise. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, they made us feel welcomed. Ava was our tour guide and she was delightful, Ty was the other guide with another boat but any interaction we had with him was warm too. Thank you squamish rafting for a lovely way to celebrate a birthday.
Only downside was the lunch afterwards, nice touch might've been to join with a local business for that if restrictions don't allow you to cook these days.

The Eagle Float was amazing! Me and my partner went out on a rainy afternoon and the experience was great. We saw loads of wildlife including 50-100 eagles. Our guides Ty and Hazard were great, very informative and fun to chat to would recommend to anyone!

Highlight of our amazing BC vacation! The staff was a blast to spend the day with as they prepared a delicious grilled lunch, led us on cliff dives, and got us thoroughly soaked! They also gave some really neat insight about spots along the 20km journey.
Witnessed a raft flipping and we helped members of that raft into our raft. As a military guy, I was very impressed with the entire teams rapid response and "cool under pressure" recovery.
Something we noticed was the competitor rafting company paddling fast by us as we were chilling out and jumping off cliffs. My understanding is they don't do what SRC does. Lucky us!
Also, our meal was five-star! Grilled salmon/chicken/sausage, delicious veggie/salads, and hummus!

Absolutely amazing day white water rafting with Squamish rafting co! The whole day was perfectly organised and so much fun. All of the crew were fantastic and very funny and great guides. We had Ash who was brilliant! The rafting was incredible and lunch was amazing too - special mention to the hummus! Best day ever, thank you!

Amazing trip down the Elaho/Squamish rivers! Couldn’t have picked a better crew to guide us down! We’ll be back!
