Very unhappy with lack of after-sale support. They installed a drum unit in our Brother printer, it's clearly defective, we have another printer and confirmed this ourselves, they won't honour the warranty, instead directing us to take it up with Brother instead. Will not use them again.

I deeply appreciate the time and effort that Jai Dhaliwal, Imaging and Printing Consultant at SS Laser Tech put in trying to repair my 5-year old MFP at no cost and.when it was established that it was not worth fixing, in helping me identify and purchase a new competitive machine suitable to our small business needs.
